00:00Well, I think the administration has been distracted with Iran, for sure.
00:04You know, the administration's efforts with Russia-Ukraine are really led by Trump himself,
00:10having his negotiators go, talking to Zelensky, talking to Putin.
00:16He's been doing other things now as he is mired down in Iran.
00:21So I think that's the big thing.
00:23The second thing, though, is that on both sides, Zelensky feels that the corner has been turned,
00:29in a lot of ways, concerning stopping the ground invasion, pretty much making that a stalemate.
00:36So I think Zelensky feels in a stronger position.
00:39And I think Putin feels that he's probably in a strong position as well,
00:43and also understands that he has to win this war, or his own physical well-being could be at stake.
00:50There's a lot of the oligarchs and perhaps Secret Service people in Moscow who don't like the course of this
00:58war
00:58and are finding their own personal well-being is being impacted by sanctions and this type of thing.
01:08So he's under a lot of pressure, and he feels he needs to win this war.
01:11And so I don't think either side is willing to sit down and talk.
01:14And so the administration isn't really moving.
01:17And so the administration isn't really moving.
01:18And so the administration isn't really moving.
01:20And so the administration isn't really moving.
01:21And so the administration isn't really moving.
