00:02He's one of the most experienced managers in the league and one of the most successful
00:06without a question of a doubt so look what they did last year, how they finished it and
00:11the incredible season that they had so it's just a game and that's it and I'm sure he
00:18will turn it around.
00:19He's the best squad that we have or we believe that we could have right now and that's it
00:25and it's not the best squad that we're going to have in a month's time because hopefully
00:30the players will improve, the team will improve and we will be better.
00:33Palace away is always complicated, it's always a complicated pitch, they are a good team,
00:39new managers arrive, you can see the game that they played in pre-season and also the first
00:45Premier League game that is quite clear what they want to do, it's quite similar to Oliver,
00:50the former manager so no doubt that it's going to be a tough game.
00:55Special moment for me to play your first Premier League game at Anfield, I think I already felt it
01:03in pre-season so when the competition starts for me it's going to be a... I will be thinking
01:10on the game and the things that I need to think but I think it's going to be emotional.
01:14We will have to earn every chance, they don't give you nothing for free, you have to be very good
01:22on the ball, be patient sometimes because they defensively are very solid, very good.
01:30Now it's time to deliver, now it's time to show every weekend, we have had just two games,
01:36good start but still early days and on Sunday we have a good game, it's a good test to see
01:44where we are.
01:44I know him from my time in Germany so he's taking... developing the team, new players,
01:55a very intense team with interesting things so that's why it's going to be a good clash and a good
02:03test for Sunday.
02:04We want a good performance and a win obviously, you know, first home game of the season is really
02:09it's the one we look forward to and the support is coming and so...
02:14So yeah, massively looking forward to the game, you know, I think we had a setback last week and
02:19we want to get back to playing well and winning football matches, another tough game again.
02:25They obviously had a big result last week as well so that'll be another challenge for us but yeah,
02:29massively looking forward to it.
02:30Newcastle sold many players, many good players but they close other very good players, young.
02:39It's a young team, quick players. We lost the first game in Blamford and I think
02:48we have to play better, much better. We have to fight
02:53in a different way and we need to make results.
03:07We'll see you next time.
