00:00:13Forever
00:00:20Together
00:00:27Smackdown in Cleveland as we're just two days away from Sunday night's main event.
00:00:32The drama surrounding the WWE Championship continues to get everybody's attention.
00:00:37A couple weeks to move on Kevin Owens and CM Punk in that title match.
00:00:40And now all about the wreckage led by Sami Zayn again.
00:00:44The number one contenders match in Aftermath has us all wondering what's next.
00:00:52Our main event tonight, who's going to be the number one contender for Punk's WWE title?
00:00:58Will it be Finn Balor, Kevin Owens, or Gunther?
00:01:02Well, this is a triple threat match.
00:01:04First man to gain pinball submission will win.
00:01:07No disqualifications.
00:01:08No countouts.
00:01:10And now the sleeper by Gunther.
00:01:12But Balor could have lost.
00:01:15It could be Finn Balor's night.
00:01:18Could have lost to Gunther.
00:01:19Balor, Balor, you become number one contender.
00:01:23Wait a minute.
00:01:25Sami Zayn.
00:01:30Who's going to come back?
00:01:31Who's going to come up?
00:01:36KO with a stutter.
00:01:37But there's no referee.
00:01:41Not on my watch now.
00:01:47Fuck unloading on Sami.
00:01:49This is justice, Sami.
00:01:51This is justice.
00:01:57Now Kevin Owens and Punk going at it.
00:01:59No love lost between these two.
00:02:01But look out.
00:02:16I don't get mine.
00:02:18You don't get mine.
00:02:20I'm justice.
00:02:22I'm free.
00:02:28I'm sure.
00:02:29I'm fine.

00:03:40This show will not go forward
00:03:43As long as Sami Zayn doesn't bring his ass
00:03:46Down here in this ring
00:03:53Hey Goodsher, hey
00:03:57Hey, you wanna call me out? I'm right here
00:03:59I am right here pal
00:04:02You don't need to hold the show hostage
00:04:05You got something to say, go ahead and say it
00:04:08I'm gonna keep a little bit of distance
00:04:10Cause I still got a broken hand I'm dealing with here
00:04:17You seem to be pretty mad at me, huh?
00:04:21It seems to me like lately
00:04:23Everyone is so mad at me, huh?
00:04:31Let's all take a breath, okay?
00:04:33Let's get a little perspective around here
00:04:36Because you're talking like you're the victim
00:04:39Good sir, let me make something clear to you
00:04:42You are not the victim here
00:04:44I am
00:04:46I am
00:04:48I am the one who was robbed
00:04:50I am the one who should still be WWE Champion
00:04:54The WWE Champion should be a good guy
00:05:00Should be the last real good guy left around here
00:05:09But instead, our WWE Champion
00:05:13Is the biggest fraud, hypocrite piece of trash
00:05:18Snake in the grass
00:05:19Snake in the grass
00:05:20Shouldn't be breathing the same air as me
00:05:23CM Punk
00:05:33You're so delusional
00:05:35You got the real deal here
00:05:37The real working class hero
00:05:39And you want to cheer for him
00:05:41It's...
00:05:41It's fine
00:05:42I'm not asking for the world
00:05:44I'm not asking for much
00:05:45All I want is the opportunity
00:05:47To get back
00:05:48What was stolen from me
00:05:51My WWE Championship
00:05:55That's it
00:05:56That's it
00:05:57And yet, week in, week out
00:05:59I'm made to jump through obstacles
00:06:01I'm kept out
00:06:02You were in the triple threat last week
00:06:05To be number one contender
00:06:06I wasn't even included
00:06:09So if you're not happy
00:06:11About what happened last week
00:06:13Here's my advice to you, Gunther
00:06:16Buckle up
00:06:18Get real comfortable
00:06:20Because that is the future
00:06:21Of SmackDown
00:06:23From here on out
00:06:25No number one contender matches
00:06:29No easy ride for anybody
00:06:31I don't care if it's you, Gunther
00:06:33I don't care if it's Finn Balor
00:06:35I don't care if it's my oldest friend in the world
00:06:38Kevin Owens
00:06:42If I don't sleep, no one sleeps
00:06:44If I don't eat, no one eats
00:06:47Nobody gets theirs
00:06:49Until I
00:06:50Get
00:06:51Mine
00:06:55No justice
00:06:57No peace
00:06:57You know what, Sammy?
00:06:59I heard enough
00:07:00If you don't want to come down here
00:07:01I'm gonna go down
00:07:03And drag your ass
00:07:04In that ring
00:07:08Stay right where you are
00:07:10Stay right where you are, Gunther
00:07:12I'm not clear
00:07:13Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa
00:07:15Gunther, slow down, mate
00:07:16Hold your horses
00:07:18I've still got a bone to pick with you
00:07:22What's Sammy saying, huh?
00:07:24You're out here looking for justice for Sammy
00:07:27Well, after what happened last week
00:07:29I'm out here for justice for Finn
00:07:33And I'm gonna take it right now
00:07:38Finn's chasing him down
00:07:43Well, Sammy moving at a hell of a rate here
00:07:46That's Sammy Zane with a bust
00:07:47Uh-oh
00:07:51The dead end
00:07:53With an old friend turned foe
00:07:55There's another victim from last week
00:07:57Kevin Owens also taken out by Sammy Zane
00:08:00On pursuit of his fellow
00:08:05Everybody wants a piece of Sammy
00:08:29Everybody wants a piece of Sammy
00:08:33To sabotage him
00:08:34Listen, I want to get my hands on Sammy
00:08:36I don't think you want to reward his bad behavior
00:08:39But
00:08:42Hold that thought
00:08:43I have an idea
00:08:50You're still doing this, huh?
00:08:53All right, Johnny Gargano
00:08:54You in there?
00:08:56Listen up
00:08:57Did you fight your entire career to get here
00:09:00To lay on a box
00:09:01Or did you fight your entire career to get here
00:09:03And
00:09:03I don't know
00:09:05Become champion of the world
00:09:07You know what?
00:09:08I've been at this for months
00:09:09It's not gonna work
00:09:10Good try though
00:09:11Good try
00:09:11Cute
00:09:12I got some tricks up my sleeve
00:09:14That not even you possess, Candace
00:09:17I think inside there somewhere lurks
00:09:22Johnny Wrestling
00:09:25Born and raised on the lake in Cleveland, Ohio
00:09:31Some say Cleveland's favorite son
00:09:35So what say you
00:09:38Johnny Gargano
00:09:40Son of Cleveland
00:09:41Takes on CM Punk for the WWE title tonight?
00:09:52All right, well thanks for thinking about it
00:09:54I thought that would work
00:09:57Let's try
00:09:57Hang on
00:09:59Just
00:10:01Maybe
00:10:01Maybe just give me a few more minutes
00:10:03I don't
00:10:03Time's up
00:10:04Honestly
00:10:06Oh my god
00:10:21Let's do it
00:10:26Perfect
00:10:27Oh my gosh
00:10:28Oh my gosh
00:10:29Oh my gosh
00:10:29Johnny Wrestling lives
00:10:31Oh my gosh
00:10:31Oh my gosh
00:10:32Oh my gosh
00:10:34Can you believe that?
00:10:35can you believe that?
00:10:37I get deep in the night
00:10:39No we won't let you in
00:10:44KONIEC!
00:11:12W.E. Women's Tag Team Champions, Lady Reed, Fallon Henley, Treadle Influence!
00:11:19And J.C. Jane overseeing that total takeover that they have delivered on after all the tough talk, Wade.
00:11:29Three ladies who have been nothing but a problem for the entire women's roster since arriving here on the Blue
00:11:37Brand.
00:11:38But boy, oh boy, do I enjoy watching the carnage they saw.
00:11:45The W.W.E. Women's Tag Team of Fatal Influence.
00:11:52Fallon and Laney.
00:11:55Flanking J.C. Jane.
00:11:57Going up against Charlotte Flair and Tatum Paxley when we return on Friday Night SmackDown.
00:12:06Back here in Cleveland for Friday Night SmackDown and I cannot believe the words that are about to come out
00:12:14of my mouth.
00:12:14This just announced the dormant and downtrend Johnny Gargano Wade is going to fight for the undisputed WWE Championship.
00:12:26Rip Van Winkle, Johnny Gargano has finally awoken and all it took was the mere offer of a WWE Championship
00:12:36opportunity right here in Cleveland.
00:12:39That is our main event. CM Punk putting it on the line against Johnny Wrestling.
00:12:44Well, there's a group that knows about championship opportunities. Fatal Influence, ready for action.
