✍Synopsis:
Owen was the heir of the Hull family. His own people stripped him of everything — his name, his status, his future. He was the one and only disciple of the Dragon Knight Sanctum's master, but even that didn't protect him. They cast him out, broke him down, and left him with nothing.
But they forgot one thing. He was never just a pawn. When the Ten Dragon God Marks awakened, he became something else entirely. He bound his soul to Akura, bearer of the ancient Golden Dragon bloodline, and rose as a Dragon God. Now he walks the land with his dragon by his side — and the sky itself is changing.

00:05:06Dragon gods mark at such a young age? Unheard of. It shows you a full level above dragon power.
00:05:23Ha! This kid's a fighter!
00:05:34Kids getting stronger by the day can barely hold him off. If he sees me bleeding, I'm finished. Some sanctuary
00:05:41master I'd be. Defeated by my own pupil.
00:06:00You have a letter from home. Take a look.
00:06:04I'm his own hand. He remembers me after all. He wants me home!
00:06:11My worthless son home again. Will he really block Ellis' from ill fortune? Make my heir a dragon knight?
00:06:19Of course.
00:06:24Clan leader, the young master sent word back saying he survived the dragon's hollow and even taken a master.
00:06:37Trade one failure for a dragon knight? Now that's a bargain.
00:06:47Time to leave the Dragon's Hollow. Build some character, earn some scars. Moonlight City's selection is starting. Go enter it.
00:06:54One more thing. That gold mark of yours, don't call on it. Not unless you're dying, hear me?
00:07:00Understood, Master.
00:07:12Wait for me.
00:07:24Let him go.
00:07:25Those two joined at the heap.
00:07:27Silas, your pupil went from powerless nobody to nearly your equal in just ten years.
00:07:32Six rings of the Dragon God's mark. Only a Sanctuary Master's ever awoken that mark.
00:07:37He'll be the next Sanctuary Master, no question. Lucky he's stuck at six rings. One more, my title's his. Terrifying
00:07:44that talent.
00:07:45You're not getting any younger. He's catching up.
00:07:48This is embarrassing.
00:08:04Sanctuary Master.
00:08:06The boys from Moonlight City. Their selection's starting. Send someone to run it.
00:08:10My disciple will pass the selection. Genius or not, he'll walk the path like everyone else.
00:08:16Yes, Sanctuary Master.
00:08:44Yes, Sanctuary Master.
00:08:54Look! A Dragon Knight! A real one!
00:08:58A Dragon Knight? Here? For the selection?
00:09:02If only I could be a Dragon Knight.
00:09:04Moonlight City ahead. The future Sanctuary Master's in there somewhere.
00:09:09Ferris, Moonlight City's selection is under your authority.
00:09:11One more thing. The Hail Patriarch's son is my only disciple. The next Sanctuary Master. Get him in, whatever it
00:09:19takes. Don't disappoint me.
00:09:20As you command.
00:09:31Ellis, you're being honored by a Dragon Knight himself. Looks like you've already won their approval.
00:09:38Don't worry, Father. I'll be selected. I'll become a Dragon Knight. The Hail family will become the greatest family of
00:09:43Moonlight City.
00:09:44Good, good. That's my boy. The Sir Stare called it. Call Owen home and the luck rolls in.
00:09:49The Hales! Soon to be the greatest family in Moonlight City! We'll all ride on Ellis' name!
00:09:58Father!
00:10:02Back, huh? Stand over there.
00:10:12Lord Ferris, here in person, to meet Ellis. Finally, a real Dragon Knight in this family.
00:10:28Lord Ferris came himself. He must approve of you already. I've had the finest armor, finest blade, all prepared. Tomorrow,
00:10:37hold nothing back. Show this city what a hail air's worth.
00:10:41Don't worry, Father. I'll make you proud.
00:10:45Oh, my little brother Owen's back. So after all those years in Dragon's Hollow, did you learn anything worth mentioning?
00:10:53I sent him up there to get him out of my hair, that's all. What could a backwards herit possibly
00:10:57know about power?
00:10:59Look at you. Filthy. Ragged. Nothing like a hail air. Once your brother's a knight, you can be his squire.
00:11:06You should consider it an honor.
00:11:09Father, I... I entered the selection, too. Let me prove it. I'm not less than him.
