|FilmiBeat

Hanuman Ansh Has Emerged as One of the Biggest Surprise Success Stories of 2026. Based on the Life and Teachings of Spiritual Leader Neem Karoli Baba, the Film Opened with Modest Numbers but Gradually Gained Momentum Through Strong Word of Mouth. Made on a Reported Budget of Around Rs 2 Crore, the Film Has Continued to Perform Strongly at the Box Office Despite Having No Conventional Big-Star Advantage.the Film Is Now Being Compared with the Iconic 1975 Devotional Movie Jai Santoshi Maa, Which Became a Major Cultural Phenomenon Despite Its Small Budget. Audiences Reportedly Treated Screenings Almost Like Religious Gatherings, with Some Viewers Removing Their Footwear, Garlanding Posters and Even Performing Aarti Inside Theatres. the Film Also Managed to Make a Huge Impact While Sholay Dominated the Box Office Landscape.
