00:21which is something that Russians traditionally take very, very seriously.
00:25And we should take it in that light.
00:28He's portraying himself as if he is the innocent victim,
00:32as if the rest of the world is the problem.
00:34And he's trying to drag the West into that and strike fear into their hearts.
00:39But actually, we should just remember who started this war.
00:42It was the Russians invading Ukraine, unprovoked.
00:46And if Putin is genuine about wanting peace,
00:49then he simply has to stop his war of aggression against Ukraine.
