Rep. Thomas Massie has reignited the fight over the Jeffrey Epstein files after naming individuals he described as alleged Epstein co-conspirators on the House floor. Massie is also pushing the Epstein Files Transparency Act II, demanding greater transparency and challenging the Department of Justice over the handling and release of Epstein-related records.

The move has sparked fresh scrutiny of powerful political figures whose names have appeared in the broader Epstein controversy. Importantly, being named or associated with Epstein does not by itself establish criminal wrongdoing.

Watch the full video for the latest on Thomas Massie, the Epstein files, Trump allies, the DOJ, Epstein Files Transparency Act II, House floor revelations, and the growing congressional push for transparency.

00:00Mr. Speaker, it's been a year since the President signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act,
00:05and the government continues to withhold over 3 million files.
00:09That's why we've introduced the Epstein Files Transparency Act II, to bring the fight to
00:14the state courts, accountability to the Department of Justice, and closure for survivors.
00:19We want perpetrators of these crimes to be investigated and prosecuted.
00:24Men like Jess Staley, Leon Black, Les Wexner, David Copperfield, Lapo Elkham, Tom Pritzker,
00:31Glenn Dubin, Frederick Fakai, Eduardo Teodorani, John Luke Brunel, conveniently dead by suicide
00:39in prison, Daniel C. Odd, recently discovered dead in Paris, Ramsey Elkholy, and Prince Andrew,
00:46who committed sex crimes in the United States, too.
00:48And women like Leslie Groff, not a victim, who conspired with Epstein to traffic other
00:54women.
00:55Perhaps hearing these names will shame the Department of Justice into delivering justice.
01:00I yield back.
01:20Thomas Massey has made a promise.
01:22Before his time in Congress ends, he will stand on the floor of the United States Congress
01:28and read the names, the Epstein names, out loud, on the record, where no one can delete
01:35it.
01:36But that is not even the most explosive thing, he said.
01:39Massey went further.
01:41He said there will be no high-level arrests in the Epstein case for as long as Todd Blanche
01:46and Kash Patel remain working for the United States government.
01:50Let that sink in.
01:52A sitting congressman is directly naming two of the most powerful officials in Trump's
01:56orbit and saying they are the reason justice is being blocked.
02:01And then he dropped the third bomb.
02:03Massey says Melania Trump knows the truth, that Epstein did not act alone, and that she
02:09knows it.
02:10Now before we get to why Massey is leaving Congress and the story behind that, let us talk about
02:15what he is promising to read out loud.
02:18Because the Epstein name list is not new, but it has never been read into the congressional
02:23record.
02:24Here is what we know.
02:26Just one week before Jeffrey Epstein was arrested in July 2019, he sent himself an email, dated
02:32June 30, 2019.
02:34The subject line read, List for Bannon Steve.
02:37No message, no context, no explanation.
02:42Just names.
03:07Just names.
03:09No labels.
03:09No descriptions.
03:11No charges attached.
03:13And that is exactly what makes it so dangerous, and so controversial at the same time.
03:18Because officially, the US Department of Justice has repeatedly stated there is no confirmed
03:23client list or blackmail ledger found in Epstein's files.
03:26But critics are not buying it, and they are asking a very pointed question.
03:30If the DOJ has access to Epstein's emails, his servers, his properties, and his flight
03:35logs, why has the public seen almost none of it in full?
03:38The answer, according to people like Massey, is that the documents are being held back to
03:43protect important figures.
03:44Figures who may be closer to power today than they were in 2019.
03:48Now, here is the layer that changes everything about why Massey is doing this now.
03:53Thomas Massey just lost his congressional seat.
03:55He was defeated in his primary by a candidate backed by both Trump and pro-Israel political
04:00money, a candidate who was specifically recruited and funded to remove Massey from Congress.
04:05Massey had been one of the loudest voices against unconditional US support for Israel.
04:09He voted against foreign aid packages, he asked questions others would not, and he paid
04:13for it with his political career.
04:15So now, with nothing left to lose, and a countdown clock ticking on his time in Washington, Massey
04:21is preparing to walk onto that floor and do what no one has dared to do.
04:24Read the names, all of them.
04:27And the question Washington is quietly terrified to answer tonight is this, can anyone stop him?
04:33Because once those names are spoken into the congressional record, they cannot be unsmoken, they cannot
04:39be deleted, they cannot be buried in a classified report that never sees daylight.
04:44Massey knows exactly what he is doing.
04:46He lost the fight to stay in Congress, so he is choosing to leave it like a door no one
04:50will ever be able to fully close again.
04:53Epstein's final email had 48 names and no explanation.
04:56Thomas Massey says he has all the names, and he says he is not leaving Washington without
05:00reading every single one of them.
