00:00:02for choir practice.
00:00:05She made it look easy, though it never was.
00:00:10My mother instilled in my sister Maya in me the values
00:00:14that would chart the course of our lives.
00:00:18She raised us to be proud, strong black women,
00:00:23and she raised us to know and be proud of our Indian heritage.
00:00:27She taught us to put family first.
00:00:32All right, I'm not listening to this all.
00:00:34I'm very sorry or happy that happened to you.
00:00:39And oh, how I wish she were here tonight,
00:00:42but I know she's looking down on me from above.
00:00:47I keep thinking about that 25-year-old Indian woman,
00:00:52all of five feet tall, who gave birth to me
00:00:55at Kaiser Hospital in Oakland.
00:00:58Compassion, dignity, and respect.
00:01:02It's all about her mom.
00:01:03A country where we look out for one another,
00:01:07where we rise and fall as one,
00:01:10where we face our challenges
00:01:13and celebrate our triumphs together.
00:01:20Today, that country feels distant.
00:01:25Donald Trump's failure of leadership
00:01:28has cost lives and livelihoods.
00:01:33If you're a parent struggling with your child's remote learning,
00:01:38or you're a teacher struggling on the other side of that criminal justice system.
00:01:44Oh, wait.
00:01:46We've got to be honest.
00:01:48It is not an equal opportunity offender.
00:01:52Black, Latino, and indigenous people are suffering and dying disproportionately.
00:01:58And this is not a coincidence.
00:02:00It is the effect of structural racism,
00:02:04of inequities in education and technology,
00:02:07healthcare and housing, job security and transportation.
00:02:12The injustice in reproductive and maternal healthcare,
00:02:16in the excessive use of force by police,
00:02:20and in our broader criminal justice system.
00:02:24This virus, it has no eyes,
00:02:29and yet it knows exactly how we see each other
00:02:34and how we treat each other.
00:02:38And let's be clear, there is no vaccine for racism.
00:02:47We've got to do the work.
00:02:50I'm sorry, that was, I don't know why that was funny.
00:02:53For George Floyd, for Breonna Taylor.
00:02:57Could you imagine if there was a racism vaccine?
00:03:01For our children and for all of us.
00:03:06We've got to do the work to fulfill that promise of equal justice under law.
00:03:14Because here's the thing, none of us are free
00:03:17until all of us are free.
00:03:21Damn.
00:03:23So we're at an inflection point.
00:03:25The constant chaos.
00:03:27Kamala really said abolish all prisons.
00:03:31...leaves us adrift.
00:03:33The incompetence makes us feel afraid.
00:03:38The callousness makes us feel alone.
00:03:43It's a lot.
00:03:46And here's the thing.
00:03:48We can do better and deserve so much more.
00:03:54We must elect a president who will bring something different.
00:03:59Something better.
00:04:01What?
00:04:02So you're- so it's Joe Biden?
00:04:06Something different.
00:04:08Okay.
00:04:10And do the important work.
00:04:14A president who will bring all of us together.
00:04:18Black, white, Latino, Asian, indigenous.
00:04:22To achieve the future we collectively want.
00:04:27We must elect Joe Biden.
00:04:31Holy shit.
00:04:33And I will tell you, I knew Joe as vice president.
00:04:37I knew Joe on the campaign trail.
00:04:40And I first got to know Joe as the father of my friend.
00:04:45Yeah, you knew Joe on the campaign trail when you called him a racist for his busing policies.
00:04:50And literally, minutes later, had a t-shirt made.
00:04:55That little girl was me.
00:04:57Like, literally on the debate night.
00:04:59And then when she's asked about it, she's just like-
00:05:02I was like, what do you- what do you- do you still believe that Joe Biden's a racist?
00:05:05She goes, it was a debate.
00:05:08It was a debate.
00:05:09Cause it's all fake.
00:05:10All this is fake.
00:05:11It's just like, professional wrestling.
00:05:14All of it is fake.
00:05:15Also, I knew Kamala- I like, knew Kamala was going to be VP when she got Botox.
00:05:21I'm sorry, that's like, really mean to say.
00:05:23I'm definitely not against getting work done or whatever.
00:05:26But as soon as I saw the pictures of Kamala's new face, I was like, yeah, she got VP.
00:05:33She's- yeah, it's in the bag.
00:05:38So Joe's son, Beau, and I served as attorneys general of our states, Delaware and California.
00:05:46During the great recession-
00:05:48Two cops, best friends.
00:05:50Two prosecutors, best friends.
00:05:52Working together to win back billions of dollars for homeowners.
00:05:56From the big banks that foreclosed on people's homes.
00:06:00And Beau, would I- we would talk about his family.
00:06:03How, as a single father, Joe would spend four hours every day riding the train back and forth
00:06:11into purpose.
00:06:13Joe will bring us together to build an economy that doesn't leave anyone behind.
00:06:19Don't.
00:06:22And we see it in so many of you-
00:06:25America, we know is possible.
00:06:29Sorry, this is like, really testing my attention span.
00:06:32America, we love.
00:06:35And years from now, this moment will have passed.
00:06:39Kamala, Shamala, Beau, and Joe.
00:06:42And our grandchildren will look-
00:06:46Kamala, Shamala, Beau, and Joe.
00:06:48Just-
00:06:50Wait, there's more.
00:06:52You know Cory Booker?
00:06:53His brother's name is Carrie.
00:06:55I'm not even kidding.
00:06:56Cory and Carrie Booker.
00:06:58Cory, Carrie, Shamala Kamala, Joe, Beau, the whole gang.
00:07:03The whole gang is here, guys.
00:07:06In our eyes, and they're gonna ask us, where were you when the stakes were so high?
00:07:14They will ask us, what was it like?
00:07:18And we will tell them.
00:07:20His son's name is Beau Biden?
00:07:23Yeah.
00:07:25We will tell them not just how we felt.
00:07:34And God bless the United States of America.
00:07:40Oof.
00:07:41Oh!
00:08:20Okay.
00:08:22That's enough of that.
00:08:24I'm sorry.
00:08:28Oh, man.
00:08:37All right.
00:08:46I don't know why everything that happens is so cringe here.
00:08:50Maybe it's just I have- I have blinders on.
00:08:52Like, maybe if you are, like, a real Democrat-
00:08:55Like, I'm sure Karen Summers is watching this, and, like, she's, like, so pumped.
00:09:00Like, I'm sure you're, like, watching this, and you're just, like, real happy about Biden and Kamala.
00:09:05Like, this is fucking, like, the best thing ever.
00:09:07This is probably, like, Woodstock for the Democrats.