00:13:01Lexi, where have you been? We have a tag match against Fatal Influence.
00:13:04And if we win, we could have a future Tag Team Women's Championship match in momentum going into Sunday Night's
00:13:11main event.
00:13:12What are you wearing?
00:13:13So there's been a little change of plans.
00:13:16We are going to work so well together! I have always dreamt of tagging with the Queen!
00:13:26Well...
00:13:26Are you kidding me?
00:13:28She proved herself last week against Meechan, right? And you two are still warming up to each other, so I
00:13:33thought what better way to bond than to tag together, you know, like we did.
00:13:37It's gonna be so great. You can tag me, I can tag you, and that means multiple times tonight our
00:13:42skin will be touching! A lot!
00:13:46A heads up would have been nice.
00:13:49Given the opportunities that can come if you guys win, I thought you'd understand.
00:13:54Gold.
00:13:55Take notes, do as I say, say as I do, don't disappoint me.
00:13:59I would never touch me.
00:14:02Okay.
00:14:03After we win.
00:14:08So blisters embrace Tatum, but Charlotte a little more skeptical about Tatum as part of their performance.
00:14:14Well, Charlotte and Tatum need to get on the same page considering we have a six-woman tag in two
00:14:22nights at Sunday night's main event against Jake Cargill, Meechan and BFab, so this is a get right opportunity.
00:14:39And then there's the wonderfully weird and wildly unpredictable partner for Charlotte tonight.
00:14:52And their opponents, accompanied by Alexa Bliss, the team of Charlotte Flair and Tatum Paxley!
00:15:04And of course, just a couple days away from seeing Charlotte and Tatum in a six-woman tag team.
00:15:11And this is the numbers game of Jake Cargill, Meechan and BFab that has given them so much success.
00:15:19Well, finally, perhaps, Sunday night's main event is neutralized as they go up against Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss and this
00:15:26wonderfully weird, as you put it, Tatum Paxley!
00:15:30Not to overlook the athlete that Tatum is, former NXT women's champion, that chaotic, high-risk style, and you should
00:15:40see more of it in this matchup.
00:15:44Just like Charlotte Flair, I'm personally rather creeped out by Miss Paxley, and I personally choose to give her a
00:15:52wide berth.
00:15:53Unfortunately for Charlotte Flair, she doesn't get that opportunity.
00:15:57So we will see how the chemistry experiment goes with Charlotte and Tatum.
00:16:03What a skin touching going on here between Tatum and Charlotte Flair, but it is generally in one direction.
00:16:11And Tatum Paxley likes the touch, it seems.
00:16:14Lanie Reeve will start things off with Paxley.
00:16:17So here's the problem for Paxley and Charlotte Flair.
00:16:20They've never tagged together before, and apparently Charlotte doesn't particularly like Tatum Paxley.
00:16:25Oh, they're up against the tag team champions here of the entire women's division in WWE and Fatal Influence.
00:16:33So, naturally, they're up against the best tag team that we have.
00:16:37That's not going to be easy for anybody, and immediately a bad start here for Tatum Paxley.
00:16:42It's an opportunity, though, for the veterans, Alexa, especially Alexa, to be scouting off from the side, to see what
00:16:47it looks like.
00:16:48How does it all click with what they have ahead of them in just 48 hours?
00:16:53Ballin and Lanie in control early on.
00:16:58One, two, three!
00:17:04Ballin Henley and Lanie Reed getting the best of Tatum Paxley here.
00:17:09Tag team action.
00:17:10Charlotte Flair surprised to find out who she'd be with.
00:17:13It's not Alexa Bliss tonight.
00:17:15And Charlotte tagged in.
00:17:16High flying cross body from the future Hall of Famer.
00:17:20Well, may not have been the first choice partner for Charlotte Flair, but Charlotte is a competitor.
00:17:28But regardless who she's tagged with, she's out here to win.
00:17:31Hitting the best of Lanie and Fallon right now.
00:17:35And the walkover clothesline from the green.
00:17:39And look, you get a victory over the tag chaps in a non-title matchup, then you've got every right
00:17:45to knock down Nick Holders' door and demand a future title opportunity.
00:17:50Of course, they won it back on July 18th at Saturday night's main event at Madison Square Garden.
00:17:56Now Sunday night's main event.
00:17:58We're knocking on the doorstep of that, and that is critical for Flair, Paxley, and Bliss.
00:18:04Let's catch a quick one on Laney Reid there, and Laney Reid in real trouble.
00:18:08And this is with Tom Henley down on the outside.
00:18:12And just as she was lining it up, here comes Fallon Henley.
00:18:16But Flair takes care of her.
00:18:18Flair looking to win this thing on her own.
00:18:23The leader of Fatal Influence on the outside, JC Jane, the women's US champ, looks on!
00:18:29Oh dear!
00:18:30Flair, natural selection, and a tag of Paxley.
00:18:35And now this gothic misfit is going skyward!
00:18:38We've seen it before, and she does it again!
00:18:44We'll tell you this, Paxley not very good at reading social cues, but she's a hell of a competitor in
00:18:51the world.
00:18:57And now JC Jane up on the apron.
00:19:00Need to throw a little curve ball at Tatum Paxley, but look out!
00:19:03Oh, blister!
00:19:06Alexa Bliss neutralizing JC Jane's distraction.
00:19:11Meanwhile, Laney Reid, Tatum Paxley, and a standing switch back and forth.
00:19:16They go, shoulders down.
00:19:17Oh!
00:19:18Oh!
00:19:19Oh, the big boot from Charlotte.
00:19:23Cemetery Drive!
00:19:26One, two, three!
00:19:29What a performance from Paxley!
00:19:32Here are your winners, Charlotte Flair and Tatum Paxley!
00:19:38Well, that was instant chemistry, even though Charlotte isn't quite there yet!
00:19:44With Tatum Paxley, but when the bell rang, they were gangbusters!
00:19:49And this is the moment Tatum Paxley scored that job with the stunning Cemetery Drive!
00:19:55Uh-oh, hold on!
00:19:56Oh, wait a minute!
00:19:58Would you look who's here?
00:19:59Cargill, Meechie, and B5 two days away from Sunderbite's main event!
00:20:04And now Fatal Influence getting involved there!
00:20:07Oh, it's an all-out brawl with Fatal Influence!
00:20:10Quick to get involved!
00:20:11Brawl, and it looks like they're all ganged up on Tatum Paxley, Charlotte Flair, and Alexa Bliss!
00:20:24Oh!
00:20:25Oh!
00:20:26Oh, Jason, they're all yours!
00:20:27They're all yours!
00:20:28They're all yours!
00:20:28Go ahead!
00:20:29Do as you want!
00:20:30Sunday night's main event in Atlanta, it'll be six-woman tag!
00:20:35And would you look at the wreckage now being put forth, B-Fab and Meechie.
00:20:41Oh, no!
00:20:42Oh, no!
00:20:43In two nights' time at Saturday night's main event!
00:20:46BTA!
00:20:47Welcome to SmackDown!
00:20:49They hit the BTA on Tatum Paxley!
00:20:54There's more coming the way of Charlotte Flair here, look out!
00:20:58Oh, Jade's got Charlotte up!
00:21:00Jaded is delivered!
00:21:02What a major message being delivered in the process!
00:21:07Two days away from Atlanta!
00:21:10The six-woman tag team, of course, streaming on Peacock, 8 a.m. Eastern.
00:21:16Paxley could see the BBX factor, but they just got the best throw with the BTA.
00:21:20Yeah, well, that was a jump attack from Cargill, B-Fab and Meechie, and, of course,
00:21:24Charlotte, Alexa Bliss, and Tatum Paxley know exactly what's lying in wait at Sunday night's main event, and they will
00:21:30be ready.
00:21:31It's gonna be fascinating to see what we get in Atlanta.
00:21:34Now, as for what happened last week, following the Women's U.S. Championship match, centering on Paige.
00:21:39Yeah, Paige taking on to JC Jane for the Intercontinental Championship, but a lot of chaos going on outside the
00:21:46ring.
00:21:46Thanks to Fatal Influence, with, ultimately, JC Jane picking up the win.
00:21:53On the list of celebrations, Nikki Bella struck a game and put it beaten on Paige, who she personally blames
00:22:02for a twin sister, Brie Bella, getting injured recently.
00:22:06And on that note, let's head over to Kevin Kelly.
00:22:12Yeah, thanks so much, guys. I'm here with Hall of Famer, Nikki Bella.
00:22:16Nikki, it's clear that you still have a lot of animosity towards Paige blaming her for what happened towards your
00:22:21sister.
