'Dexter has Tourette syndrome, and I recorded this moment during one of his routine barber visits, where he surprised them with a new tic!' Sharon explained to WooGlobe. The barber working with Dexter can’t help but chuckle as he attempts to provide a proper haircut while managing Dexter's unexpected tics. In a bid to maintain professionalism, another barber steps in to help. 'Dexter enjoyed the laughter, but it probably increased his tics,' Sharon noted.