00:11:17Look, not to crush your spirit, kid, but geniuses claw over each other for this. Every single year, only one
00:11:23will be selected to become a Dragon Knight. You really think you can best your brother?
00:11:29Delusional. Dragging that trash dragon along, too.
00:11:41Not trash. It's my partner. My brother.
00:11:45Ha ha ha ha.
00:11:55Ha ha ha ha.
00:11:57Go, then. I won't stop you. Embarrass the hails out there, though, and you're no son of mine.
00:12:06and keep that mutt out of sight your brother's about to bond with a real dragon
00:12:11when people see your lizard next to his they'll laugh us out of the city

00:15:29mountains all just to cheat his way to victory

00:31:32Moonlight City ahead. The future Sanctuary Master's in there somewhere.
00:31:36Ferris, Moonlight City's selection is under your authority.
00:31:39One more thing. The Hale Patriarch's son is my only disciple. The next Sanctuary Master. Get him in, whatever it
00:31:46takes. Don't disappoint me.
00:31:48As you command.
00:31:59Ellis, you're being honored by a Dragon Knight himself. Looks like you've already won their approval.
00:32:05Don't worry, Father. I'll be selected. I'll become a Dragon Knight. The Hale family will become the greatest family of
00:32:11Moonlight City.
00:32:12Good, good. That's my boy. The Sir Stare called it. Call Owen home, and the luck rolls in.
00:32:17The Hales! Soon to be the greatest family in Moonlight City! We'll all ride on Ellis' name!
00:32:25Father!
00:32:30Back, huh? Stand over there.
00:32:40Lord Ferris, here in person, to meet Ellis. Finally, a real Dragon Knight in this family.
00:32:56Lord Ferris came himself. He must approve of you already. I've had the finest armor, finest blade, all prepared. Tomorrow,
00:33:04hold nothing back. Show this city what a Hale air's worth.
00:33:08Don't worry, Father. I'll make you proud.
00:33:12Oh, my little brother Owen's back. So after all those years in Dragon's Hollow, did you learn anything worth mentioning?
00:33:21I sent him up there to get him out of my hair, that's all. What could a backwards herit possibly
00:33:25know about power?
00:33:27Look at you. Filthy. Ragged. Nothing like a Hale air. Once your brother's a knight, you can be his squire.
00:33:34You should consider it an honor.
00:33:36Father, I entered the selection, too. Let me prove it. I'm not less than him.
00:33:44Look, not to crush your spirit, kid, but geniuses claw over each other for this. Every single year, only one
00:33:50will be selected to become a Dragon Knight. You really think you can best your brother?
00:33:58Delusional. Dragging that trash dragon along, too.
00:34:09Not trash. It's my partner. My brother.
00:34:25Go, then. I won't stop you. Embarrass the Hales out there, though, and you're no son of mine.
00:34:33And keep that mutt out of sight. Your brother's about to bond with a real dragon.
00:34:39When people see your lizard next to his, they'll laugh us out of the city.
00:34:48Watch from the stands tomorrow, brother. See how a real Hale air becomes a Dragon Knight.
00:34:54As for you...
00:35:12Dragon Marshal Nemo made it clear. The Sanctuary Master's disciple is from the Hale family.
00:35:18My future master. Better mind my manners.
00:35:24Look! It's Ellis Hale!
00:35:26Heard a Dragon Knight paid the Hales a personal visit yesterday. Selection hasn't even started, and Ellis is already halfway
00:35:31in the door.
00:35:32God, just comparing myself to him hurts.
00:35:35Everyone! Today's selection will be splitted in press.
00:35:38Round one.
00:35:40The Dragon's Pressure.
00:35:42Dragon Marshal Lord Ferris's mount unleashes its power.
00:35:45If you are swept away by its presence, you fail.
00:35:47Stay on your feet, you advance.
00:36:02Can't take a little pressure?
00:36:04You'll never bond a dragon.
00:36:06Never become a Dragon Knight.
00:36:10Oh!
00:36:13Oh!
00:36:14Oh!
00:36:16Oh!
00:36:17Oh!
00:36:34This armor cost Father of Fortune.
00:36:36I made Enchantment's defense off the roots.
00:36:39This pressure means nothing.