00:22:21But to the people who say that you've taken this too far, what do you say to them?
00:22:26Too far? You know what I took too far? My trust in Paige was too far.
00:22:32I mean, she failed the Bella brand, and she's nothing but a D-grade skank.
00:22:38You know, you think Paige has passion for this? No, Paige has more passion behind closed doors.
00:22:45Paige is the reason why Brie is hurt. Paige is the reason why my big return was ruined.
00:22:50So you know what? I'm gonna ruin...
00:22:53No, no, no. Kathy, stay here. I'm not gonna touch you, baby girl. Don't worry.
00:22:58But I love how uneasy I make you feel.
00:23:01Do you know what I realized, Nikki?
00:23:03You haven't liked me since day one.
00:23:06Not just Mania. Back in the day, you have never, ever liked me.
00:23:10And do you know why?
00:23:11Because I built my career on hustle, loyalty, and respect.
00:23:20And in Mexico City next week, baby girl, you better bring it.
00:23:26Because if not, I'm gonna end your career quicker than your last relationship.
00:23:38Okay. Yes, I understand. Thank you, doctor. I appreciate you doing this.
00:23:42I will see you out there in a few moments.
00:23:45Excuse me.
00:23:48We gotta talk.
00:23:50Oh, good.
00:23:51Because I did some thinking about the decisions you're making.
00:23:54And I mean, look at it.
00:23:55I had to walk out there at the beginning of the show to take care of Sammy by myself.
00:24:00Because you put him in a position he shouldn't even be in now.
00:24:03Let's not talk about the ghost of Finn Balor that you put in the line.
00:24:08He shouldn't be in any line.
00:24:10And here comes the cherry on top.
00:24:12You give Johnny Gargano, the guy who's sleeping on cases for a year or something,
00:24:18you give him a title match tonight against CM Punk.
00:24:21And I figured it out.
00:24:23Oh.
00:24:23You stepped in the ring with me and you felt the limelight.
00:24:27Oh, okay.
00:24:27And now you're addicted to it.
00:24:29You don't want to get out of it anymore.
00:24:31So what you're doing now is you make crazy decisions so the attention stays on you.
00:24:36So I...
00:24:38I'm worried.
00:24:39I'm worried about this business.
00:24:41I'm worried about my career.
00:24:42So I need you to get your stuff together and run this place properly again.
00:24:46Oh, you're worried.
00:24:47Well, I appreciate your concern, Doctor.
00:24:50But as far as Gargano is concerned, you can take that up with CM Punk.
00:24:54And then as far as Sami Zayn and all the other business is concerned,
00:24:58I was gonna have to wait because I've got some important business to take care of with the Women's Championship.
00:25:04Excuse me.
00:25:04Wait a minute, Nick.
00:25:05More important than me.
00:25:06You're kidding, right?
00:25:10Don't worry, Gunnar.
00:25:12Dan hasn't understood exactly how you feel.
00:25:15Oh.
00:25:17Don't you ever touch me again.
00:25:21Yeah.
00:25:24Okay.
00:25:25Here.
00:25:26Now.
00:25:28Now.
00:25:29Now.
00:25:29Now.
00:25:30Now.
00:25:31Now.
00:25:32Now.
00:25:32For social media.
00:25:37Between the health of the women's champion.
00:25:39Ladies and gentlemen.
00:25:40Accompanying me here tonight is Dr. Woodruff.
00:25:43Jestem tutaj do rozmawiać o sytuacji Chelsea Green w publicie, w interesie pełnej transparenty.
00:25:53Więc z tego w porządku, bez dłuższego dnia, chłopaki WWE, Chelsea Green.
00:26:03PÅ‚odziesz w allegiance to Chelsea Green.
00:26:15Chelsea Green, who suffered the broken, horrible bone
00:26:18only days after finally winning the championship at SummerSlam.
00:26:22And then last week, returned with the bedazzled protective mask.
00:26:26Well, this is last week on SmackDown.
00:26:28Chelsea Green, Tiffany, taking on the irresistible forces.
00:26:31Chelsea wearing that protective mask to cover the orbital injury,
00:26:36although the protection level was debatable.
00:26:39Chelsea, at one point, almost taken out of the match completely by our medical staff.
00:26:45Now, Chelsea did her best to reinsert herself into the match,
00:26:49but ultimately succumbing to Nia Jax.
00:26:53And one of the most devastating moves we've seen, an annihilator,
00:26:57as Jax and Lash Legend continue to build momentum,
00:27:02and the question marks surround the true health of the champ, Chelsea Green.
00:27:14Look, Doc, with all due respect,
00:27:17I don't care what you have to say.
00:27:20Nick, we have already done this before.
00:27:24I'm not going to beg and plead and cry.
00:27:28We have played this game.
00:27:33Cleveland, tonight, you're not getting waterworks.
00:27:37What you're getting is an extremely pissed off WWE Women's Champion.
00:27:47Yeah, because, reminder, Nick, I still am the WWE Women's Champion.
00:27:53In fact, it was you that said I could be a fighting champion.
00:27:59So don't you dare take that away from me.
00:28:06And before you say what I know you're going to say,
00:28:10I realize that I have a bullseye on my face for every single woman in that locker room, okay?
00:28:16I get that, but I have waited 13 years for this title.
00:28:23So if those women in that locker room think it's that easy to take this off of me,
00:28:31let them.
00:28:34Let them try, Nick,
00:28:37because I don't need protecting.
00:28:40I'm not concerned about my safety.
00:28:43I am concerned about my legacy.
00:28:48Look, I get all that.
00:28:50I respect that.
00:28:51And I respect you, you know that.
00:28:54You might not be concerned about your safety,
00:28:56but I am because it's my job to be.
00:28:58And look,
00:29:00it really boils down to this.
00:29:02It's not up to me anymore.
00:29:04So,
00:29:06Doc,
00:29:08over to you.
00:29:12Chelsea,
00:29:15as we discussed,
00:29:17you have a fractured orbital bone
00:29:21that is not fully healed.
00:29:25But it is healing,
00:29:28is my medical opinion.
00:29:32As long as you wear the face mask at all times,
00:29:36you are cleared to compete.
00:29:44Oh, dear.
00:29:46Oh, boy.
00:29:46So, conditionally cleared,
00:29:48but now trouble arrives.
00:29:50So, you've got to wear the face mask,
00:29:52and that's just an open invite for these two.
00:29:57That's exactly what I was waiting to hear.
00:30:01I thought you'd never shut up, Chelsea.
00:30:05Let's stop playing games,
00:30:07because you know I want that WWE Women's Championship.
00:30:17So, either you give me a match right now,
00:30:22or I break your other orbital bone,
00:30:25because we all know you're made of glass.
00:30:37Well, the doctor did say she's fine to compete.
00:30:45Tiffy time on time.
00:30:48She's been courageously fighting on
00:30:51with injured ribs,
00:30:52but acting as a loyal friend again.
00:30:55You're putting yourself in the line of fire,
00:30:58and immediately Lash Legend about to pound.
00:31:01Oh, she was looking for the Lash extension,
00:31:04but takes punishment from Stratton.
00:31:06Nia, you're right.
00:31:09We're done waiting.
00:31:10You can get your championship match with Chelsea Green
00:31:13next week in Mexico City,
00:31:15but it looks to me
00:31:17like Tiffany Stratton's ready to compete right now.
00:31:20So, we can do Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton
00:31:23right here tonight in Cleveland,
00:31:25and we can start it right now.
00:31:27Stratton versus Jax.
00:31:28No, it's not like Jax has got a title match
00:31:31with Chelsea next week, too.
00:31:32Oh, and Tiffany Stratton's wasting no time.
00:31:40Stratton and Jax.
00:31:44So, general manager Nick Aldis
00:31:47putting it forth immediately.
00:31:49Tiffany Stratton, Nia Jax,
00:31:52as Nia Jax is trying to hunt down
00:31:54that championship against Chelsea Green.
00:31:57Chelsea Green receiving good news,
00:32:00conditionally medically cleared
00:32:02if she keeps the protective face mask on at all times.
00:32:07Well, Nia Jax has been guaranteed
00:32:09a championship opportunity next week
00:32:11against Chelsea Green,
00:32:13but she's got a major problem on her hands here
00:32:14in Tiffany Stratton,
00:32:17her longtime nemesis
00:32:19from the winnings WWE championship
00:32:22of Jax last year.
00:32:25Got to respect the way Tiffany Stratton
00:32:27has gone about her business recently,
00:32:30coming to the aid of Chelsea Green.
