00:09Ang pag-tiyak nito, hihigpitan na raw nila ang paggasto sa budget matapos mabalot sa kontrobersya.

00:23Dahil sa mga nadiskubreng umunoy substandard at ghost flood control projects, hindi na binadyitan yan sa kasalukuyang 2026 national budget.
00:33Gayunpaman, para sa susunod na taon, humihingi ang Department of Public Works and Highways o DPWH ng halos 84 billion
00:42pesos para sa flood control projects.
00:45Ayon sa DPWH, mahigit 13% ito ng total budget na hinihingi nila. Nahihigpitan naman ang paggastos.
00:54Dati, aabot ng 25,000 kada taon ang proyekto ng DPWH. Ngayon, nasa 11,000 na rand.
01:02Stricto tayo sa pagpapasok ng mga proyekto sa budget.
01:07May ilang requirements ang DPWH ngayon bago pondohan ang isang proyekto.
01:12Gaya ng feasibility study, certification na walang problema sa right of way ang proyekto at geotagged photos o litrato ng
01:21aktual na lugar ng proyekto.
01:23Kasama rin sa mga bibigyang prioridad ang mga proyektong na hinto dahil sa flood control scam at mga nangangailangan ng

01:58pinaka na kinabang umano sa formula.
