00:00Hello, hello, welcome guys. So today I would like to show you how I create my thumbnails with PowerDirector 365.
00:10So let's get started. So I usually will take this background, here's my background, and I put it there.
00:19Then I get my pic that I'm going to use, and I put it there. So you see Queen Elizabeth
00:26show up.
00:28And then I get my, the frame that I would like to use. And this is the frame that I
00:39would like to use.
00:39So now you don't see the pic. So I'm going to click Tools, click Mask Designer, okay?
00:51So now you see the frame, right? And this also moves, guys, because this is a gift.
00:56So I like to use these moving gifts and turn them into frames. And I got it from Google.
01:05Okay, I'm going to stop it. So now I click the square. Then I click Invert the Mask.
01:12So it's going to invert it. So now you see Queen Elizabeth II.
01:16So now I turn this into a frame. Okay, which I love to do this.
01:24So this is how I create my frames for my thumbnails. Okay, which is so cool.
01:34And I click OK.
01:35Okay, so now you'll see Queen Elizabeth, right?
01:41And if I make this bigger, which is so cool, it moves.
01:45See? That's cool, right?
01:48I know.
01:49Okay, so now the next thing I do is I want her to be outside of the frame.
02:00And I want to make her bigger.
02:02So I'm going to move her.
02:03So I'm going to slide her over here.
02:08I'm going to make her bigger.
02:15And I want to make sure you see I want her to be like that.
02:23But she's a little too big.
02:25So I'm going to make her a little bit smaller because we need to see her crown.
02:29So that's cool.
02:31So I like it like this.
02:33This is fine.
02:34So maybe I'll make her a little bit wider.
02:39Yeah, that's cool.
02:40That's cool.
02:41Just like that.
02:42Okay.
02:43I'll click OK.
02:45Now I want to get another frame.
02:50That's one frame.
02:51I like to put a frame and a thinner frame over this frame.
02:56So now I'm going to get a red frame.
03:00And I'm going to put the red frame over it.
03:03So here's the red frame.
03:06And it's going to go over it.
03:08You see how nice that's coming out, guys?
03:10There you go.
03:12Okay.
03:12Not done.
03:13So now I'm going to go to the text.
03:17And now I have to put the text in.
03:23And what I'm going to put for the title is, I'm just going to put wonderful facts about Queen Elizabeth
03:31II.
03:32So that's what I'm going to put.
03:34So.
03:36Okay, guys.
03:38So wonderful facts about Queen Elizabeth II.
03:44Now for the escalation.
03:49Okay.
03:50So now I click OK.
03:54So you can see how it looks.
03:56But now I'm going to click here again on the text.
03:59You see how it looks.
04:01Now I've got to fix it up some more.
04:03So I click it.
04:04I'm going to put it in both.
04:07And then I'm going to have it be in the middle.
04:11I like it center.
04:12And then I'm going to click border.
04:14Because I'm going to make the border red.
04:17And then I just like to make it smaller to start it out.
04:23And then I'm going to change it to a fancy, a font.
04:27Because Queen Elizabeth II was a fancy woman.
04:33So I'm going to use this font, which is really pretty.
04:38I usually use this for Barbie, too.
04:41It's a fancy font.
04:44Sometimes I use it for Barbie, not a woman.
04:47But see how pretty that is, guys?
04:50So that's a cool font to use.
04:52So I like to make it big.
04:54So make sure that it fills out everything.
04:57And now, do I like it better like this?
05:04Or, oh.
05:06It looks nice like this.
05:08But it kind of takes some of the words away.
05:11So I'm going to border.
05:12I'm going to make it like that.
05:15So I think that looks good.
05:16And that's fine.
05:17So let's do it.
05:18So now I click OK.
05:20And there is my thumbnail.
05:24So now I'm going to snip into it.
05:28OK.
05:30Click New.
05:31I'm going to snip it, right?
05:36There we go.
05:38Now I'm going to save it to my desktop.
05:42Because I saved everything to my desktop.
05:44So I can know where it goes.
05:47So I put thumb short for thumbnails.
05:49But being that I had a thumb from the other video, I'm going to put an S.
05:53So I don't get confused.
05:55OK.
05:56So that's my thumbnail.
05:57Right?
05:59OK.
06:00Now I saved it.
06:02Now I go to my desktop.
06:05And I'm going to get rid of this one.
06:09And put this one there.
06:11Because I made an arrow on the other one.
06:13That's why I had to do it over.
06:15So now I'm going to crop it to make it look neat.
06:21Neater.
06:22OK.
06:23I get it ready for the video that I'm making for Queen Elizabeth.
06:29This is my thumbnail.
06:32OK.
06:34And now I save it.
06:36I cropped it good.
06:38Now I save it.
06:45OK.
06:46Now I size it.
06:49Because now it needs to be resized.
06:55So now I want to resize it to 1280 by 720.
07:03Because that's what you two want for the thumbnail.
07:07So I go there and I put 720.
07:10And here it's giving me 1290 over 720.
07:14So that's good.
07:16So I save it.
07:19OK.
07:20I'm saving it.
07:21Save it.
07:23And that's it.
07:24And there's my thumbnail.
07:27So that's cool guys.
07:29So I hope you liked and enjoyed this video on how I create my thumbnails.
07:35Feel free to use it.
07:37And learn and use it.
07:40And thanks for watching.
07:42And take care.
07:43So long.
07:44So long.