00:32:33Time and again, draped over that top rope.
00:32:35Do you respect that, though, Jax?
00:32:37Absolutely.
00:32:37Because, no, because it cost her
00:32:39her United States championship to J.C. J.
00:32:42and her ribs were busted
00:32:44by the irresistible forces.
00:32:46I understand the result.
00:32:48Chelsea was there for her.
00:32:49There is Chelsea with that
00:32:50protective face mask on
00:32:51we heard from the doctors moments ago.
00:32:53Chelsea, of course,
00:32:54refusing to surrender that title
00:32:56time and again,
00:32:57despite that injured horrible of all.
00:32:59Oh, and just when Jax
00:33:00was going up
00:33:01Oh, look at this!
00:33:05See, you can have too many friends
00:33:06in this industry, Joe,
00:33:08and friends can be liabilities,
00:33:09and in my opinion,
00:33:10that's exactly what Chelsea Green was
00:33:12to Tiffany Stratton
00:33:14who once again
00:33:14putting herself
00:33:16in the line of fire
00:33:17against two of the most dangerous women
00:33:19in all of WWE
00:33:21irresistible forces.
00:33:23Now, Tiffany trying to get
00:33:24the best of Nia Jax.
00:33:26Simply no slowing down
00:33:27Tiffany Stratton right now.
00:33:29is out for vengeance.
00:33:33Jax, unsteady on her feet,
00:33:35looking to deliver.
00:33:37Gonna wrap Jax up
00:33:39in a crucifix!
00:33:40Nice!
00:33:41Shoulders down!
00:33:44Nia Jax does not know
00:33:46what has his room
00:33:47and she was looking to use this
00:33:48as a tune-up
00:33:49for Chelsea Green next week.
00:33:51It has gone horribly wrong
00:33:53and Lash Legend on the outside
00:33:54realizes that.
00:33:55This is a motivated
00:33:57and fired up
00:33:58Tiffany Stratton
00:33:59again coming to the aid
00:34:01of Chelsea Green.
00:34:02And now Lash Legend
00:34:04getting up on the apron.
00:34:05Well, I think Tiffany Stratton
00:34:07was about to go for that
00:34:07prettiest moonsault ever.
00:34:09It's taken too long
00:34:10thanks to Lash!
00:34:11And now out of position
00:34:13and a Samoan drop
00:34:14from Nia Jax,
00:34:16who now drags her
00:34:18into the corner
00:34:19and the annihilator.
00:34:20It's squash-in time!
00:34:22It is lined up
00:34:23and delivered with force.
00:34:28There is your winner,
00:34:30Nia Jax!
00:34:32Well, that is what you get
00:34:34for standing up
00:34:36for your friend Chelsea Green.
00:34:39Once again squashed in the corner
00:34:41was Tiffany Stratton,
00:34:43who put up a hell of a fight
00:34:44until Lash Legend
00:34:46inserting herself into it.
00:34:47But once this lands,
00:34:49nobody's getting up.
00:34:50But if that happens next week
00:34:51to Chelsea Green,
00:34:53we've got a new
00:34:54women's WWE champ.
00:34:57Chelsea Green.
00:35:00Chelsea Green is that easy
00:35:00She's going after the mask!
00:35:02She's going after the mask!
00:35:02She's going after the mask!
00:35:04She's going after the mask!
00:35:05She's going after the mask!
00:35:06She's going after the mask!
00:35:08You need this?
00:35:10Remember the doctors' orders,
00:35:11you are clear to fight
00:35:13under the condition
00:35:14that that protective face mask
00:35:17must stay on at all times.
00:35:19So it's not exactly glued
00:35:21onto that head of Chelsea Green,
00:35:23is it?
00:35:23If it's that easy
00:35:24to take off next week,
00:35:26our champ Chelsea Green
00:35:28is in major trouble.
00:35:30Yeah, you can see
00:35:31the concern on the face
00:35:32of the WWE Women's Champion.
00:35:37What is she doing now?
00:35:39Completely unprotected here!
00:35:42And Orbital Bone is exposed
00:35:44face-to-face with Nia Jax!
00:35:50Well, as fearless as Chelsea is,
00:35:52I would say that was rather foolhardy,
00:35:55and she's incredibly lucky
00:35:57that Jax and Legend
00:35:58did not capitalize
00:35:59on that open wound
00:36:01on the face
00:36:01of Chelsea Green.
00:36:08Currently standing by
00:36:09with Kevin Owens,
00:36:10and KO, I'm sure you've heard
00:36:11the news by now.
00:36:12Johnny Organo finds himself
00:36:14in a situation that
00:36:15you are very familiar with.
00:36:17An undisputed WWE Championship
00:36:19match against CM Punk
00:36:21in his hometown.
00:36:23Yeah, and that's great for
00:36:24Johnny.
00:36:24I'm very happy that he gets
00:36:26this opportunity.
00:36:28But, don't think CM Punk did
00:36:32this just out of the kindness
00:36:33of his heart.
00:36:34Punk doesn't do anything
00:36:36unless he benefits from it.
00:36:37And I know what he's doing.
00:36:39See, he figures that by having
00:36:41this match with Johnny,
00:36:41maybe he can draw Sami Zayn
00:36:43to the ring.
00:36:46I get it.
00:36:47I almost want to say I respect it,
00:36:49but I will never respect
00:36:50anything CM Punk does.
00:36:52With that said,
00:36:54if he is correct,
00:36:55and Sami goes out there,
00:36:58something tells me he won't be alone.
00:37:02Thank you, KO.
00:37:03Joe, Wade, back to you guys.
00:37:05Yeah, back to you.
00:37:07When we return,
00:37:08Corey Graves is with us
00:37:10for an exclusive sit-down interview.
00:37:12Of course, we are closing in
00:37:14on Cody Rose and Randy Orton.
00:37:17Everything you need to know,
00:37:1848 hours away from Sunday night's main event.
00:37:22We'll be right back.
00:37:28We'll be right back.
00:37:29We'll be right back.
00:37:29Cody, thank you for the time.
00:37:30You ready?
00:37:31Yeah, I'm ready.
00:37:32All right.
00:37:33Well, this coming Sunday,
00:37:34you go one-on-one with a man
00:37:36you considered one of your best friends
00:37:37for a long time, Randy Orton.
00:37:39We all witnessed his return at SummerSlam,
00:37:41but it seems like your relationship
00:37:42really started to go south
00:37:43in the lead-up to WrestleMania.
00:37:45So my question for you is this.
00:37:47How did we get here?
00:37:49How did we get here?
00:37:50How did we get here?
00:37:51Hey, Graves, that is an amazing question.
00:37:53Were you hiding back here
00:37:54doing an interview without me?
00:37:56Do you mind if I squeeze in here?
00:37:59I got a few things.
00:37:59You don't have to worry about us.
00:38:01We're good.
00:38:01I don't know if you saw SmackDown.
00:38:03Yeah, hey, hey, hey, hey, careful.
00:38:05Don't touch me.
00:38:06Don't touch me.
00:38:07Remember the step?
00:38:08Of course you remember the step.
00:38:09Because last week on SmackDown,
00:38:10I got right in your face.
00:38:12And I said terrible things about your mother.
00:38:14I think I called her trailer park trash.
00:38:17Is that what I called your mom?
00:38:19Yeah, and you did nothing about it.
00:38:21What kind of a son is this guy right here, Cody?
00:38:25What would your mother think?
00:38:26Not defending her.
00:38:27Last week when I called her trailer park trash.
00:38:30You want to hit me?
00:38:32Do you want to hit me now?
00:38:34Here we are, a week removed,
00:38:35and I'm saying the same crap to your face.
00:38:37Do you want to hit me, Cody?
00:38:38Go ahead, hit me.
00:38:40Hit me?
00:38:40No?
00:38:41Nothing?
00:38:42Really?
00:38:43What about the wife?
00:38:46I had some pretty awful things to say about your wife.
00:38:50I think I called her trashy.
00:38:52I even talked about your dog.
00:38:54Turns out he's not even dead.
00:38:55He's got a little ways to go.
00:38:57You'll be burying him soon, huh?
00:38:58No, but nothing.
00:38:59Nothing.
00:39:00It's interesting.
00:39:03Nothing?
00:39:08I know what it is.
00:39:10You're such a good guy.
00:39:13You respect the rules so much.
00:39:17You won't lay a finger on me in honor of your family.
00:39:23It's the world championship, the undisputed WWE championship.
00:39:29You love it so much.
00:39:30That's what it is, isn't it?
