00:00I moved to Southport when I got married, and I was picked up on my accent, so my accent got
00:08stronger.
00:10And anybody who says comment about the Scouse accent, I just say, well you're just not good enough to be
00:15a Scouser, are you?
00:16When I was on holiday one time, I just went into a pub with my lady friend at the time.
00:22Somewhere down south it was, you know.
00:23You've got a pint of leg, a police kid, and that's also.
00:29And the look of God.
00:30I'm originally from Manchester, so I get a bit of a backlash.
00:34From here, people say, oh you're not from round here, you're not from round here.
00:37And it's like the same really when you go into Manchester.
00:40So say if a Liverpoolian come into Manchester, they say, et cetera, like, you know, oh you're not from round
00:46here.
00:47So it's like, you know, people stereotype people through accents, most definitely they do, yeah.
00:52I think it has to be getting better, doesn't it?
00:55Because you hear more different accents on the television.
00:58It used to be all, you know, so now it's getting better.
01:02I knew it, you just heard the accent and thought, there's a robber, there's a tea leaf.
01:08Same when you used to go with the football, or the coppers, when I used to travel to watch Liverpool.
01:13I don't like the Brummie accent very much.
01:18Sorry about that.
01:20I can be biased myself, you know, I think, I believe that all humans can be biased at times.
01:26There's too much emphasis to put people in boxes, isn't there?
01:28There's another one that then there was more circles like that one by the Poepern.
01:28I don't know why I'm trying to get things REIN.
01:29Oh wow.
01:29I just wanted to expand.
