Epstein survivors announce plans to release their own survivor-led list of names. The survivors say they know who abused them and witnessed who came and went, declaring that they will no longer wait for the government to act. With officials accused of stalling, the victims are now taking matters into their own hands, potentially reigniting intense public scrutiny over the Epstein case and the people connected to it.

00:00Our voices are real. Our pain is real. And our demand for justice will not be silenced.
00:09This is me. This was me. My name is Charlene Rochard, and I stand before you today not as a
00:21victim of rumor or conspiracy, but as a survivor of Jeffrey Epstein's abuse.
00:30Far too long, survivors like me have been dismissed, silenced, are told that our pain
00:38was exaggerated or fabricated. Let me be clear. This is not a hoax. What we endured was real,
00:52and it has scarred lives across five presidential administrations.
01:01The truth has been buried in sealed files and hidden records for far too long.
01:07The Epstein Files Transparency Act is not just about survivors. It's about America itself.
01:19How can we keep America great if the principles the nation was founded on, that power belongs to the
01:27people, is not protected? No one, no matter how wealthy and well-connected, stands above the law.
01:36If we cannot face the truth, then we betray the very ideals that defines us as a country.
01:44By passing this act, Congress has the chance to prove that truth matters more than privilege,
01:50that justice matters more than influence, and that America has the courage to confront
01:58even the most uncomfortable realities.
02:04This is not just about survivors. It's about every American who believes in accountability,
02:12fairness, and the promise of justice.
02:17I stand here today not only for myself, but for every survivor of Jeffrey Epstein's abuse,
02:24who has carried this burden in silence, and for every citizen who believes that justice delayed is justice denied.
02:37I want to thank Representatives Ro Khanna and Thomas Massey for standing with us. Thank you.
02:44And I especially want to thank Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene.
02:54Her unwavering support, her courage to stand with us, and demand transparency gives us strength.
03:05It shows that this fight for accountability is bigger than politics.
03:10It's about humanity, justice, and truth.
03:16This is about America's future.
03:20It's about whether we, the people, will be heard when we have the courage to stand for truth and justice.
03:28Our voices are real, our pain is real, and our demand for justice will not be silenced.