00:39:33You're an addict.
00:39:35You're a freaking addict, man.
00:39:38Look at you.
00:39:38You need help.
00:39:39You love the WWE championship more than you love your own family.
00:39:44That is sick.
00:39:45People call me sick and twisted.
00:39:49The voices and whatnot.
00:39:50You're more sick than anybody.
00:39:59Sick.
00:40:00Maybe.
00:40:02Maybe.
00:40:03Maybe I'm aware I'm sick.
00:40:05Everyone else seems to be.
00:40:08But if you're right,
00:40:12that means Sunday.
00:40:17You're screwed.
00:40:43Two nights time.
00:40:45Sunday night's main event.
00:40:46The American Nightmare Cody Rose goes up against the long time mortal nemesis, the Viper Randy Orton.
00:40:55And they have been going at each other, looking to tear each other apart.
00:41:00And now Sunday in Atlanta, there was nowhere left to hide.
00:41:05Obafemi, Ron Breaker, who truly is the future of WWE.
00:41:10A six-woman tag team match, finally for Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss.
00:41:17The numbers game is neutralized, thanks to the addition of the on-ball Tate and Paxley.
00:41:24Those three go up against Jay Cargill, Beechin, and BFAP.
00:41:29And Moriotti's done a lot in his life, but never has he taken on a challenge like this.
00:41:33Back at home, he furiously says he can last five minutes with Baron Corbin.
00:41:37If Little Yai does survive, then Trick Williams advances to an instant U.S. championship match with Corbin.
00:41:49Hey, yo, Bo.
00:41:50What's up, baby?
00:41:51Hey, look, man, match in a couple days.
00:41:53How you feeling?
00:41:54Man, Trick, don't trip, all right?
00:41:56Look, I'm going to whoop that trick all up and down Atlanta.
00:41:59Look, I got it.
00:42:00I love that.
00:42:01That sounds really good.
00:42:01But look, man, I don't need for you to whoop that trick all the way down.
00:42:04I just need for you to survive five minutes.
00:42:06Duck, dodge, bob and weave, do whatever you got to do.
00:42:08Give me five minutes of surviving, then I can get my rematch with Baron Corbin.
00:42:12Brother, brother, look, I've been training all week.
00:42:14Look, check it out.
00:42:15Let me show you right here.
00:42:16Look, check it out.
00:42:16Let's see.
00:42:20Ball-head, buster, when I catch you, you know I'm going to beat you.
00:42:24Ball-head, boy, when I catch you, you know I'm going to beat you.
00:42:28Ball-head, dude, when I catch you, I'm stumping you out.
00:42:31Ball-head, sucker, I ain't getting no pun of my clothes.
00:42:35My name in your mouth, so it's time I'm washing it out.
00:42:39Last five minutes, I'd rather do that with your spouse.
00:42:42I'm going to take my belt, show you who really is the king of the house.
00:42:46I've been working, working, I'm going to whoop that.
00:42:48I'm going to the south, whoop it.
00:42:50Ball-head, buster, when I catch you, you know I'm going to beat you.
00:42:53Ball-head, boy, when I catch you, you know I'm going to beat you.
00:42:57Ball-head, dude, when I catch you, I'm stumping you out.
00:43:01Ball-head, sucker, I ain't getting no pun of my clothes.
00:43:05Baron-born, uh-uh, Baron-born, uh-uh.
00:43:08Baron-born, uh-uh.
00:43:10Baron-born, uh-uh, Baron-born, Baron-born, Baron-born, Baron-born, uh-uh.
00:43:18What?
00:43:27That was nice.
00:43:28Hey, I thought this was a workout video.
00:43:31It is.
00:43:32I need for you to focus, man.
00:43:34Look, you ain't moving no weights, you ain't on the treadmill.
00:43:36Only thing I saw moving was booty.
00:43:38Look, man, I need my tire shot.
00:43:39I'm glad you think this is a joke.
00:43:41Just like a lot of people think your music career is a joke.
00:43:45You know what's not funny, though?
00:43:47What I'm going to do to you at Sunday Night Main Event.
00:43:50In your hometown.
00:43:52In front of your friends and your family.
00:43:55And you won't have that little stick to hide behind.
00:43:57I got this.
00:43:58Okay, Megamind, Mr. Clean, hope you bring that same energy on Sunday, because after Little Yachty survives, I'm going to
00:44:06make sure that you don't and get my title back.
00:44:10Trick, I hope you understand.
00:44:13Trick, your only shot at this title relies on him.
00:44:17And I'm going to slaughter him.
00:44:20He's dead, just like your hopes and dreams of ever being U.S. champ again.
00:44:26Got it?
00:44:28You're only shot at him, just like your hopes and dreams.
00:44:32Those are my luck ahead.
00:44:37Oh, we've got a Cleveland homecoming.
00:44:50The following tag team contest is scheduled for one call.
00:44:55Introducing first, from Hollywood, California, Summers!
00:45:01Hollywood, California, he's from Cleveland, Ohio!
00:45:07Hey, Kit, are you there?
00:45:10Kit Wilson!
00:45:14Kit Wilson!
00:45:20And his tag team partner, from Buckinghamshire, England, Kit Wilson!
00:45:26Kit Wilson, who can put his summer of Dan Houser, that saga behind him, and now move fully forward, committed
00:45:33to The Miz method, Dave.
00:45:36Oh, that brings back some terrible memories.
00:45:38You ever been electrocuted, Joe Test?
00:45:40Oh, man.
00:45:40Well, these poor men were electrocuted.
00:45:43Took him about two months to get over it, but they are now back to full health.
00:45:47And the master, The Miz is ready to master, inspire, and zone in, and help his protege, sexy Kit Wilson,
00:45:56do his thing,
00:45:57And climb to the top of the tag team ranks, right here on SmackDown, they go up, against the new
00:46:04team of BoxEye, right here, next.
00:46:12The Miz and Kit Wilson, trying to reestablish themselves.
00:46:16The master, inspire, go in, and you have been talking about this.
00:46:18The Zelds are about to have to deal with something that needs to be resolved, because it's about to be
00:46:23seen.
00:46:24Opposite a devastating combination.
00:46:26FoxEye.
00:46:27What we do, is a nut.
00:46:32To excite defeat of our opponents, is a nut.
00:46:38We bring courage, expression, to the visually, and complete destruction.
00:46:47We have an explosion of energy, of madness.
00:46:51There will be no longer, keeping side.
00:46:57Tonight, we're acting on the impasse.
00:47:02We are,
00:47:05BoxEye!
00:47:12BoxEye!
00:47:37And their opponents, the team of Shinsuke Nakamura and Kiyosuke, BoxEye!
00:47:47The debut of BoxEye, Nakamura recruiting Kiyosuke, saying he doesn't hear chaos, he enjoys it.
00:47:56All right, Joe, I'm already lost for words.
00:47:59Kiyosuke, first time we've really taken a look at him, covered in eyeballs all over his chest.
00:48:05I have no idea what this duo is going to look like, but I am highly intrigued.
00:48:13And I'll tell you right now, this Kiyosuke comes over here with a massive reputation from his nation, Japan.
00:48:1916-year veteran over there, won a ton of top-level championships, but, man, this guy is a little kooky,
00:48:28if you ask me.
00:48:28Well, he's got spectacular, high-risk offense.
00:48:32We'll see if it's on display here, as he opens up this tag team match against Kit Wilson.
00:48:39Well, it's been described as strong style mixed with madness, but I'm pretty sure Kit Wilson calls it toxic.
00:48:46Showing Kiyosuke what a real man looks like, but this Kiyosuke, pretty explosive.
00:48:54Getting those feet going, showing you the speed as well.
00:48:57Wow.
00:48:59Yeah, really moving in there.
00:49:00High-impact offense on Kit Wilson, and wisely, Kit Wilson wants no further part of Kiyosuke.
00:49:06I like him already, Wade.
00:49:08I can't take my eye off the guy.
00:49:11I'm glad I'm not in the ring with him.
00:49:12Barfs, the Miz, is a two-time Grand Slam champion, and he'll figure out the newcomer.
00:49:20I'm sure of that, or maybe not.
00:49:21How about that?
00:49:23Kiyosuke.
00:49:25Oh, but the Miz getting the best of them there.
00:49:28Tried to go back to that running cross body and receives a big jump.
00:49:34What?
00:49:37More!
00:49:38More!
00:49:38What?
00:49:43More please!
00:49:45More please!
00:49:47What is up with this dude?
00:49:48Kiyoki!
00:49:50Oh, and he delivers back!
