00:19explosions can have unpredictable consequences. And an accident during launch could cause
00:25catastrophic damage to the environment. An electromagnetic pulse or EMP, however,
00:32only occurs with real bonks and not with every explosion involving radioactive material.
00:38But an EMP wouldn't just destroy satellites that were nearby during the explosion,
00:44but also those that fly through the affected zone afterward.
