After 15 years of paying for cable TV, I finally cancelled it — and I genuinely regret not doing it years ago. In this video, I break down exactly why I switched, what I'm using instead, how much I'm saving every month, and the moment I realized cable just wasn't worth it anymore.
If you're on the fence about cutting the cord, this video walks you through the real pros and cons of IPTV vs traditional cable, what channels and features I kept (or gained), and whether this switch actually makes sense for your household.
Why I finally cancelled cable
What my cable bill actually looked like
What I switched to instead
Channel selection & features comparison
The real monthly savings
Downsides nobody tells you about
Final verdict: worth it?

00:00Hello and welcome to my IPT service review. IPT is called Internet Protocol Television and I wanted to share this
00:11service that I'm enjoying. It takes away from cable. If you're still paying those high cable TV bills, you're being
00:22ripped off.
00:23Okay, so I found a solution here and I wanted to share this solution with you. Now this works on
00:30various devices, but I currently have it with my Amazon Fire Stick here. So I've already installed the app here
00:39and this is it here. It's called IPTV service. So let's go ahead and click that and load the service
00:47up.
00:48Okay, so what you're looking here is the dashboard of the IPT service that I subscribe to. It only costs
00:57$16 a month, but there are several packages that are available here.
01:01Now currently what you're seeing here is we have the live TV section here, which has 9,106 channels. It's
01:13all broken down by various categories here.
01:18You know, religion, local channels. There are all these local American channels here from various regions in the United States,
01:29ABC, NBC, CBS, hundreds and hundreds of channels.
01:33I also have ESPN events and pay-per-view events here. I also get NFL Sunday ticket for when the
01:46NFL season starts. I also have NBA league pass as well.
01:52When the NBA season gets going, get NCAA football, Major League Baseball, Winter Olympics, college basketball, sports, all kinds of,
02:04and this is just in the live TV section here.
02:09Sports handball. We go through all of these sections here. We got classic shows, comedy shows, 24-7 comedy.
02:21Let me just continue to scroll down here. Okay, soap operas. If you ladies want to see your old soap