00:49:52Just embraces chaos rather than hide from it, and then throws it back the other way with interest.
00:49:59How much fun is this guy to watch?
00:50:02What a debut for Kiyoki!
00:50:03Well, that was the tag to Shinsuke Nakamura, the experienced part of the team, mixed with the insanity of Kiyoki.
00:50:11Now you know exactly what you're getting.
00:50:14The king of strong style.
00:50:17Strong style mixed with madness seems so far to be a potent combination.
00:50:22Oh, and you can see the confidence in Shin.
00:50:27He knows what he has brought into the fold here with Bokzai.
00:50:36And Shinsuke Nakamura just looks reinvigorated by this team of Bokzai.
00:50:41And The Miz and Kit Wilson have had zero answers thus far.
00:50:45Get out of here!
00:50:46Hey!
00:50:49Hello!
00:50:50Miz trying his best to call the play, and that won't work.
00:50:54Referee's back turn.
00:50:55One, two, listen.
00:50:56Roll boot to that middle rope.
00:50:58Catching.
00:50:58Oh!
00:50:59And then Kit comes flying in.
00:51:02Well, that's a lesson from the master, The Miz.
00:51:0820 years ago this week, The Miz made his WWE debut.
00:51:14And right now, it is the debut of Kiyoki as part of Shinsuke Nakamura's tag team, Bokzai.
00:51:23And Kiyoki is getting a first-hand glimpse of what it takes to be the most must-see superstar in
00:51:30WWE.
00:51:31Now the two-time Grand Slam champion in control, managing Shin right in the center of the ring.
00:51:39Shinsuke Nakamura desperately needs a tag here to Kiyoki on the outside.
00:51:45Kiyoki fresh and like a tightly coiled spring, desperate to get in there.
00:51:49And Miz hyper-aware of the danger that this Kiyoki holds.
00:51:54Over that knee.
00:51:57Oh, Shin with a great right hand.
00:52:00Yeah, nice glory here from Shinsuke Nakamura, and he needs it in a big way, but blocked off once again.
00:52:06What a Miz.
00:52:07Oh, no.
00:52:07Oh, look at this great counter, shoulders down.
00:52:13Or was that the final embers of what is left inside of Shinsuke Nakamura getting snuffed out?
00:52:19Here by the A-lister.
00:52:21This is a big opportunity for the Miz and Kit Wilson.
00:52:24Their summer largely defined by what happened with that feud with Dan Housen.
00:52:28But now, if they can come up with a win here, what a statement it would be as Shin hits
00:52:34the spinning kick.
00:52:35And Kiyoki awaits.
00:52:38Well, here is your moment, Kiyoki.
00:52:41If Shinsuke Nakamura can connect with his tag, the game changes, and it does.
00:52:47Watch out.
00:52:48Here he comes.
00:52:50Just waiting to get involved in this match.
00:52:52And Kit Wilson, good luck from here.
00:52:57Exactly why Nakamura said, this is my man, and this is box-eye.
00:53:04This is why we are going to launch a challenge for those tag titles eventually by wiping the floor with
00:53:13teams like Kit Wilson and the Miz.
00:53:15And he does it with a smile on his face.
00:53:18He's going up.
00:53:20We said risk-reward.
00:53:21This is what he wants.
00:53:23Oh!
00:53:24What a landing taking out both opponents.
00:53:27I am joking!
00:53:32I have no idea what is going on with this Kiyoki, but he is fun to watch, and he is
00:53:37devastating in this ring.
00:53:41Kiyoki!
00:53:45Just in the nick of time, all that veteran skill of the Miz came to the floor at the right
00:53:51moment to save the match for his team.
00:53:52When in doubt, just beat him down.
00:53:56And now Shin.
00:53:57Oh!
00:53:59The Miz getting out of the way, dismissing Nakamura.
00:54:02Yeah, 20 years of experience have given the Miz these kind of skills, this kind of timing, this kind of
00:54:08poise,
00:54:09of the knowledge of when to go in for the kill, like right here.
00:54:13Remember that skull crusher finale, but denied.
00:54:16Instead counters with that arm drag, opens up the door.
00:54:20Oh!
00:54:20And then Shinsuke delivers!
00:54:22A standing Kinshasa almost.
00:54:26Great chemistry early on, but look at Kit Wilson looking for the quick one.
00:54:29Late kick out there by Kiyoki, just about in the nick of time.
00:54:33Oh!
00:54:34A reverse stunner!
00:54:35One, two, three!
00:54:40Here are your winners, Bokzai!
00:54:45Bokzai!
00:54:46Bokzai!
00:54:46Strong debut for Bokzai, Wade.
00:54:49Yeah, what an impressive performance.
00:54:51There's going to be a lot of people in the locker room paying attention to this tag team,
00:54:56and especially the newcomer, Kiyoki.
00:54:59As eccentric as they come, but highly accomplished in that ring,
00:55:04as poor Kit Wilson found out right there.
00:55:11Such energy and such joy for him, too.
00:55:16Oh, boy.
00:55:21Well, this division got a whole lot more dangerous recently
00:55:27with gold in the hands of MFT and the legendary Haku.
00:55:33Well, this is exactly why Shinsuke Nakamura brought in reinforcements.
00:55:39Major history with the MFTs.
00:55:42And Bokzai want to take those championships away from these Tongans.
00:55:48What do you think of the impact of Kiyoki, though?
00:55:50Now entering the fray here.
00:55:52Kiyoki was absolutely stunning.
00:55:54Nothing more difficult in WWE than to make a big impact on your debut,
00:55:59and Kiyoki and Bokzai just did exactly that.
00:56:01That happened, of course, recently.
00:56:03The Throne Tag Team champs have business to deal with.
00:56:06Damian Priest and our crew tangling with the War Raiders again.
00:56:12For weeks, you've been running from us,
00:56:15and now you want to take these AAA World Tag Team titles from us?
00:56:20This will not end well.
00:56:22We're not like you.
00:56:24We ain't gonna lose these Tag Team titles anytime soon,
00:56:27and we're prepared to hurt you to defend what's ours.
00:56:31I was ready to move on from the Tag Team division,
00:56:35but you two pull us right back in.
00:56:38Walk around here like you're the only Tag Team specialist,
00:56:41and you treat us like we're a Tag Team joke.
00:56:44Aside from our individual accolades,
00:56:46which you two have none.
00:56:48Ni uno!
00:56:49Y'all walk around like y'all done did something.
00:56:52We have combined for eight Tag Title games.
00:56:56And so am I!
00:56:59In Mexico City, we will end the mockery
00:57:03that is Damian Priest and our truth,
00:57:07and remind the entire world
00:57:09that the War Raiders are ready for anyone.
00:57:13But no one is ready for war.
00:57:17We're taking your luchador status and your luchador mask.
00:57:21Well, look, that's not how you say that.
00:57:23They're gonna be a disgrace to Bikinos worldwide.
00:57:26Just, they're not a part of that.
00:57:28All right, man.
00:57:30You two chicas won't even be allowed in your own Pueblo.
00:57:34Mediposa.
00:57:39And here's what's coming up next week
00:57:41on SmackDown from Mexico City.
00:57:44Recently dethroned WWE Tag Champs Damian Priest
00:57:48and our truth, they get a chance
00:57:50to win back some gold
00:57:52by taking on the AAA Tag Team Champions,
00:57:56the War Raiders.
00:57:56And Chelsea Green has fought for her chance
00:58:00to keep fighting as champion.
00:58:02And that orbital bone isn't stopping her now.
00:58:05Next week in Mexico City,
00:58:07she defends the women's championship
00:58:09against the woman who tried to put her out of action,
00:58:12Nia Jax.
00:58:14And Nikki Bella has made a beeline
00:58:17at Paige of Lake,
00:58:19blaming Paige for injuring her twin sister,
00:58:21Brie Bella.
00:58:22Well, next week,
00:58:23Paige gets a chance at retribution
00:58:26when she goes one-on-one
00:58:28with Nikki Bella at SmackDown Live
00:58:30in Mexico City.
00:58:34Up next,
00:58:35Julia gets her chance for revenge
00:58:38against a familiar foe with Blake Monroe.
00:58:41The Glamour is ahead.
00:58:48I am here with the Glamour.
00:58:50Blake Monroe and Blake,
00:58:52two weeks ago,
00:58:53you savagely attacked Julia.
00:58:55Last week,
00:58:56she repaid the favor.
00:58:57I know you said that this match
00:58:59wasn't suitable enough for your debut,
00:59:01so what's changed?