00:09:12But I don't know why.
00:09:13I can't watch this stuff, and it's just like, ooh.
00:09:16Okay.
00:09:16That was weird.
00:09:17That was such a weird transition, and everyone's just like...
00:09:25All right.
00:09:28Uh, night four, and we're done.
00:09:33It's because it's so forced.
00:09:35Yeah.
00:09:38Yeah.
00:09:40Okay.
00:09:42Um...
00:09:54Do do diddleoo.
00:09:58All right.
00:09:59Night four, and then we're done, and I get to eat my tendies and go to sleep.
00:10:04Wait, no.
00:10:04I have to work on a script.
00:10:05Never mind.
00:10:06Fuck.
00:10:09Thanks, guys, for being here.
00:10:11We're not done yet.
00:10:11We still have night four.
00:10:13But I'm glad this is a very chill little stream.
00:10:16I like this.
00:10:20Um...
00:10:22Discord chat is broken.
00:10:23Oh, fuck.
00:10:25Oh, God!
00:10:27We were so far behind.
00:10:29Holy shit.
00:10:30I'm so sorry, everybody.
00:10:32Okay.
00:10:53Hellworld music.
00:11:03Here we go.
00:11:06Here we go.
00:11:19Oh.
00:11:20Oh.
00:11:35Does Yang speak?
00:11:39Pretty sure Yang speaks, right?
00:11:54It's so awkward.
00:11:55What the fuck?
00:11:58It's like a horror movie.
00:12:00When you put your life-
00:12:01Wait a minute, wait!
00:12:02Wait, wait!
00:12:05Wait.
00:12:14Wait.
00:12:19Wait.
00:12:22Wait.
00:12:23Wait.
00:12:23You see it.
00:12:24You see it, too, right?
00:12:26Look at his pose.
00:12:32He had to do it to him.
00:12:38He had to do it to him.
00:12:39Alright.
00:12:40Let's go.
00:12:47Just-
00:12:48My entire life is just-
00:12:50The only thing I know is memes.
00:12:56I swear to God.
00:13:03Okay.
00:13:05So after night four, we're gonna do super chats and I'm gonna go sleep.
00:13:11AKA work.
00:13:14AKA eat some tendies.
00:13:30Why?
00:13:33Why is this so frozen?
00:13:38One second, guys.
00:13:47Pete had to do it to him.
00:14:03Good evening.
00:14:05Beau Biden lived a life of service in office and in uniform.
00:14:10When you put your life on the line for this country, you do it not because it's the country you
00:14:15live in,
00:14:15but because it's a country you believe in.
00:14:19I believe in this country because America uniquely holds the promise of a place where everyone can belong.
00:14:27We know that for too many and for too long, that promise has been denied.
00:14:33But we also know America is at its best when we make that circle of belonging wider.
00:14:40Just over 10 years ago, I joined a military where-
00:14:44This man is unable to speak in anything other than platitudes.
00:14:48It was policy.
00:14:49He always-
00:14:50Now, in 2020-
00:14:51He always speaks in the same exact pattern.
00:14:55...because of who they are or who they love.
00:14:57The very ring on my finger, a wedding we celebrated here where I'm standing, reflects how this country can change.
00:15:07Love makes my marriage real.
00:15:09But political courage made it possible.
00:15:13Including that of Joe Biden, who stepped out ahead even of this party when he said that marriage equality ought
00:15:20to be the law of the land.
00:15:23There is a long way to go.
00:15:25But if this much can change between 2010 and 2020, imagine what could change between now and 2030.
00:15:34Imagine what we could achieve.
00:15:36This coalition we are building-
00:15:37Medicare for those who want it.
00:15:40...gathering progressives and moderates, independents, and even what I like to call future former Republicans,
00:15:47standing for an America where everyone belongs.
00:15:51Joe Biden is right. This is a contest for the soul of the nation.
00:15:56And to me, that contest is not between good Americans and evil Americans.
00:16:02It's the struggle to call out what is good in every American.
00:16:08It's up to us.
00:16:10Will America be a place where faith is about healing and not exclusion?
00:16:15Can we become a country that lives up to the truth that black lives matter?
00:16:22Will we handle questions of science-
00:16:24Zero black vote.
00:16:26...by turning to scientists-
00:16:27On this motherfucker.
00:16:29Will we see to it that no one who works full-time can live in poverty?
00:16:35I trust Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to guide us toward that better future, because I've seen,
00:16:41up close, their empathy and their capacity, just as I've seen my fellow Americans' capacity
00:16:48to support and include one another in new ways and do better by the promise of America.
00:16:56The day I was born, the idea of an out-candidate seeking any federal office at all was laughable.
00:17:03Yet earlier this year, I campaigned for the presidency, often with my husband,
00:17:09Chasten, at my side, winning delegates to this very convention.
00:17:14Now I come to this convention proudly supporting Joe Biden and Kamala Harris,
00:17:19joining fellow Democrats who were squaring off in competition just a few months ago.
00:17:25A number of us recently got together to talk about the Joe we know.
00:17:34What the fuck?
00:17:35Welcome to everybody at home.
00:17:37I am very excited to present to you- What the hell was that?
00:17:39...a group of people that ran in the 2020 Democratic primary against Joe Biden.
00:17:45You could think of this sort of like survivor on the out-interviews of all the people that got voted
00:17:50off the island.
00:17:53Bernie, Bernie, don't you laugh because I got questions for you.
00:17:56Like, why does my girlfriend like you more than she likes me?
00:18:00But let's move on-
00:18:00Because she's smarter than you and that's the obvious answer.
00:18:03What the fuck?
00:18:06Hey, I'm curious because-
00:18:07Cory Booker-cocked by Bernie Sanders.
00:18:10...and Senator Kovishore, he actually served with Joe Biden in the Senate.
00:18:13I'm wondering if you have any memories of what he was like as a colleague in the Senate.
00:18:17Well, I remember one night when I was giving one of those floor speeches-
00:18:21This is such a mess.
00:18:23No one was there.
00:18:25No one was watching.
00:18:26I was all alone and I gave my speech, which was much bigger, to a completely empty chamber.
00:18:33And I walked out of there and I thought, I wonder if my mom was even watching this on C
00:18:37-SPAN.
00:18:38Oh no!
00:18:38And at that moment-
00:18:40Bernie's laughing.
00:18:41I got dumb bitch.
00:18:41And I actually thought maybe my mom was watching it on C-SPAN.
00:18:45Nobody likes you.
00:18:46And you know who it was?
00:18:47It was Joe Biden.
00:18:48And that kind of goes to not only his kindness for calling me and being a mentor,
00:18:52but it also goes to how much he cares about our government and what people are saying.
