00:00Is Israel the most loved country in the world?
00:02I suppose it's not.
00:04And we see the deteriorating relations of Israel with the European states.
00:09We see that Israeli ministers, prime ministers, are wanted by the International Criminal Court.
00:15There are sanctions against Israeli ministers, severed ones from different countries.
00:20And all of these countries, the United Nations General Assembly, all the world is wrong,
00:25but it's only Israel who's right.
00:27That's not an argument.
00:28Secondly, let's look at Turkey.
00:30We see that Turkish relations with the Arab states, with the region, with its European allies,
00:37with the American allies, with Asia is actually growing very fast and strongly.
00:44And Turkey is in the diplomatic square, one of the most trusted countries
00:49when it comes to negotiating between Ukraine and Russia.
00:52Turkey has hosted the NATO summit.
00:54And we see that actually in terms of diplomacy, everywhere almost Turkey is improving its relations with Africa,
01:02with South America.
01:04But what about directly to some of those concerns that Dan raised there about concerns about Turkey's relationship with Hamas,
01:14about whether it's being provocative?
01:16Yeah, speak to those.
01:18I mean, I don't get this argument.
01:23I mean, if this argument is consistent, then why did Israel accept when Turkey negotiated the release of Israeli hostages?
01:32I mean, the Israeli attitude should be a different one.
01:35It should be an attitude of gratitude towards Turkey.
01:38It should be an attitude of being thankful towards Turkey.
01:41Because the IDF was not capable of freeing several Israeli hostages.
01:47And it was the Turkish diplomatic might that enabled the release of Israeli hostages.
01:52It was Erdogan personally who rescued these Israeli hostages,
01:56which was a major, one of the most important, if not the most important goal of the Israeli government, at
02:03least officially.
02:03Secondly, if Turkish role with Hamas was such a turn in the eyes of Israel,
02:10why has Israel accepted a negotiated agreement with Hamas that was mediated by Turkey?
02:17And why has Israel signed off an agreement with Hamas via the United States of America that was mediated by
02:24Turkey?
02:25So you cannot have it both ways.
02:26I mean, if you are signing an agreement with Hamas, if you are accepting Turkish mediation,
02:32then you should not complain about Turkey's relationship with Hamas.
02:36If you complain about Turkey's relationship with Hamas, then you should not accept Turkey as a mediating power.