00:59:03Catherine,
00:59:04this still isn't suitable.
00:59:06I deserve a grander opponent.
00:59:08I deserve a grander entrance.
00:59:10But if Julia thinks she can slap me
00:59:13in the face,
00:59:14I'm with you.
00:59:15Uh-oh.
00:59:16I can't see you.
00:59:21I mean,
00:59:22just like two weeks ago,
00:59:24Joe,
00:59:24this match-up
00:59:25before the bell even rings.
00:59:28Yeah, what match?
00:59:29Throwing balls at each other.
00:59:30Look at the aggression of Julia.
00:59:32Julia just tossing Blake Monroe.
00:59:35I mean,
00:59:36something has snapped inside of Julia.
00:59:38Monroe implying that Julia is beneath her.
00:59:43They're not stomping anytime soon, Wade.
00:59:45Rip each other to shreds.
00:59:48Out of control.
00:59:49We're going to need some assistance here
00:59:50in a major way.
00:59:52These two doing some serious damage,
00:59:54and I'm going to guess this match once again
00:59:56is not going to take place
00:59:58by the looks of things.
01:00:00Julia looking for a grounded pound
01:00:01and how to be separated
01:00:02as our officials have to pull her off
01:00:05of Blake Monroe.
01:00:06Julia is absolutely ferocious.
01:00:08brings the Arriva Durchey knee straight at her.
01:00:12This is brutal.
01:00:13Right on the jaw
01:00:15of Blake Monroe
01:00:17who is not talking any trash now.
01:00:20That was flushed right in the mouth,
01:00:21right in the mouth
01:00:22with the Arriva Durchey knee.
01:00:25Julia strikes Monroe.
01:00:26Absolute chaos here between these two.
01:00:29A devastating shot
01:00:31You got right to Blake Monroe's mouth.
01:00:35It's a nice look in the mirror again.
01:00:37Uh-huh.
01:00:37Look at it.
01:00:38You hated this.
01:00:39Long day.
01:00:51What are you doing?
01:00:52Johnny.
01:00:53Yeah.
01:00:53You're up, man.
01:00:53I'm up, I'm up.
01:00:54You're up.
01:00:55Look at you.
01:00:55Look at you.
01:00:56I'm so happy for you, man.
01:00:58Thank you, man.
01:00:58You got a big one tonight.
01:00:59Look, I know you wanted
01:01:00the title name, sir.
01:01:01No, no.
01:01:02Hey, hey.
01:01:02Forget about all that.
01:01:04This is for you.
01:01:05This is for you.
01:01:06This is still justice.
01:01:07This is one for us,
01:01:09for guys like us.
01:01:10Look, it's not really,
01:01:11it's not really safe for me back here.
01:01:13It might not be safe for me to be out there.
01:01:15But I want you to know something.
01:01:16Even if I'm not out there with you,
01:01:18I'm still out there with you.
01:01:21Okay?
01:01:22Do you understand?
01:01:24Yeah.
01:01:24Look, Johnny,
01:01:26what I'm saying is
01:01:28if an opportunity falls into your lap out there,
01:01:31I want you to take it.
01:01:33Okay?
01:01:33Don't be like Kevin Owens.
01:01:35I handed him an opportunity on a silver platter.
01:01:37He didn't take it.
01:01:38If something should happen
01:01:39and an opportunity falls into your lap,
01:01:40Johnny,
01:01:41you take it.
01:01:42You understand?
01:01:44Yeah.
01:01:45I get it.
01:01:46Yeah.
01:01:46You're welcome.
01:01:47Thank you.
01:01:47Hey, whoa, whoa, whoa.
01:01:48Hey, hey.
01:01:49Just so we're clear.
01:01:52Take the title off punk.
01:01:55I'm first.
01:02:00I'm first, Johnny, right?
01:02:02You got that?
01:02:05Right.
01:02:06First.
01:02:07Okay.
01:02:08See you.
01:02:08Good luck.
01:02:11Sammy, always about Sammy.
01:02:13Johnny Wrestling's fighting for the Undisputed Championship.
01:02:18Here in Cleveland,
01:02:20he's about to get a whole lot better.
01:02:23These fans are loving what they're seeing.
01:02:25And now,
01:02:26an Undisputed Championship match to top it.
01:02:43And ready to fight
01:02:45instead of creating
01:02:47rule puddles
01:02:48on every road case
01:02:50across America.
01:02:52Well,
01:02:53Johnny Gargano
01:02:54has been in a catatonic scuba
01:02:57for the past six months
01:02:59and all pleas
01:03:00from his beloved wife,
01:03:02Candice LeRae
01:03:03to snap out of this scuba
01:03:05how fallen on death he is.
01:03:08Suddenly,
01:03:09he gets offered a WWE title match
01:03:12by CM Punk
01:03:13and he rises up like Lazarus.
01:03:16It's a miracle, Joe Tax.
01:03:18Well, I'll tell you,
01:03:18the period looks good, too.
01:03:19I think he got tightened up.
01:03:20I think he's got inspired
01:03:21getting cleaned up a little bit.
01:03:23Cleaned up
01:03:23and he looks back to being
01:03:25Joby Wrestling,
01:03:26the man who completely
01:03:28dominated the scene
01:03:29in black and gold NXT.
01:03:32And he could well
01:03:33end the night here
01:03:35stunningly
01:03:36as the WWE Champion.
01:03:39And that's a press state
01:03:40dates back
01:03:41to early February
01:03:42up to seven months
01:03:44and it's demoralized
01:03:45in glossary
01:03:46and essentially
01:03:46shut it down.
01:03:48But lying motionless
01:03:50for six months ago,
01:03:51that cannot be
01:03:52compulsive
01:03:53to top-level
01:03:54athletic performance
01:03:56in this ring.
01:03:57Nor is being
01:03:57Sami Zayn's
01:03:58personal sounding cord
01:04:00for most of the summer.
01:04:02As you lay motionless,
01:04:04that can make you
01:04:05depressed, too.
01:04:06Lying still like that
01:04:07in a planking position
01:04:09that's got to be good
01:04:09for call strength.
01:04:10So maybe
01:04:13he's absolutely
01:04:13pulling so much.
01:04:24And make no mistake
01:04:26about what CM Punk
01:04:27is doing here
01:04:28with this championship.
01:04:30He's performing a miracle!
01:04:31Yeah, he did perform a miracle.
01:04:33He's also sending
01:04:34a bit of a message
01:04:35directly
01:04:35to Sami Zayn,
01:04:37isn't he?
01:04:41The undisputed champion!
01:04:45I'm your dream
01:04:47I've been everything
01:04:50you want to see
01:04:52Oh!
01:04:54I'm the love of personality
01:04:58I'm not supposed to leave
01:05:00I can't believe
01:05:03I'm the love of personality
01:05:08It's clobbering time!