00:18:57And that even when he's at home at night, he's watching and he cares.
00:19:02He's watching when you're home at night.
00:19:03Maybe we all want to know, did your mother watch the speech?
00:19:06I know.
00:19:08You remember the steak fry when we were waiting to go on?
00:19:11It worked out to where I was there the same time he was.
00:19:15This is a fake Zoom call.
00:19:16This is fake.
00:19:17Somebody who we both knew who was working on my campaign.
00:19:20They're not talking to each other.
00:19:21They pre-recorded this.
00:19:23And let me know that that was somebody who'd gone through a family tragedy that Joe somehow
00:19:28knew about and just thought it was important for me to know that about someone who was working
00:19:33with me.
00:19:33And I thought, you know, over time, I realized that that was just basic to who he is.
00:19:38But that always stuck with me.
00:19:39Elizabeth, do you have any remembrances as well?
00:19:42I think the day I saw Joe, the clearest, was on the one year anniversary of the Boston
00:19:49Marathon bombing.
00:19:51And everyone, of course, was enormously honored to have the vice president here.
00:19:56But at some point in that speech, he shifted to the parent who had lost a child, to the man
00:20:04who had lost a child.
00:20:05Oh, I see what people are talking about.
00:20:06They keep talking, they keep bringing up Joe Biden's kid.
00:20:12And he spoke to each of the families from the heart.
00:20:19That's phenomenal.
00:20:20I want to ask, what gets you excited about this idea of the inclusion of big ideas?
00:20:27What is this, Dave Rubin?
00:20:28The party into the future, into the next administration.
00:20:31The magic of Joe Biden is that everything he does becomes the new reasonable.
00:20:36If he comes with an ambitious plan to address climate change, all of a sudden,
00:20:41everyone's going to follow his lead.
00:20:43You can see it with him choosing Kamala, too.
00:20:45He wants to build the best team.
00:20:46Let's do it together.
00:20:47That's how we're going to rebuild this country.
00:20:49Cory, I'm so optimistic about our country right now.
00:20:52Shut the fuck up.
00:20:53Some very dark days for a lot of our fellow Americans.
00:20:57In large part because of what young people are doing.
00:21:00If he brings up guns, I'm going to scream.
00:21:02I'm going to scream.
00:21:03Ahmaud Arbery and Breonna Taylor and George Floyd.
00:21:06If he brings up guns.
00:21:07Young people, by and large, led these protests.
00:21:10And they did so in the absolute best traditions of this country,
00:21:14in the tradition of John Lewis.
00:21:16Is he going to speak Spanish?
00:21:18My optimism and my faith in this country is reflected in those young people and the way
00:21:24that Joe and Kamala are listening to them and incorporating their ideas and their urgency
00:21:29into the campaign that they're running and the administration that they're going to lead.
00:21:33And I have to think some people who say they don't know if they're going to vote or not
00:21:36are saying that from a point of privilege that a lot of Americans don't have.
00:21:39There are so many things for lots of folks who live life on the margins that this election
00:21:44is going to decide.
00:21:45And maybe it's not a life or death issue for you, but we are all in this together.
00:21:51Absolutely.
00:21:51Corey, what I would say is that this is clearly the most important election in the modern history of this
00:22:00country.
00:22:00And Joe Biden, you have a human being who is empathetic, who is honest, who is decent.
00:22:08And at this particular moment in American history, my God, that is something that this country absolutely needs.
00:22:16And all of us, whether you're progressives, whether you're moderates or conservatives,
00:22:21have got to come together to defeat this president.
00:22:25Thanks for that, Bernie.
00:22:26I want to thank you all for joining us for this segment.
00:22:29I mean this sincerely.
00:22:30It was an honor to run against you.
00:22:32That was so fake.
00:22:33And it is even a greater honor to stand with you in support of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
00:22:41Oh, my God.
00:22:42Good evening.
00:22:43No.
00:22:44No, no, no.
00:22:46I've supported Democrats, Republicans, and Independents.
00:22:49Hell, I've actually been a Democrat, Republican, and Independent.
00:22:55All about people.
00:22:57And the two people running for president couldn't be more different.
00:23:01One believes in facts.
00:23:03One does not.
00:23:04One listens to experts.
00:23:06The other thinks he knows everything.
00:23:09One looks forward and sees strength in America's diversity.
00:23:13The other looks backwards and sees immigrants as enemies and white supremacists as allies.
00:23:20Here's another difference.
00:23:21One has proven he knows how to handle a crisis by helping to lead the economic turnaround after the 2008
00:23:28recession.
00:23:29While the other has not only failed to lead, he has made the current crisis much worse.
00:23:35When confronted with the biggest calamity any president has faced in the modern era, Donald Trump spent the year downplaying
00:23:43the threat, ignoring science, and recommending quack cures.
00:23:49So, just a side note.
00:23:53This man joined the primaries.
00:23:56Um, pretty much all he did was cry about Bernie bros on the internet.
00:24:04That's it.
00:24:05That was basically his entire campaign was crying about Bernie Sanders supporters online.
00:24:14And then also making a sign, a billboard about how Trump likes his steak well done.
00:24:21The man, this multi-billionaire, who can afford to send America to the moon and back probably multiple times,
00:24:34was crying about people being mean to him on Twitter.
00:24:38Multiple videos of screenshots from, you know, random people on the internet.
00:24:46Do you remember that? I made videos about that.
00:24:49Yeah, that was his entire campaign was people are mean to me online.
00:24:55Incredible. Just needed to remind you about that.
00:25:02Blake Moonberg.
00:25:05Also, I like my steak well done, so that wasn't even like a-
00:25:09He was like, haha, Trump likes his steak well done.
00:25:14Okay, so do I. The fuck?
00:25:17That just makes Trump relatable.
00:25:23He wasted millions, yes.
00:25:26He wasted millions to lose.
00:25:31Millions.
00:25:37Which let COVID-19 spread much faster than it should have, leaving hundreds of thousands needlessly sick or dead.
00:25:45He has failed the American people catastrophically.
00:25:49Four years ago, I came before this very convention and said, New Yorkers know a con when we see one.
00:25:56But tonight, I'm not asking you to vote against Donald Trump because he's a bad guy.
00:26:01I'm urging you to vote against him because he's done a bad job.
00:26:06Today, unemployment is at historic highs and small businesses are struggling just to survive.
00:26:13It didn't have to be this way.
00:26:15Before I ran for mayor, I spent 20 years running a business I started from scratch.
00:26:21So I want to ask small business owners and their employees one question, and it's a question for everyone.
