Wendell said an Optiplex SFF uses 65 watts on idle!?

Back in July of 2022, Level1techs claimed that a quad core Skylake-based Dell Optiplex would use 65 watts on idle. But how? More like 15 watts at the wall. Closer to 10 with an SSD. So, safe to assume it is quite competitive in efficiency versus Alderlake.  Whoopsiedoodle!
