00:00Two men from Birmingham have been found guilty of abducting a child at Birmingham Crown Court.
00:06The verdicts were delivered after a 10-day trial.
00:09Sadak Ali, aged 27, of Foxton Road and Hamza Sharif, aged 35, of St Margaret's Road,
00:16were convicted of detaining a child after keeping them under unlawful control.
00:21Ali was also found guilty of assault by touching a child under the age of 13.
00:26A third man, Jake Green, aged 23, also of St Margaret's Road, was found not guilty of the offence.
00:34Ali and Sharif are due to be sentenced on the 15th of October,
00:38where the judge will consider the seriousness of the offences and the impact on the child.