00:36:40Not bad.
00:36:41Standing firm under Blaze's full pressure.
00:36:44Exceptional.
00:36:45That's the future Sanctuary Master for you.
00:36:52This dragon's huge, but way weaker than Master's.
00:36:56I feel nothing, honestly.
00:37:01Pressure's probably faded by the time it reached that corner.
00:37:04My worthless half-brother sneaking through on a cheap trick.
00:37:08An embarrassment to the Hale name.
00:37:15Wait!
00:37:15Isn't that Owen Howell?
00:37:16Why is he still on his feet?
00:37:17Standing.
00:37:18Look where!
00:37:18Cramped in the corner.
00:37:20Pressure probably never touched him.
00:37:21He snuck into round two.
00:37:23Shameless.
00:37:23How'd the Hales end up with that?
00:37:29This isn't fair!
00:37:30He stood so far back!
00:37:32Neveld's a thing!
00:37:33That's cheating!
00:37:38Dragging a trash pet dragon with him into the selection?
00:37:41Whoever's kid that is should be embarrassed of them as well.
00:37:43The Hales, I think.
00:37:44How'd the Hales end up with a son like that?
00:37:45Sneaking through like that?
00:37:47Humiliates the Hale name, that's for sure.
00:37:50Come now, Ellis.
00:37:51This is the brother.
00:37:52Spent a decade training in the mountains all just to cheat his way to victory.
00:37:56He's a master at it then, sneaking past a great dragon's pressure like a rat.
00:38:00The Hale family sent sons.
00:38:03The Sanctuary Master's disciple must be remarkable, outstanding.
00:38:09It must be Ellis then.
00:38:10He looks fit to lead the Sanctuary.
00:38:13Round two.
00:38:15Combat trials.
00:38:17Simple rules.
00:38:18Draw lots.
00:38:20Pair off.
00:38:21Fight.
00:38:22Win advance.
00:38:23Lose.
00:38:24You're out.
00:38:25Show us what you've got.
00:38:37Number three.
00:38:39Whoever draws you is knocked out for sure.
00:38:41Doesn't matter who.
00:38:43Ellis Hale wins.
00:38:44Easy.
00:38:45Match three.
00:38:47Ellis Hale versus Owen Hale.
00:38:49The Hale brothers drawn against each other?
00:38:51Rough luck.
00:38:52Rough for who?
00:38:53It's bad for Owen.
00:38:54For Ellis though?
00:38:55Free pass to round three.
00:38:56You're right.
00:38:57Ellis is through for sure.
00:38:58Interesting.
00:38:59Sorry, brother.
00:39:00You walked right into my hands.
00:39:03Don't expect me to show mercy.
00:39:05Sothacer spoke true.
00:39:07Owen's return will bless Ellis.
00:39:08He was never any match for his brother.
00:39:12Go.
00:39:13Make that disgrace forfeit the second he's up there.
00:39:16Don't let Ellis waste his strength on him.
00:39:21Owen.
00:39:22The family head says forfeit now.
00:39:26Don't waste your brother's strength.
00:39:28Forfeit.
00:39:29Not a chance.
00:39:39How dare you!
00:39:41That's an order from your father!
00:39:43Father wants a forfeit.
00:39:45Let Alice bow out.
00:39:46I won't.
00:39:47You defying your own father!
00:39:51You will regret this!
00:40:01The Sanctuary Master's disciple, no doubt.
00:40:04Majestic.
00:40:05Facing off with the family rejected as a pet lizard.
00:40:08Maybe Blaze's power has a blind spot.
00:40:10Lucky brave, that's all.
00:40:16Forfeit now, brother.
00:40:17There's still time.
00:40:19Blades don't stop the familial bonds.
00:40:22Ellis, he was always such a gentleman.
00:40:25He is.
00:40:26Shame his half-brother doesn't know a gift when he sees one.
00:40:39That pet of yours.
00:40:41Cute.
00:40:43None of your business.
00:40:45Round two.
00:40:47Match three.
00:40:48Begin!
00:40:52You animal!
00:40:54Kneel!
00:40:55Owen!
00:40:56What do you think you're doing?
00:40:57The food in your belly, the clothes off your back, all from me!
00:41:01Ignoring my orders?
00:41:03Raising a fist against your own brother?
