00:00I don't know how to start and I don't feel like so I'm just gonna do it and go for it.
00:07I feel fat and now I'm using the word fat like people do when they don't really think about what they're saying and they just say words.
00:17Because I don't actually mean fat. What I feel is heavy.
00:21I can tell that I put on weight but that is different from feeling heavy.
00:31I haven't done any physical exercise consistently for a month, for more than a month, in over 4 years, maybe more.
00:39I got a slip disc at 19 and I still, I am now 23. Today I turn 23 and I'm so far away from where I used to be.
00:52And I cry in the gym not because I feel fat but because I feel unable to move in the way I used to and it really bothers me.
01:04I used to jump off the bed when I was a kid. I used to like hold the railing and half cartwheel over it.
01:10I would never just normally get off the bed and now I can't get off a chair.
01:16I have to hype myself up. I have to like pump myself with adrenaline to convince myself to stand up from a chair.
01:24Who thinks about standing up from a chair?
01:27And it's been bothering me and I've done nothing about it and it's entirely my fault.
01:39I let go. I let go so much.
01:42And I still in my head think that I'm a fit person and I believe that I'm a fit person in my head.
01:50So I eat a bunch of crap thinking, oh I'll work it off but I don't anymore.
01:54And so yes, the added fat and weight has increased and affected my feeling of heaviness.
02:03Obviously it plays a part in it.
02:04But I really want to be able to move and use my body the way I used to be able to do it.
02:14I want to be comfortable in it and I want to not have to think about moving so much to be able to move.
02:25So I'm starting a one month challenge which will progressively increase if I manage to complete it.
02:33And I'm going to be working out 25 minutes a day.
02:38Popoi is going to be curating that 25 minutes.
02:43And I'm holding myself accountable by having to tell you guys every day about my workout.
02:50It's going to be 5 days of workout and 2 days of stretching and abs.
02:55So I will be doing physical activity every day for 25 minutes.
03:00It is only 25 minutes.
03:02And so I have no excuse to not do it.
03:05If you guys want to do it with me, I will be putting the workout up.
03:09But essentially I'm doing it on social media so that you guys can hold me accountable.
03:17And I can have to force myself to do this every day and feel more able and agile and comfortable with myself than I have been.
03:36All this while because this is something that I really want to change and it really affects me.
03:43It's something that I feel very strongly about being able to move with comfort and ease in your own body.
03:54So yeah, happy birthday to me.
