00:15In my 30 years as a journalist,
00:19the case of Thomas Randolph
00:21stands out as the most
00:23bizarre, insane,
00:25surprising story that I
00:27have ever done.
00:29Sharon Randolph had died
00:31and the intruder
00:33had been shot dead.
00:35And that's when I just pushed him.
00:36Boom, boom, boom, boom.
00:37Right out of the gate, there were a few things that weren't adding up.
00:40We needed to dig further.
00:41Randolph had six wives.
00:43Four of them were dead.
00:47He was a very charming and litty person.
00:49I felt for that at first.
00:51This innocent guy, this jovial,
00:53smart, funny dude.
00:55This guy's dangerous and you don't know
00:56what he's planning on next.
00:58I'm a nice guy.
01:00I'm cocky, but certainly doesn't make me a murderer.
01:05He's claiming he's innocent.
01:06They know damn well I didn't shoot you.
01:09Or perhaps he's a criminal genius.
01:12I told you we're going to become infamous together.
01:15Prosecutors filed murder charges.
01:21I think about my mom every day.
01:23They had a hundred suspicions
01:25that her death was murder.
01:27He's just going to kill somebody else's daughters.
01:29And I said, she's dead, isn't she?
01:32I'm the victim of this.
01:34That's an insane person.
01:36That's a psychotic person.
01:37Am I beautiful?
01:38He's manipulated countless people.
01:40He was facing the death penalty.
01:43Thomas Randolph played the system like a fiddle.
01:49In the end, I'm going to win.
01:52In the end, I'm going to win.