00:41:05Your brother's the Hale Air.
00:41:07Moonlight City's genius.
00:41:08Level 8, just five years old.
00:41:10Earned a silver badge at 16.
00:41:11And you?
00:41:12Your mother died because of you.
00:41:14Now you want me dead too?
00:41:19A curse on this family.
00:41:20I said all those years ago a baby that killed its mother would spell certain death for its
00:41:25father.
00:41:26Wasn't I right?
00:41:26Such a fine woman, his mother.
00:41:28How'd she give birth to this disgrace?
00:41:31His mother died of shame, I'm telling you!
00:41:34Hayes, calm down.
00:41:35That brat's not worth it.
00:41:37He's just riding Ellis' name for attention.
00:41:40Indulge his tantrum and he'll only get worse.
00:41:42Actions speak louder than words.
00:41:45Call the city guard.
00:41:46Give him a few dozen lashes, he'll fall in line.
00:41:53I just wanted to prove I'm not less than anyone.
00:42:05That's the future Sanctuary Master's father.
00:42:08What am I supposed to say?
00:42:10Watch that, Toad.
00:42:12I'm your old man, and this is how you talk to me?
00:42:15You are worse than an animal.
00:42:17You're an arrogant, conceited guy!
00:42:23Have you ever treated me as your son?
00:42:26You've been very clear.
00:42:27I'm worth less than a hair on Ellis' head to you.
00:42:30At least you throw your hunting dogs a bone.
00:42:32What did I ever get?
00:42:33What kind of father acts the way you do?
00:42:35You?
00:42:37Fine!
00:42:38Fine!
00:42:38Touch one hair on your brother's head, you're done with the hails!
00:42:42Forever!
00:42:42No son of mine, no name, no family, no roots!
00:42:45You'll be nothing but a stray raised by some nobody in the woods!
00:42:48A stray!
00:42:49A stray dog!
00:42:51The hails raised a stray dog!
00:42:55So that's why he wouldn't leave the platform.
00:42:57One last grab at glory?
00:42:58Shame.
00:42:59He's about to lose it all instead.
00:43:00Hayes, you want to kick him out?
00:43:02Send him my way!
00:43:03I need a guard dog, and he's built for it!
00:43:08Everyone, hear me out.
00:43:11Owen's been trouble since he was a boy, but he's still hailed blood.
00:43:14He only wants to prove himself.
00:43:17I understand that, as his brother.
00:43:20Listen to that!
00:43:21That's the bearing of a great house!
00:43:23Ellis!
00:43:24Generous to a fault!
00:43:26Destined for greatness!
00:43:28Here's the deal, brother.
00:43:30Walk off this stage, grovel to father, I'll speak for you.
00:43:33Play smart, and this ends easy.
00:43:36Embarrass me, and you're gone for good.
00:43:38There are worse things than death.
00:43:40No one will mourn a stray dog.
00:43:42Then from this moment on, I'll renounce the hail name!
00:43:49Won't listen, will you?
00:43:50Don't blame me then.
00:43:51Let me show you real despair.
00:43:53Let me show you the dragon Lord Ferris gave me.
00:43:56I chose this dragon myself for the future Sanctuary Master.
00:44:00Maximizes his power, right where he's at.
00:44:03Lord Ferris, preparing a dragon for Ellis!
00:44:07The hails have a dragon knight!
00:44:09A real one!
00:44:13Heaven's a dragon before he's even a knight!
00:44:15Ellis, born lucky!
00:44:16I'm jealous.
00:44:17Wish a dragon knight thought that much of me!
00:44:24Come forth!
00:44:25G-Dragon!
00:44:40Heavens, a real dragon!
00:44:42Ellis, hail already has his own dragon?
00:44:44Just crown him dragon knight and be done with it!
00:44:46The hail ancestors must be grinning from their graves!
00:44:56A jade dragon.
00:44:57Full grudge.
00:44:58Chose it myself for the future Sanctuary Master, Ellis Hale.
00:45:01Docile.
00:45:02Easy to tame.
00:45:03Perfect first bond.
00:45:04Not top tier, sure.
00:45:06But for a knight who can set foot in the Sanctuary, a gift beyond his imagination, I'm sure.
00:45:09Now that's the spectacle that future Sanctuary Master deserves.
