00:52Relief operations with a focus on missing and rescued people.
00:56Our security agencies and other response teams are currently handling the situations
01:01effectively.
01:02As operations continue, we have requested specific and specialized assistance from our friendly
01:10neighbors where such support can further strengthen our search and rescue efforts in
01:15areas such as opening the tunnel where people have been trapped, technologies that help
01:20us locate people alive in affected areas, quick forensic and DNA analysis, and more
01:26tourists to keep the bodies.
01:28An 11-member specialized technical reconnaissance team for tunnel rescue from India has been
01:35mobilized, and a tunnel rescue team from China is expected to arrive very, very soon.
01:40Our immediate priority remains clear to save lives, locate missing persons, rescue them,
01:48provide urgent relief to survivors, and ensure that affected Nepali as well as foreign nationals
01:56receive appropriate assistance and support.

02:06still be rescued.
02:09And in Upper Trishuli 3A project, there is a Herculean effort today to find the entryway
02:20into the tunnel under the assumption that there are people trapped there.
02:25Trishuli 3B and Upper Trishuli 1, these are all major hydropower projects where people might
02:32still be trapped.
02:33So that effort is continuing today.
02:36There are reports that some people might still be stranded in the jungles near the border.
02:42That is another area that we would need to look at.
