00:05the supporters also pay tribute tonight to another former player who passed away
00:19so Lyon tried to use their disappointments on the continent to propel them domestically
00:24are going in search of their first win in the city since 1997. Immediately they've got some defending to do.
00:33He's talking about top scorer Issa Samare, he's one of those who's departed for the 7th.
00:42It's a game over the top for the Lyon defence, second upside flag of the game.
00:51It's time against Gizuta, hope he just went marginally too early.
01:02In the second half becomes Lionel Passi to get his first club in the evening.
01:11Jose Pena was hurt, he was kind of a target for that goal, Miguel Pena.
01:26It's time to look at that sort of inner opening.
01:29Nice freedom point out to Lisa.
01:33The ball game came back in and there only had eyes for the ball.
01:51It's time to look past here, it's Ali Samata, he's got a go.
01:57It's time to go for the bender, the half won't have a corner.
02:02It's time to go for the ball game.
02:05It's time to go for the ball game.
02:06We will go for the ball game.
02:10We will go for the ball game.
02:12We will go for the ball game.
02:13So that's our game.
02:14One guy, Nick Colbry.
02:17He's got the back three today.
02:19This is Kyle Rudash.
02:21He did the quick fence.
02:23He took a flick off the boots of the defender.
02:34Bemid the pervers.
02:42He just got away from H麟 est.
03:06I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know.
03:12Well, Hamir Richardson turned the ball over, this effort from Akenda was beaten away by the goalkeeper, Tolisso, had so
03:22much time to set himself, they got right underneath him.
03:29Boudache, running at pace, he's got two defenders with him, oh, and it's dribbled all the way across the goal
03:35line, and off the post.
03:38Fire a defender's deflection, on Fancy, I'm sure it was a devil, there's a cross, here's Taliafico, still got a
03:46way for the half.
03:52Visitor's goal, doing something of a sharp life, in the last couple of minutes.
03:59It's how Rasu, Dye is down.
04:03Here's that last attack, Kyle Goudache, it looked as though, really, he'd run out of room, but the deflection off
04:09Seko, very nearly ended up with a no-goal.
04:34No foul on Boudache, and the half growing in confidence.
04:42He's got another quarter off Taliafico.
04:50Rasul and Jaya again to take, with the thigh of a defender, and then blazed, well over the top, by
04:59the young debutants, Jibril Uziad.
05:05Seko gonna have a blast, why not?
05:15That one was well wide in the end, by Ubi Seko, fight outside.
05:25Here's a chance, oh, Mizuta.
05:30Snatched at it, and sliced it well wide in the end.
05:38You've got to take the cap off to him.
05:40He keeps keeping the half in the top division.
05:45It's going to be a foul, and a card, first one of the game.
05:48To Ubi Seko, for chopping down Kyle Goudache.
05:55That's the problem for defenders, he's...
05:59Leon go again, Taliso from long range, and Pasi will feel that one.
06:12Well, Norma did really well to reel that one in, goodness me.
06:17Any sort of a touch on that, and it's 1-0 Leon.
06:23And a pender couldn't quite make it.
06:27There's no time for that.
06:28Referee Francois Letessier says that will do for the opening stanza.
06:34That's pretty good from Le Havre.
06:36They forced a couple of opportunities.
06:38One very good save from Dominic Greif with the legs to deny Rasul Jai.
06:42And the other end.
06:57So Le Havre get the second half underway.
07:01Kicking from left to right in this second period.
07:05They defended recently well in that first 45.
07:09They created the odd half chance themselves.
07:12The best of which found the way of their captain Rasul Jai.
07:16Of course, a good save out of Dominic Greif.
07:19Which Leon rappel for now.
07:22This is Ubi Seko.
07:26Wide right is Rasul Jai.
07:29Here's Amir Richardson.
07:31Another try.
07:33There's a long way out.
07:35And in the end,
07:37Reif watched it sail over the crossbar.
07:39But a statement of intent.
07:41And the answer to the second half.
07:43Talis Mera is another.
07:45Meantime.
07:46Rasul and Jai.
07:47Here come the half.
07:49And Mizuta.
07:50Off balance.
07:53Well wide of the target.
07:56They keep posing the threat.
07:58Didier Degas side.
08:01Taliso.
08:02Trying to get the home side moving.
08:06Not on the same wavelength.
08:09Here's Karl Boudesch.
08:13Taliso swings in the cross.
08:14It just bounced off Bidstrup.
08:16And then lashed wide.
08:17By Ernest Nurma.
08:20A little bit more intent.
08:22And purpose about that.
08:28Just struck Bidstrup in the side of the face.
08:34Looking for the little threaded ball through.
08:37Nurma looking to steer it into the bottom corner.
08:39There.
08:42Couldn't hit the target.
08:44Good work by Bidstrup.
08:47Nurma set himself.
08:51That was Wayward with the finish.
08:57Taliso.
08:58Didn't break for him.
09:00Still there for Leo.
09:02Taliso across the face.
09:04Oh side netting.
09:06From Lois Appenda.
09:10With the goal gaping.
09:14An hour played.
09:15And Leon very nearly had the breakthrough.
09:20Lovely skill by Nurma.
09:21The goalkeeper.
09:23Took a touch.
09:24To send the ball wide.
09:26From Taliso's cross.
09:31And then a penda.
09:33Minutes left.
09:35Here's the free kick.
09:36Swung it by Nurma.
09:37Oh.
09:37And Pasi.
09:38Missed it completely.
09:39And it's forced in.