00:45:15As for that one over there, once Ellis is in the Sanctuary, I'll be his most trusted man.
00:45:22That's it, Ellis!
00:45:24Beat that on Graydon track senseless!
00:45:25Go, Ellis!
00:45:26Show that failure what real talent looks like!
00:45:31Come, worthless brother.
00:45:33Let this whole city see the gap between us.
00:45:39Failure.
00:45:41Cussed out by your own family.
00:45:44Kneel!
00:45:48I'm not a failure!
00:45:52I'm Owen!
00:45:53My mother was Liz Manta!
00:45:55I'm her son!
00:45:58I'm her son!
00:45:58Kneel!
00:46:15Your mother died because of you!
00:46:17Now you want me dead too?
00:46:18How'd she give birth to this disgrace?
00:46:20Moonlight City ahead.
00:46:22Everyone!
00:46:23Today's selection will be splitted in press.
00:46:25Round one.
00:46:27The Dragon's Pressure.
00:46:28Dragon Marshal Lord Ferris' mount unleashes its power.
00:46:31If you are swept away by its presence, you fail.
00:46:33Stay on your feet, you advance.
00:46:35Not bad.
00:46:36Standing firm under Blaze's full pressure.
00:46:39Exceptional.
00:46:40That's the future Sanctuary Master for you.
00:46:44Wait, isn't that Owen Howe?
00:46:45Why is he still on his feet?
00:46:46Tramped in the corner.
00:46:47Pressure probably never touched him.
00:46:48He snuck into round two.
00:46:50Shameless.
00:46:50Round two.
00:46:51Combat trial.
00:46:53Simple rules.
00:46:54Draw lots.
00:46:55Pair off.
00:46:56Fight.
00:46:57Win advance.
00:46:59Lose.
00:46:59You're out.
00:47:00Show us what you've got.
00:47:01Match three.
00:47:03Ellis Hale versus Owen Hale.
00:47:05The Hale brothers drawn against each other?
00:47:07Rough luck.
00:47:08It's bad for Owen.
00:47:09Pre-pass to round three.
00:47:10Owen, the family head says forfeit now.
00:47:13Don't waste your brother's strength.
00:47:15Forfeit, not a chance.
00:47:17Today, you both awaken your dragon power.
00:47:19Father, I won't let you down.
00:47:22My God, are my eyes playing tricks?
00:47:24Level eight?
00:47:24Moonlight City's never seen talent like this.
00:47:26The Hales have got themselves a true dragon.
00:47:50Today, you both awaken your dragon power.
00:47:53For the Hales, that's everything.
00:47:57Begin.
00:48:00Father, I won't let you down.
00:48:13My God, are my eyes playing tricks?
00:48:15Level eight?
00:48:16Moonlight City's never seen talent like this.
00:48:18Heavens, the boys are prodigy.
00:48:20The Hales have got themselves a true dragon.
00:48:23Owen, your turn.
00:48:26What level do you think the little one pulls off?
00:48:29Can't be bad.
00:48:30Hale Blood has never started beneath level.
00:48:32His half-brother just hit eight.
00:48:34The youngest's got to be six, seven at least.
00:48:37Right?
00:48:38Maybe he'll even pull off a miracle.
00:48:51Wait, nothing?
00:48:53Not even a spark?
00:48:55How is that even possible?
00:48:57Unless he's not really the Patriarch's son.
00:48:59Shush, say that again and you're dead.
00:49:01Again!
00:49:02Again!
00:49:31Your father sent you here.
00:49:33The Dragon's Hollow.
00:49:35You'll awaken your power or it'll kill you.
00:49:58The Dragon Gods mark at such a young age, unheard of.
00:50:02It shows you a full level above dragon power.
00:50:07The Dragon Gods mark at such a young age, unheard of.
00:50:08The Dragon Gods mark at such a young age, unheard of.
00:50:15The Dragon Gods mark at such a young age, unheard of.
00:50:15The Dragon Gods mark at such a young age, unheard of.
00:50:16This kid's a fighter.
