01:58dass Russland den hybriden Angriff in Leipzig am 4. August zu verantworten hat.
02:06Die Ermittlungen dauern an und erfordern auch ein Höchstmaß an Informationsschutz

03:49Under EU rules, foreign policy is governed by unanimity,
03:53which means one single country can at any time tie the hands of the other 26 member states.
03:59Before losing power in April, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban regularly used his veto power
04:04to extract concessions and advance his interests.
04:08Earlier this year, Orban triggered an unprecedented crisis
04:12when he suddenly blocked a 90 billion euros loan for Ukraine
04:16over an unrelated dispute with Kiev involving the Druzhba oil pipeline.
04:24Spain's government has approved an extraordinary 309 million euro package for Serta

08:50as companies report lengthy security wetting
08:53and slow permit approvals for new production sites,
08:56limiting their ability to expand even when orders are available.
09:00The rapid growth has also brought security concerns,
09:03with alleged Russian-plus targeting defense industry figures.

09:15up from 2.9% in July,

09:23with prices rising 14.3% over the year through August,
09:27accelerating from 10.3% in July,
09:30amid higher oil and gas prices linked to the war in Iran

10:33China's installed solar power capacity reached 1.286 billion kilowatts as of the end of July this year.
10:40A statement from the NEA said,
10:43For the first time,

10:49becoming the largest power source category in China.
10:53The country's coal-fired power installed capacity stood just under solar at 1.285 billion kilowatts,
11:01the energy body said.
11:03Analysts say EU countries are trailing behind China when it comes to renewables,
11:08partly because China started their transition to clean energy much sooner.