09:41By you know who.
09:44Corentin Taliso.
09:47The captain delivers once more.
09:51Make that nine goal involvements.
09:53In seven league matches.
09:56Five goals.
09:57And four assists.
09:59He is remarkable.
10:02He is captain fantastic.
10:05He is captain fantastic.
10:19Well, unfortunate for La Hafferit.
10:23it's a goalkeeping mistake really, Lionel Mpasi, who was the man of the match against Monaco on match day one
10:29went walkabout and got nowhere near the ball, at least first time, and then he just poured it
10:36as it bounced around into the path of the very grateful Corentin Tolisso
10:43who missed one from similar range in the first half, not this time
10:49and the person Grobost and the referee Francois Letecher has been
10:54and I guess you could go back to the old saying, if you're not interfering with the play
10:58what are you doing on the field
11:03no doubt Tellioffico's offside but he's not involved in that play
11:40Goal rolled out, Paolo Fonseca doesn't count, Fafada
11:44Goal rolled out, Paolo Fonseca doesn't count, Fafada
11:47for Mpasi, didn't go behind for a corner, despite the pleas of the Lyon supporters
11:57that's a good ball by Noema
12:00set behind by Junio Mawanga, Zakaria Takane
12:07another tireless performance, he was the same again
12:10still there, oh it's there
12:15the visitors strike through Ali Samata
12:19with 17 minutes left to play
12:24a bullet header from close range
12:30and all after Lyon had had a goal by Corentin Tolisso robbed out
12:36it was a peach of a cross from Fode de Core
12:39and Ali Samata powered it home
12:42and it's Lyon nil, Le Havre won
12:51well it was Samata's cross in the first instance
12:53it looked to have broken down
12:55but look at this for a cross from de Core
12:57and Samata arriving at the back stick
13:01no stopping that one
13:12well they only scored two goals in the entirety of last season
13:16the veteran Felix Basia slaloming his way through
13:24long way out
13:26near Carti
13:29Tolisso
13:31onside here, Appenda
13:33actually wasn't, flag does go up
13:35a little belatedly
13:36but of course that's what the referee's assistants are told to do these days
13:42keep the flag down, let it play out
13:45and if necessary, VAR will take over
13:50T
13:53Tolisso allowed to turn
13:55Lyon corner
13:56off Seko
14:01let's see if that's about to change
14:03Abner Vinicius
14:04with the corner
14:06flipped in towards an air post
14:07helped on towards the back
14:08it's scrambled in
14:11the equaliser arrives
14:15it has come late on
14:17but Lois Appenda
14:20has his first league-earn goal
14:22for Lyon
14:27the first league-earn goal in over three years in fact
14:32and everybody around Group Alma Stadium
14:34breathing a huge sigh of relief
14:40it wasn't the tiniest of finishes in all honesty
14:46took a touch
14:47off Ento Coffi
14:49and off Lyonor and Passi as well
14:52but it's coming
14:54down the right-hand side
14:56three weights in the middle
14:57oh and that little flick off the head of Tuba
15:00just took it away from Pavel Schultz
15:03still there for Abner Vinicius
15:07cross too deep but
15:09it'll be driven back in
15:10or rather sliced back in
15:12oh nobody took control for La Hava
15:15Malik Fafana
15:16could open up here
15:17it's Josh Marja
15:18beaten away by the goalkeeper
15:20surely there
15:21it's in
15:24looks like La Hava have stolen it after all
15:27it's Sota Nakamura
15:33with his first goal for his new club
15:37absolutely extraordinary
15:41didier Degas side
15:42looked as though they were going to be hanging on for a point
15:45instead it looks like they'll leave now with all three
15:56well Lyon defensively were undone by that lovely manoeuvre by Junior Mawanga
16:00Josh Marja's shot was beaten away too hard to handle
16:03Greif did his absolute best
16:05but couldn't deny Sota Nakamura
16:09and La Hava take the lead for a second time
16:20what a moment
16:22for Sota Nakamura
16:24the late bloomer from Japan
16:27the low knee from San Francisco Hiroshima
16:32now referee's been called to have a look at the screen for a second
16:35oh is this going to be for a hand ball against Josh Marja in the build up
16:43looks like it
16:46he of course will say off the chest
16:51I'm not sure that angles the best
16:56no doubt about the skill from Mawanga
16:58or the power of the shot from Josh Marja
17:02I don't think there's too much wrong from there on in but
17:05is that hand ball
17:08going to rub out the goal
17:11that looks like clear hand ball
17:13that looks like clear hand ball
17:20it's so difficult for the officials
17:22we're going to find out any second now
17:27on field announcement coming up
17:44the goal is ruled out
17:51and now it's Divier Degas turn
17:53I'll scramble it away
17:55Nakamura must run for the hills if he can
17:57but he can't get clear
17:59Abner Vinicius was held back
18:03it's going to be a yellow card
18:09and I don't think he can have too many complaints
18:12Fode Degure
18:15because Abner Vinicius was away from him
18:17and he tried to grab the jersey
18:20Lois Abner
18:21here's Malik Fofana to try and win it
18:25and he's dragged his shot wide
18:31might that be the last opportunity
18:33he had time to set himself
18:40that was well wide in the end
18:42and that is full time
18:44at the end of a quite remarkable 90 minutes
18:47or 97 in the end
18:52so that's going to be it
18:55what a match day we just had
18:57between these two Olympique Lyonnais
18:59dropping points
19:00what a surprise
19:02big upset without doubt