00:26:28Would you rehire-
00:26:30Look at this fucking goblin.
00:26:32Someone who ran your business into the ground?
00:26:34And who always does what's best for him or her, even when it hurts the company?
00:26:40And whose reckless decisions put you in danger?
00:26:43And who spends more time tweeting than working?
00:26:46Oh, okay.
00:26:47If the answer is no, why the hell would we ever rehire Donald Trump for another four years?
00:26:55Trump says we should vote for him because he's a great businessman.
00:26:58Really?
00:26:59He drove his companies into bankruptcy six times, always leaving behind customers and contractors
00:27:06The billionaire's gonna preach at us?
00:27:08And stop doing business with him.
00:27:10Well, this time, all of us are paying the price, and we can't let him get away with it again.
00:27:16Donald says we should vote for him because the economy was great before the virus.
00:27:22Huh?
00:27:22Biden and Obama created more jobs over the last three years.
00:27:27All right, I can't, I can't, I can't, I can't.
00:27:30And economic growth was higher under Biden and Obama than under Trump.
00:27:35In fact, while Biden helped save one million auto industry jobs, Trump has lost 250,000 manufacturing jobs.
00:27:44So when Trump says he wants to make America great again, he's making a pretty good case for Joe Biden.
00:27:51Okay.
00:27:56The guy in Epstein's black book.
00:28:00Joe's economic plan will create clean energy jobs that help fight another crisis that Trump is ignoring, climate change.
00:28:07And Joe will rebuild our crumbling roads and bridges, something Trump has incessantly talked about doing, but in the last
00:28:14three and a half years, he hasn't done anything.
00:28:18What a joke.
00:28:20And let me tell you a little secret.
00:28:22This is fake.
00:28:23Donald Trump's economic plan was to give a huge tax cut to guys like me who didn't need it.
00:28:29They're buddies.
00:28:30And then lie about it to everyone else.
00:28:30When this election is over, they're going to be chilling again.
00:28:33Joe will roll back that tax cut that I got so we can fund things our whole country needs.
00:28:38This is theater.
00:28:38Like training for adults who have lost jobs and making college more affordable and investing in American research and development
00:28:46so that the products of tomorrow are made today by American workers.
00:28:52You know, growing up, I was taught to believe that America is the greatest country in the world, not because
00:28:58we won the second world.
00:28:59Why does AOC get two seconds and this man is still going?
00:29:04Why does Tulsi get zero seconds?
00:29:06Why does Tulsi get nothing?
00:29:07One of the book was called Johnny Tremaine, about a Boston boy who joins the Sons of Liberty at the
00:29:12dawn of the American Revolution.
00:29:14At the end of the book, Johnny stands on Lexington Commons and sees a nation that is, quote, green with
00:29:22spring, dreaming of the future.
00:29:25That's the America I know and love, and that's the America we are in danger of losing under this president.
00:29:32So let's put an end to this whole sorry chapter in American history.
00:29:36He's, like, not even saying anything wrong, but...
00:29:38...will bring integrity and stability, sanity and competence back to the White House.
00:29:43I hate him.
00:29:44Joe and Kamala, go get them.
00:29:46For all of us.
00:29:50That's funny coming from him.
00:29:51Okay.
00:29:52We can help you find the best and safest way to vote in your state.
00:29:57Simply text VOTE to 30330 to learn more.
00:30:01All right.
00:30:02303...
00:30:03Joe Biden never forgets that that's the point of moving.
00:30:07Are you guys ready for Joe Biden's speech?
00:30:09And then we're done.
00:30:12And then we're done.
00:30:13And we're done.
00:30:16To have somebody who believes in what's best in us?
00:30:20Somebody like Joe Biden who actually...
00:30:22Those are words for our time.
00:30:24The current president has cloaked American darkness for much too long.
00:30:30Too much anger.
00:30:32Too much fear.
00:30:33Too much division.
00:30:34Here and now, I give you my word.
00:30:38If you entrust me with the presidency, I will draw on the best of us, not the worst.
00:30:44I'll be an ally of the light, not the darkness.
00:30:48It's time for us, for we...
00:30:50Yeah, where's Yang's speech?
00:30:52Hold on.
00:30:53We missed Yang.
00:30:54Where is he?
00:30:55Oh, here he is.
00:30:56Okay, let's watch Yang first and then we'll-
00:30:59We'll go back to Joe.
00:31:48He's talking to me.
00:32:08We're here tonight to celebrate Joe Biden's nomination as a Democratic candidate for president.
00:32:18I have gotten to know both Joe and Kamala on the trail over the past year.
00:32:22The way you really get to know a person when the cameras are off, the crowds are gone,
00:32:26it's just you and them.
00:32:28They're real people.
00:32:29They understand the problems we face.
00:32:32There are parents and patriots who want the best for us in our country.
00:32:35And if we give them the chance, they will fight for us and our families every single day.
00:32:39Our future is now and it is daunting.
00:32:42But I ask you tonight to join me to help Joe and Kamala fight for the promise of America,
00:32:47turn the page for our country, and lead us forward to a future we'll actually be proud to lead to
00:32:52our children.
00:32:53And now I'd like to turn it over to a great Democrat who will be with us throughout the evening.
00:32:57Between the two of us, we have 11 Emmys.
00:33:00How's that for math?
00:33:00One of my favorite actresses, Julia Louis-Dreyfus.
00:33:03Hey, Julia.
00:33:04Hi, Andrew.
00:33:05I'm so glad to see you.
00:33:07So what did you think about Kamala Harris' speech last night?
00:33:11It was tremendous.
00:33:12I was so happy for her.
00:33:14I know, me too.
00:33:15She was fabulous.
00:33:16I cannot wait to see her debate.
00:33:18Our current vice president, Mika Pines.
00:33:21Or, uh, is it Pines?
00:33:23What?
00:33:24It's pronounced Ponce, I believe.
00:33:26Oh, some kind of weird foreign name?
00:33:29Yeah, not very American sounding.
00:33:31Yeah, that's what people are saying, strongly.
00:33:35Well, uh, thank you, Andrew.
00:33:38And please give my regards to the gang.
00:33:41I will.
00:33:41They're right in the next room.
00:33:43Have a great night, Julia.
00:33:44Thank you so much.
00:33:45Good evening, America.
00:33:47And welcome to the fourth night of the 2020 Democratic National Convention Uniting America.
00:33:55Okay, these last few nights have-
00:33:57Somebody like Joe Biden who actually believes in the American idea.
00:34:03Moving on from that.
00:34:06Holy shit.
00:34:09What the hell was that?
