00:06Until a couple of months ago, I think that Judge was, if not considered the clear-cut
00:11number one athlete in New York, he was 1A and maybe Brunson was 1B. But Brunson is stuck ahead
00:15of him because as the captain of a team that wasn't expected to win the championship, they
00:19won a championship. And so you can only imagine what that would do to burnish Aaron Judge's legacy
00:23and his reputation if he's able to do the same thing with the Yankees someday, specifically this
00:27year. And of course, he'd be able to do it in time because he's going to have a couple
00:30of weeks under his belt before the playoffs begin. He can get back into form. There's going
00:34to come a year when he's going to have to deliver on all the promise that his career has suggested.
00:40And he's done everything he can individually. The one thing that's missing on his resume,
00:44and he'll tell you this himself, is winning the championship. And look, he's that kind
00:48of player. He can carry a team for a couple of weeks during the regular season. And if
00:52his bat happens to get hot during October, he can do the same thing when the games are
00:56at their most importance.