01:05:10Yep, clobbering time
01:05:12this summer
01:05:12This version of Punk
01:05:14this summer
01:05:14now reads
01:05:16Cody Rhodes
01:05:17at SummerSlam
01:05:18Kevin Owens
01:05:19in that great
01:05:21match we saw
01:05:22in Toronto
01:05:23and 2026's
01:05:25near zombie
01:05:26Johnny Gargano
01:05:28And after that
01:05:30Finn Balor
01:05:31Gunther
01:05:32Sami Zayn
01:05:33and Kevin Owens
01:05:34who all feel
01:05:36like they are owed
01:05:37an opportunity
01:05:38of the gold
01:05:40around the waist
01:05:41of the second city saint
01:05:43CM Punk
01:05:44Well, welcome to the world
01:05:46of being WWE champ
01:05:49You're a man in demand
01:05:51and no-o is in a good way

01:05:57earlier tonight
01:05:58He reached a place
01:06:00that nobody could
01:06:02with Johnny Gargano
01:06:03for most of this year
01:06:05And it was Gargano
01:06:07who rose up
01:06:09and accepted

01:07:13He is
01:07:15the undisputed
01:07:17WWE champion
01:07:20CM Punk
01:07:33The look on his face
01:07:34says it all
01:07:36He knows that kind of reaction
01:07:38in enemy territory
01:07:39He just experienced it
01:07:41north of the border
01:07:41against KO
01:07:42He also knows
01:07:44what it is
01:07:44to earn that
01:07:46The greatest prize of all
01:07:48He did so
01:07:49in his hometown
01:07:51of Chicago
01:07:53earlier this summer
01:07:54The good people
01:07:56of Cleveland
01:07:56trying their best
01:07:57to throw CM Punk
01:07:59off his game
01:08:00in order to assist
01:08:00the hometown boy
01:08:02Johnny Gargano
01:08:03historically speaking
01:08:05brows like this
01:08:07serve to fire up
01:08:09CM Punk
01:08:10When you showed up
01:08:11at work today
01:08:12Wade
01:08:13did you ever think
01:08:14you would be broadcasting
01:08:15Johnny Gargano
01:08:17going after
01:08:18the undisputed championship
01:08:20I don't think
01:08:21I've ever seen
01:08:22Johnny Gargano
01:08:22vertical again
01:08:23The twist in turn
01:08:32And the Johnny Wrestling
01:08:33chance
01:08:34had started up already
01:08:36And Punk
01:08:37trying to get off
01:08:38to a quick statement
01:08:39start
01:08:40And I'll tell you right now
01:08:41Body slam feels rough
01:08:42at the best of times
01:08:43when you haven't taken
01:08:44one in six months
01:08:45feels like your body
01:08:46just shattered
01:08:47Yeah
01:08:49Body's not calloused
01:08:50and hasn't been
01:08:51for some time
01:08:52I hate to spoil the night
01:08:56this could be a short
01:08:58short match
01:08:59Johnny Gargano
01:09:00cannot be in
01:09:01in ring shape
01:09:03right now
01:09:04No I mean the ring rust
01:09:05has to be real
01:09:06There's no doubt about it
01:09:08Oh hold on a second
01:09:09I've got those cobwebs
01:09:11and start swinging
01:09:12Johnny
01:09:14Could be trying to
01:09:16neutralize that
01:09:17after
01:09:17a fuller tackle
01:09:20sends Gargano down
01:09:25Oh Gargano
01:09:26The technical wizard
01:09:28Johnny Gargano
01:09:29has always been
01:09:31physically always an underdog
01:09:33in that ring
01:09:34will somehow
01:09:36find a way
01:09:37no one with more
01:09:38tries inside
01:09:39than the Johnny Gargano
01:09:44Finding his wrist
01:09:45just a bit
01:09:47against CM Punk
01:09:50Punk
01:09:53got him up in position
01:09:55Oh what a great counter
01:09:57Well right when Punk
01:09:59thought he had the GTS
01:10:00in early
01:10:01swinging it round again
01:10:02is Johnny Gargano
01:10:05Oh and Johnny Wrestling
01:10:09has returned
01:10:10here at home
01:10:12in Cleveland
01:10:13feeling it
01:10:20Big night here
01:10:22Smackdown in Cleveland
01:10:24Undisputed Championship
01:10:26on the line
01:10:27A champion that so many
01:10:30top contenders believe
01:10:32they are due
01:10:33a shot at
01:10:33we saw that earlier
01:10:35tonight with Kevin Owens
01:10:36and Finn Bauer
01:10:37and Gunther
01:10:38of course Sammy Zane
01:10:39who has gone out there
01:10:40and just decided
01:10:41that if he can't get a shot
01:10:42at this championship
01:10:43he's going to make sure
01:10:44nobody else does
01:10:47What a strike
01:10:49from Punk
01:10:49Stunning leg
01:10:51Larry
01:10:51just when it looked
01:10:52like Johnny Gargano
01:10:53was about to build
01:10:54up a head of steam
01:10:55fired up by his wife
01:10:57Candice LeRae
01:10:58on the outside
01:10:59that could be it now
01:11:00for Gargano
01:11:01this is going as expected
01:11:02at this point
01:11:04I mean it was always
01:11:05going to require
01:11:06a Cinderella story
01:11:07but it looks like
01:11:09that story is now
01:11:10drawing to a close
01:11:11we're certainly
01:11:12in the final chapter
01:11:13if not the final page
01:11:16especially if Punk
01:11:17goes up top
01:11:17and delivers
01:11:18with his signature
01:11:20and that is what
01:11:21the champ
01:11:22is aiming to do
01:11:23right here
01:11:24and that is what
01:11:24the champ
01:11:24is aiming to do
01:11:25right here
01:11:26and that is what
01:11:31for him a little smack
01:11:33to all his detractors
01:11:35a lifelong antagonist
01:11:37that is
01:11:37CM Pope
01:11:38but don't take
01:11:39too long
01:11:40yeah he hesitated
01:11:41just a moment
01:11:42and that opened the door
01:11:43for Gargano
01:11:44as Gargano
01:11:45now gets up there
01:11:46with Punk
01:11:49now he's made a career
01:11:50of upsetting the odds
01:11:52but this may be
01:11:52too tall a test
01:11:54and the cross body
01:11:55but the roll through
01:11:56the roll through
01:11:58just a millisecond away
01:12:00from the new
01:12:00WWE champ
01:12:02could you imagine
01:12:03and look at this
01:12:04reversal counter
01:12:05shoulders down
01:12:06and Punk survives it
01:12:07well twice now
01:12:08Gargano almost stealing
01:12:09the gold away
01:12:10from CM Punk
01:12:12in what would
01:12:13historically be
01:12:14one of the biggest
01:12:15shots here
01:12:16in all time
01:12:17he might be out
01:12:18can you imagine him
01:12:20oh
01:12:23and LeRae on the outside
01:12:25knows just how close
01:12:27her husband
01:12:28was to claiming
01:12:30the WWE championship
01:12:33take another look
01:12:35at this
01:12:35the doctor
01:12:36and the perfect
01:12:37connection
01:12:38on that super kick
01:12:39right underneath the jaw
01:12:40of CM Punk
01:12:44Punk with just enough
01:12:46left in it
01:12:46to kick out
01:12:47in the nick of time
01:12:48her husband
01:12:49who when we started
01:12:50our evening
01:12:51was once again
01:12:52catatonic
01:12:53but did he ever respond
01:12:56when this championship
01:12:57match was offered up
01:12:59and is he ever responding
01:13:01right now
01:13:02battling Punk
01:13:03in the center
01:13:04of the ring
01:13:05toeing the line
01:13:07back and forth
01:13:12back and forth
01:13:16Johnny wrestling
01:13:17where has this been
01:13:19oh man
01:13:21he crumbles
01:13:24oh wait a minute
01:13:26Wade
01:13:26I'll tell you right now
01:13:28nobody slams a door
01:13:30in an opponent's face
01:13:31quite like CM Punk
01:13:33you'd have bet that house
01:13:34on Johnny Gargano
01:13:36building something
01:13:37special there
01:13:38and CM Punk
01:13:39said no
01:13:41CM Punk
01:13:42just getting frustrated
01:13:43now
01:13:43he thought this was
01:13:44going to be a walk
01:13:45in the park
01:13:46absolutely
01:13:47he did
01:13:50but to be fair
01:13:51who would blame it
01:13:52a guy who hasn't even
01:13:53moved in six months
01:13:54let alone competing
01:13:56let alone
01:13:57into a gym
01:13:59delivering punishment
01:14:00then all of a sudden
01:14:01Johnny wrestling
01:14:02delivers the kick
01:14:04there's that slingshot
01:14:06spear
01:14:06the slingshot spear
01:14:07into the cover
01:14:12where is he finding
01:14:14the strength
01:14:15look at him wobbling
01:14:16unsteady on his feet
01:14:18nobody has the
01:14:19unrelenting passion
01:14:21for this industry
01:14:22that Johnny Gargano
01:14:24possesses
01:14:25somewhere
01:14:26deep inside his soul
01:14:28and now back home
01:14:30in front of his stands
01:14:31with his wife ringside
01:14:33Gargano
01:14:34wants it
01:14:36right here
01:14:37oh
01:14:37what a message
01:14:39he delivers to Punk
01:14:40the Punk catches it
01:14:41message rebuff
01:14:47shoulder up again
01:14:49little blue thunderbomb
01:14:50right there
01:14:51shades of a certain
01:14:52Sami Zayn perhaps
01:14:54message sent once again
01:14:57it is time
01:14:58to simply
01:14:59go to sleep

01:15:20you'll see how Punk
01:15:21has been torching
01:15:22Sami the entire match
01:15:23eventually
01:15:24Sami coming out of hiding
01:15:26looking to get involved
01:15:27in this matchup

01:15:37oh god
01:15:39Sami Zayn
01:15:40was on the other side

01:15:43Johnny wrestling
01:15:44suicide dive
01:15:46well Zayn said earlier

01:16:03for Gargano
01:16:05but CM Punk kicks out
01:16:08and Sami Zayn
01:16:09thought the fix

01:17:07is outrageous
01:17:08right now
01:17:09oh he delivers
01:17:10the KO as well