00:34:14Good evening.
00:34:16Ella Baker, a giant of the Civil Rights Movement, left us with this wisdom.
00:34:22Give people light, and they will find the way.
00:34:27Give people light.
00:34:29Those are words for our time.
00:34:32The current president has cloaked American darkness for much too long.
00:34:38Too much anger, too much fear, too much division.
00:34:42Here and now, I give you my word.
00:34:45If you entrust me with the presidency, I will draw on the best of us, not the worst.
00:34:52I'll be an ally of the light, not the darkness.
00:34:56It's time for us, for we the people, to come together.
00:35:01And make no mistake, united we can and will overcome this season of darkness in America.
00:35:09We'll choose hope over fear, facts over fiction, fairness over privilege.
00:35:15Hey, you said it right this time.
00:35:16I'm a proud Democrat.
00:35:18Gross.
00:35:19And I'll be proud to carry the banner of our party into the general election.
00:35:23So it's a great honor and humility.
00:35:26I accept this nomination for president of the United States of America.
00:35:31He's doing pretty good.
00:35:32But while I'll be a Democratic candidate, I will be an American president.
00:35:38I'll work hard for those who didn't support me,
00:35:40as hard for them as I did for those who did vote for me.
00:35:45That's the job of a president, to represent all of us, not just our base or our party.
00:35:52This is not a partisan moment.
00:35:54Whatever drugs they have him on, it's doing a great job.
00:35:57It's the moment that calls for hope and light and love.
00:36:00Just on like horse steroids or something.
00:36:02Light to see our way forward and love for one another.
00:36:07America isn't just a collection of clashing interests of red states or blue states.
00:36:13We're so much bigger than that.
00:36:15We're so much better than that.
00:36:18You know, nearly a century ago,
00:36:21Franklin Roosevelt pledged a new deal in a time of massive unemployment, uncertainty, and fear.
00:36:28Stricken by a disease, stricken by a virus,
00:36:32FDR insisted that he would recover and prevail, and he believed America could as well.
00:36:38And he did, and we can as well.
00:36:41This campaign isn't just about winning votes.
00:36:44He's doing really well.
00:36:46I'm actually very proud of Biden right now.
00:36:49Winning it for the generous among us, not the selfish.
00:36:52Winning it for workers who keep this country going, not just the privileged few at the top.
00:36:57Winning it for those communities who have known the injustice of a knee on the neck.
00:37:02For all the young people who have known only America being of rising inequity and shrinking
00:37:11opportunity, they deserve the experience of America's promise.
00:37:17They deserve to experience it in full.
00:37:21You know, no generation ever knows what history will ask of it.
00:37:25All we can ever know is whether we're ready when that moment arrives.
00:37:31And now history has delivered us to one of the most difficult moments America has ever faced.
00:37:38Four, four historic crises.
00:37:40People are like deep fakes.
00:37:41All at the same time.
00:37:43A perfect storm.
00:37:44The worst pandemic in over 100 years.
00:37:47The worst economic crisis since the Great Depression.
00:37:50The most compelling call for racial justice since the 60s.
00:37:54And the undeniable realities and just the accelerating threats of climate change.
00:38:02So the question for us is simple.
00:38:04Are we ready?
00:38:06I believe we are.
00:38:08We must be.
00:38:10You know, all elections are important.
00:38:12We know in our bones this one is more consequential.
00:38:17As many have said, America is at an inflection point.
00:38:20He's doing really good.
00:38:21I'm actually impressed.
00:38:22But also extraordinary possibilities.
00:38:25It's a good speech.
00:38:26We can choose a path of becoming angrier, less hopeful, more divided.
00:38:31A path of shadow and suspicion.
00:38:34Or we can choose a different path and together take this chance to heal, to reform, to unite.
00:38:42I'm sure the government has like much better technology than we have.
00:38:45This is a life-changing election.
00:38:48This will determine what America is going to look like for a long, long time.
00:38:53Character is on the ballot.
00:38:55Compassion is on the ballot.
00:38:58Decency, science, democracy.
00:39:00They're all on the ballot.
00:39:07And the choice could not be more clear.
00:39:14No rhetoric is needed.
00:39:16Just judge this President on the facts.
00:39:20Five million Americans are infected by COVID-19.
00:39:24More than 170,000 Americans have died.
00:39:28By far the worst performance of any nation on earth.
00:39:32More than 50 million people have filed for unemployment this year.
00:39:36More than 10 million people are going to lose their health insurance this year.
00:39:42Nearly one in six small businesses have closed this year.
00:39:46And this President, if he's reelected, you know what will happen.
00:39:52Cases and deaths will remain far too high.
00:39:55More mom-and-pop businesses will close their doors, and this time for good.
00:40:00Working families will struggle to get by.
00:40:02And yet the wealthiest one percent will get tens of billions of dollars in new tax breaks.
00:40:10And the assault on the Affordable Care Act will continue until it's destroyed.
00:40:15Taking insurance away from more than 20 million people.
00:40:19Including more than-
00:40:20I am impressed with Joe Biden for the first time.
00:40:22This is good.
00:40:23This is a good speech.
00:40:24Getting rid of the-
00:40:25We gotta give it to him.
00:40:26That President Obama worked so hard to get past.
00:40:29Good speech for a deep fake.
00:40:32Really impressive deep fake right now.
00:40:35And speaking of President Obama,
00:40:37a man I was honored to serve alongside for eight years as Vice President.
00:40:42Let me take this moment to say something we don't say nearly enough.
00:40:47Thank you, Mr. President.
00:40:49You were a great President.
00:40:51A President our children could and did look up to.
00:40:56No one's going to say that about the current occupant of the White House.
00:40:59What we know about this President is if he's given four more years,
00:41:04he'll be what he's been for the last four years.
00:41:08The President takes no responsibility, refuses to lead, blames others,
00:41:13cozies up to dictators and fans the flames of hate and division.
00:41:18He'll wake up every day.
00:41:19That cozies up to dictators part scares me.
00:41:22Never about you.
00:41:24Is that the American you want for you, your family, your children?
00:41:29I see a different American.
00:41:32One that's generous and strong, selfless and humble.
00:41:35It's an American we can rebuild together.
00:41:39As President, the first step I will take
00:41:41is to get control of the virus that has ruined so many lives.
00:41:46Because I understand something this President hasn't from the beginning.
00:41:50We will never get our economy back on track.
00:41:53We will never get our kids safe.
00:41:55Biden is more left than Marx.
00:41:57We will never have our lives back until we deal with this virus.
00:42:01The tragedy where we are today is it didn't have to be this bad.
00:42:07Just look around.
00:42:08No, it didn't have to be this bad.
00:42:10It's not this bad in Canada.
00:42:11It didn't have to be this bad.
00:42:13Almost anywhere else in the world.
00:42:16And the President keeps telling us the virus is going to disappear.
00:42:20He keeps waiting for a miracle.
00:42:22Well, I have news for him.
00:42:25No miracle is coming.
00:42:29We lead the world in confirmed cases.
00:42:31We lead the world in deaths.
00:42:33Our economy is in tatters.
00:42:35We're black, Latino, Asian American, Native American communities bearing the brunt of it.
00:42:41And after all this time, the President still does not have a plan.
00:42:46Well, I do.
00:42:49If I'm your President, on day one,
00:42:52we'll implement the national strategy I've been laying out since March.
00:42:57We'll develop and deploy rapid tests with results available immediately.
00:43:04He is doing good as fuck.
00:43:08Imagine he was like this the whole time.
00:43:12So we'll never again keep mercy of China and other foreign countries in order to protect our own people.
00:43:17We'll make sure our schools have the resources they need to be open, safe, and effective.
00:43:25We'll put politics aside.
00:43:26Deepfake is very impressive.
00:43:28We'll take the puzzle of our experts so the public gets the information they need and deserve.
00:43:34Honest, unvarnished truth.
00:43:37They can handle it.
00:43:40We'll have a national mandate to wear masks, not as a burden, but as a patriotic duty to protect one
00:43:46another.
00:43:47In short, we'll do what we should have done from the very beginning.
00:43:52Our current President has failed in his most basic duty to the nation.
00:43:58He's failed to protect us.
00:44:00He's failed to protect America.
00:44:03And my fellow Americans, that is unforgivable.
00:44:08As President, I'll make you a promise.
00:44:11I'll protect America.
00:44:12I will defend us from every attack, seen and unseen, always, without exception, every time.
00:44:22Look, I understand.
00:44:24I understand how hard it is to have any hope right now.
00:44:28On this summer night, let me take a moment to speak to those of you who have lost the most.
00:44:35I have some idea how it feels to lose someone you love.
00:44:39I know that deep black hole that opens up in the middle of your chest and you feel like you're
00:44:43being sucked into it.
00:44:45I know how mean and cruel and unfair life can be sometimes.
00:44:53But I've learned two things.
00:44:57First, your loved one may have left this earth, but they'll never leave your heart.
00:45:03They'll always be with you.
00:45:04You'll always hear them.
00:45:07And second, I found the best way through pain and loss and grief is to find purpose.
00:45:15As God's children, each of us have a purpose in our lives.
00:45:19We have a great purpose as a nation to open the doors of opportunity to all Americans,
00:45:25to save our democracy, to be a light to the world once again,
00:45:31and finally to live up to and make real the words written in the sacred documents that founded this nation,
00:45:38that all men and women are created equal, endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights.
00:45:45Among them, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
00:45:51You know, my dad was an honorable, decent man.
00:45:55He got knocked down a few times pretty hard, but he always got back up.
00:46:00He worked hard and he built a great middle-class life for our family.
00:46:05He used to say, Joey, I don't expect the government to solve my problems,
00:46:09but I sure in hell expect them to understand them.
00:46:12Repostive monkey. Yes.
00:46:13He said, Joey, a job is about a lot more than a paycheck.
00:46:18It's about your dignity.
00:46:20What?
00:46:21It's about respect.
00:46:22It's about your place in the community.
00:46:24It's about being able to lick your kid in the eye and say,
00:46:27honey, it's going to be okay and mean it.
00:46:31I've never forgotten those lessons.
00:46:35That's why my economic plan is all about jobs, dignity, respect, and community.
00:46:42Together we can and will rebuild our economy.
00:46:45Yeah, remember the middle class?
00:46:47And when we do, we'll not only build back.
00:46:48We'll build back better.
00:46:50With modern roads, bridges, highways, broadband, ports, and airports.
00:46:55Not going to lie, I'm impressed.
00:46:56Yeah, me too.
00:46:57Me too.
00:46:58With pipes of transport, clean water.
00:47:00This is a good speech, like dead ass.
00:47:02With five million new manufacturing and technology jobs,
00:47:05so the future is made in America.
00:47:06He's talking about policies.
00:47:08He's talking about his plans.
00:47:10He's doing a good job.
00:47:11Honestly, this is why I don't feel that bad for telling people to.
00:47:15By building on the Affordable Care Act, he's trying to rip away.
00:47:18But then education systems and the trains are people for the best jobs of the 21st century.
00:47:23There's not a single thing American workers can't do.
00:47:28And where cost doesn't prevent young people from going to college,
00:47:32and student debt doesn't crush them when they get out.
00:47:37With the child care and elder care system that makes it possible for parents to go to work
00:47:43and for the elderly to stay in their homes with dignity.
00:47:48With an immigration system that powers our economy and reflects our values.
00:47:54And with newly empowered labor unions.
00:47:56Yeah, I mean, it could be old talk, but...
00:48:00With equal pay for women, with rising wages, you could raise a child on, a family on.
00:48:07And yes, we're going to do more than praise our essential workers.
00:48:11We're finally going to pay them.
00:48:13Pay them.
00:48:14Yeah, Biden.
00:48:16We can and we will do it.
00:48:17Damn, go off, bitch!
00:48:19The fuck, guys?
00:48:20It's not only a crisis, it's an enormous opportunity.
00:48:24An opportunity for America to lead the world in clean energy.
00:48:28And create millions of new good-
00:48:30It is old talk.
00:48:31Yeah.
00:48:31In the process.
00:48:32Probably.
00:48:33I feel like that's with every candidate.
00:48:35By ending loopholes, unnecessary loopholes,
00:48:38and the president's $1.3 trillion tax giveaway to the wealthiest 1%
00:48:43and the biggest, most profitable corporations,
00:48:46some of which do not pay any tax at all.
00:48:51Because we don't need a tax code that rewards wealth more than it rewards work.
00:48:58I'm not looking to punish anyone.
00:49:00Far from it.
00:49:02But it's long past time the wealthiest people
00:49:05and the biggest corporations in this country paid their fair share.
00:49:09Am I looking to punish anyone?
00:49:11Seniors, social security is a sacred obligation.
00:49:15A sacred promise made.
00:49:18They paid for.
00:49:20The current president is threatening to break that promise.
00:49:23He's proposing to eliminate a tax that pays for almost half the social security
00:49:29without any way of making up for that lost revenue,
00:49:32resulting in cuts.
00:49:35I will not let that happen.
00:49:39If I'm your president,
00:49:40we're going to protect social security and Medicare.
00:49:44You have my word.
00:49:46All right.
00:49:47One of the most powerful voices.
00:49:49Holding you to that.
00:49:50We hear in the country today
00:49:51is from our young people.
00:49:54They're speaking to the inequity and injustice.
00:49:57Oh, now he cares about the young people.
00:50:00Economic injustice, racial injustice, environmental injustice.
00:50:04I thought he had no empathy.
00:50:05I hear their voices.
00:50:06If you listen, you can hear them, too.
00:50:09And whether it's the existential threat posed by climate change,
00:50:14the daily fear of being gunned down in school,
00:50:18or the inability to get started in your first job,
00:50:21it will be the work of the next president
00:50:23to restore the promise of America to everyone.
00:50:28And I'm not going to have to do it alone
00:50:30because I'll have a great vice president at my side,
00:50:35Senator Kamala Harris.
00:50:37She's a powerful voice for this nation.
00:50:40Her story is the American story.
00:50:43She knows about all the obstacles
00:50:45thrown in the way of so many in our country.
00:50:47Women, black women, black Americans.
00:50:50The obstacles.
00:50:51South Asian Americans.
00:50:52Women.
00:50:53The left out and the left behind.
00:50:56But she's overcome every obstacle she's ever faced.
00:51:00No one's been tougher on the big banks and the gunwars.
00:51:03The American people are tired of women.
00:51:06No one's been tougher in calling out
00:51:07the current administration for its extremism,
00:51:09its failure to follow the law,
00:51:11its failure to simply tell the truth.
00:51:16Kamala and I both draw from our families.
00:51:20That's where we get our strength.
00:51:21For Kamala, it's Doug and their families.
00:51:24For me, it's Jill and ours.
00:51:27I've said many times,
00:51:29no man deserves one great love in his life,
00:51:31let alone two.
00:51:32But I've known two.
00:51:34After losing my first wife in that car accident,
00:51:37Jill came into my life.
00:51:39She put our family back together.
00:51:41You apparently stole Jill.
00:51:42She's an educator.
00:51:43From someone else.
00:51:44A mom, a military mom.
00:51:45And an unstoppable force.
00:51:48If she puts her mind to it,
00:51:50just get out of the way.
00:51:52She's going to get it done.
00:51:54She was a great second lady.
00:51:57And I know she'll make a great first lady for this nation.
00:52:01She loves this country so much.
00:52:04And I'll always have the strength
00:52:06that can only come from family.
00:52:09Hunter,
00:52:11Ashley,
00:52:12all our grandchildren,
00:52:13my brothers,
00:52:15my sister.
00:52:15Someone just said Biden's low-key hot.
00:52:19While he's no longer with me.
00:52:20Horny.
00:52:21Horny in the chat.
00:52:22Beau inspires me every day.
00:52:26Beau served our nation in uniform.
00:52:29You're in Iraq,
00:52:30a decorated Iraqi war veteran.
00:52:33So I take very personally
00:52:36and the profound responsibility
00:52:38of serving as commander-in-chief.
00:52:41It's still going in.
00:52:42I'll be a president
00:52:43who will stand with our allies and friends
00:52:45and make it clear to our adversaries
00:52:46the days of cozying up to dictators is over.
00:52:52Under President Biden,
00:52:54America will not turn a blind eye
00:52:56to Russian bounties
00:52:57on the heads of American soldiers.
00:53:00No, I've put up with foreign interference
00:53:02in our most sacred democratic exercise,
00:53:05voting.
00:53:08And I'll always stand
00:53:10for our values
00:53:11of human rights and dignity.
00:53:14I'll work in common purpose
00:53:16for a more secure,
00:53:18peaceful,
00:53:19and prosperous world.
00:53:23History,
00:53:24history has thrust
00:53:25one more urgent task on us.
00:53:29Will we be the generation
00:53:31that finally wipes out
00:53:33the stain of racism
00:53:34from our national character?
00:53:37I believe we're up to it.
00:53:39I believe we're ready.
00:53:42Just a week ago, yesterday,
00:53:45was the third anniversary
00:53:46of the events in Charlottesville.
00:53:49Close your eyes.
00:53:50Remember what you saw on television.
00:53:51Remember seeing those neo-Nazis
00:53:53and Klansmen
00:53:54and white supremacists
00:53:55coming out of fields
00:53:56with lighted torches,
00:53:58veins bulging,
00:53:59spewing the same
00:54:01anti-Semitic bile
00:54:03heard across Europe
00:54:04in the 30s.
00:54:06Remember the violent clash
00:54:08that ensued
00:54:09between those spreading hate
00:54:11and those with the courage
00:54:13to stand against it?
00:54:15And remember what the president
00:54:17said when asked?
00:54:18He said there were, quote,
00:54:20very fine people
00:54:22on both sides.
00:54:25It was a wake-up call
00:54:26for us as a country
00:54:27and for me,
00:54:29a call to action.
00:54:31At that moment,
00:54:32I knew I'd have to run
00:54:34because my father taught us
00:54:36that silence was complicity
00:54:39and I could never remain
00:54:41silent or complicit.
00:54:43At the time,
00:54:46I said we're in the battle
00:54:47for the soul of this nation
00:54:50and we are.
00:54:53You know,
00:54:54one of the most important
00:54:55conversations I've had
00:54:56this entire campaign,
00:54:59was with someone
00:55:00who was much too young
00:55:01to vote.
00:55:01It's almost over.
00:55:03I met with six-year-old
00:55:04Gianna Floyd
00:55:05the day before her daddy,
00:55:07George Floyd,
00:55:08was laid to rest.
00:55:10She's an incredibly brave
00:55:11little girl
00:55:13and I'll never forget it.
00:55:14When I leaned down
00:55:15to speak to her,
00:55:17she looked in my eyes
00:55:18and she said,
00:55:19and I quote,
00:55:20Daddy changed the world.
00:55:24Daddy changed the world.
00:55:25Did she say that?
00:55:28Her words burrowed
00:55:29deep into my heart.
00:55:31Maybe George Floyd murder
00:55:34was a breaking point.
00:55:36Maybe John Lewis
00:55:37is passing the inspiration.
00:55:39But however it's come to be,
00:55:41however it's happened,
00:55:43America's ready
00:55:44and talented.
00:55:44Yeah, but I didn't stay away
00:55:45from little girls.
00:55:46To lay down, quote,
00:55:46the heavy burden of state
00:55:48at last
00:55:51and to end the hard work
00:55:54of rooting out
00:55:56our systemic racism.
00:55:59You know,
00:56:00American history tells us
00:56:02that it's been
00:56:02in our darkest moments
00:56:04that we've made
00:56:04our greatest progress.
00:56:07That we found the light.
00:56:09Oh, she did say that?
00:56:09Oh, that's cute then.
00:56:10In this dark moment,
00:56:12I believe we're poised
00:56:14to make great progress again.
00:56:16That we can find the light
00:56:18once more.
00:56:21You know,
00:56:23many people have heard me say this,
00:56:25but I've always believed
00:56:26you can define America
00:56:27in one word.
00:56:29Possibilities.
00:56:30To defining future America,
00:56:32everything is possible.
00:56:36that in America,
00:56:37everyone,
00:56:37and I mean everyone,
00:56:39should be given
00:56:40an opportunity
00:56:41to go as far
00:56:41as their dreams
00:56:42and God-given ability
00:56:43will take them.
00:56:45We can never lose that.
00:56:48In times as challenging
00:56:49as these,
00:56:51I believe there's only
00:56:52one way forward.
00:56:54As a united America,
00:56:56a united America,
00:56:57united in our pursuit
00:56:59of a more perfect union,
00:57:01united in our dreams
00:57:03of a better future
00:57:04for us
00:57:05and for our children,
00:57:07united in our determination
00:57:09to make the coming years
00:57:12bright.
00:57:13Are you ready?
00:57:15I believe we are.
00:57:17I'm ready.
00:57:18This is a great nation.
00:57:19We're a good
00:57:20and decent people.
00:57:21I'm pumped.
00:57:22For Lord's sake,
00:57:23this is the United States
00:57:24of America.
00:57:26There's never been anything
00:57:28we've been able
00:57:29to accomplish
00:57:29when we've done it together.
00:57:33The Irish poet
00:57:34Seamus Heaney
00:57:35once wrote,
00:57:37History says,
00:57:39Don't hope on this side
00:57:41of the grave.
00:57:41But then,
00:57:43once in a lifetime,
00:57:45the longed for
00:57:46tidal wave of justice
00:57:48can rise up
00:57:49and hope
00:57:50and history rhyme.
00:57:52This is our moment
00:57:53to make hope
00:57:54and history rhyme.
00:57:56with passion
00:57:57and purpose.
00:57:58Let us begin,
00:57:59you and I together,
00:58:00one nation,
00:58:01under God,
00:58:03unite in our love
00:58:04for America,
00:58:04unite in our love
00:58:05for each other.
00:58:07For love is more powerful
00:58:08than hate,
00:58:09hope is more powerful
00:58:10than fear,
00:58:11and light is more powerful
00:58:12than dark.
00:58:13This is our moment,
00:58:15this is our mission.
00:58:17May history be able
00:58:19to say
00:58:19that the end
00:58:21of this chapter
00:58:21of American darkness
00:58:22began here,
00:58:24tonight,
00:58:25as love
00:58:26and hope
00:58:27and light
00:58:27join in the battle
00:58:28for the soul
00:58:29of the nation.
00:58:30And this is a battle
00:58:32we will win
00:58:33and we'll do it together.
00:58:35I promise you.
00:58:37Thank you
00:58:38and may God bless you
00:58:40and may God protect
00:58:42our troops.
00:59:04Okay,
00:59:05so that was
00:59:06probably the best speech
00:59:08from Biden
00:59:09I've ever seen.
00:59:10That was honestly
00:59:11really good.
00:59:12I'm actually like
00:59:13so surprised.
00:59:13I tuned in thinking
00:59:15it was gonna be
00:59:15an absolute shit show,
00:59:17but he did a really good job,
00:59:18which further
00:59:20cements my belief
00:59:22that voting for Biden
00:59:23is overall
00:59:24a much better choice
00:59:25than lit orange man.
00:59:29But will he go through
00:59:30with any of the shit
00:59:31he says?
00:59:33Tune in
00:59:36if he wins,
00:59:37I guess.
00:59:38What the fuck?
00:59:40No, that was good.
00:59:41That was pretty good.
00:59:42What's after this?
00:59:43It just looks like
00:59:44a bunch of fireworks.
00:59:46Alright,
00:59:46we don't gotta watch that.
00:59:48Yeah,
00:59:49no,
00:59:49was it a deepfake?
00:59:50I don't know.
00:59:51Chat,
00:59:51everybody thinks
00:59:52it's a deepfake.
00:59:53Um,
00:59:54well,
00:59:55deepfake Biden 2020.
00:59:57Whoever that was
00:59:58then,
00:59:59deepfake Biden.
01:00:02Shoot,
01:00:03don't give him credit
01:00:03for nothing.
01:00:04Well,
01:00:04that wasn't nothing.
01:00:05That was an actual
01:00:06good speech.
01:00:07You guys,
01:00:08you're too hard
01:00:09to please.
01:00:10We've been given
01:00:11scraps.
01:00:12We've been given
01:00:13crumbs.
01:00:13crumbs.
01:00:17Um,
01:00:19yeah.
01:00:23Yeah,
01:00:23he's probably
01:00:24a deepfake.
01:00:27Um,
01:00:28okay,
01:00:29so the
01:00:30RNC
01:00:31is next week
01:00:31apparently.
01:00:32That will be
01:00:33amusing.
01:00:34I have a feeling
01:00:35that's gonna be
01:00:35very,
01:00:36very,
01:00:36very funny.
01:00:37Maybe I'll have
01:00:38guests on or
01:00:38something or
01:00:39whatever.
01:00:40I don't know.
01:00:41Either way,
01:00:41this was fun.
01:00:42This was very chill
01:00:43and relaxing.
01:00:43I enjoyed
01:00:44talking to all
01:00:45you guys
01:00:46while I watched
01:00:47some of this.
01:00:49Um,
01:00:51thanks for joining
01:00:51me on this
01:00:53journey.
01:00:54Uh,
01:00:55there were
01:00:55definitely lots
01:00:56of cringe moments,
01:00:57but overall
01:00:57some good,
01:00:58some good and
01:00:59surprisingly
01:01:01competent speeches
01:01:02from people
01:01:03I didn't expect.
01:01:05Hillary's speech
01:01:05was actually okay.
01:01:08Uh,
01:01:08Joe's speech
01:01:09was okay.
01:01:09Bernie's was
01:01:10great.
01:01:11I don't know
01:01:12what that joke
01:01:13was Andrew
01:01:14Yang did,
01:01:14but other
01:01:15than that,
01:01:16he was pretty
01:01:16good.
01:01:18Um,
01:01:19yeah,
01:01:20the RNC
01:01:20is gonna be
01:01:21really,