00:50:26Kids getting stronger by the day
00:50:28Can barely hold him off
00:50:30If he sees me bleeding
00:50:31I'm finished
00:50:32Some sanctuary master I'd be
00:50:34Defeated by my own pupil
00:50:52You have a letter from home
00:50:55Take a look
00:50:56He remembers me after all
00:51:00He wants me home
00:51:03My worthless son home again
00:51:06Will he really block Ellis' from ill fortune?
00:51:09Make my heir a dragon knight?
00:51:11Of course
00:51:16Clan leader
00:51:17The young master sent word back saying
00:51:19He survived the dragon's hollow
00:51:21And even taken a master
00:51:29Trade one failure for a dragon knight
00:51:31Now that's a bargain
00:51:39Time to leave the dragon's hollow
00:51:41Build some character
00:51:42Earn some scars
00:51:43Moonlight City's selection is starting
00:51:45Go enter it
00:51:47One more thing
00:51:47That gold mark of yours
00:51:49Don't call on it
00:51:50Not unless you're dying
00:51:51Hear me?
00:51:52Understood master
00:52:04Wait for me
00:52:16Let him go
00:52:17Those two joined at the heap
00:52:19Silas
00:52:20Your pupil went from powerless nobody
00:52:22To nearly your equal in just ten years
00:52:24Six rings of the dragon god's mark
00:52:26Only a sanctuary master's ever awoken that mark
00:52:29He'll be the next sanctuary master
00:52:31No question
00:52:32Lucky he's stuck at six rings
00:52:34Lucky he's stuck at six rings
00:52:34One more my title's his
00:52:35Terrifying that talent
00:52:37You're not getting any younger
00:52:38He's catching up
00:52:40This is embarrassing
00:52:57Sanctuary master
00:52:57The boys from Moonlight City
00:53:00Their selection's starting
00:53:01Send someone to run it
00:53:03My disciple will pass the selection
00:53:04Genius or not
00:53:06He'll walk the path like everyone else
00:53:07Yes, sanctuary master
00:53:09Yes, sanctuary master
00:53:46Look, a dragon knight
00:53:48A real one
00:53:49A dragon knight
00:53:51Here
00:53:52For the selection
00:53:53If only I could be a dragon knight
00:53:56Moonlight City ahead
00:53:58The future sanctuary master's in there somewhere
00:54:01Ferris
00:54:01Moonlight City's selection is under your authority
00:54:03One more thing
00:54:04The Hale Patriarch's son is my only disciple
00:54:07The next sanctuary master
00:54:09Get him in
00:54:10Whatever it takes
00:54:11Don't disappoint me
00:54:13As you command
00:54:23Ellis
00:54:24You're being honored by a dragon knight himself
00:54:26Looks like you've already won their approval
00:54:30Don't worry father
00:54:31I'll be selected
00:54:32I'll become a dragon knight
00:54:34The Hale family will become the greatest family of Moonlight City
00:54:36Good, good
00:54:37That's my boy
00:54:38The Sir Stare called it
00:54:39Call Owen home
00:54:40And the luck rolls in
00:54:41The Hales
00:54:42Soon to be the greatest family in Moonlight City
00:54:45We'll all ride on Ellis' name
00:54:50Father
00:54:55Back, huh?
00:54:57Stand over there
00:55:04Lord Ferris
00:55:05Here in person
00:55:06To meet Ellis
00:55:07Finally
00:55:08A real dragon knight in this family
00:55:20Lord Ferris came himself
00:55:22He must approve of you already
00:55:24I've had the finest armor
00:55:26Finest blade
00:55:27All prepared
00:55:28Tomorrow
00:55:29Hold nothing back
00:55:30Show this city
00:55:31What a Hale heir's worth
00:55:32Don't worry father
00:55:35I'll make you proud
00:55:37Oh, my little brother
00:55:38Owen's back
00:55:39So after all those years
00:55:41In Dragon's Hollow
00:55:41Did you learn anything worth mentioning?
00:55:45I sent him up there
00:55:46To get him out of my hair
00:55:47That's all
00:55:47What could a backwards
00:55:49Herit possibly know
00:55:49About power
00:55:51Look at you
00:55:52Filthy
00:55:54Ragged
00:55:54Nothing like a Hale heir
00:55:56Once your brother's a knight
00:55:57You can be his squire
00:55:58You should consider it an honor
00:56:01Father
00:56:01I
00:56:02I entered the selection too
00:56:03Let me prove it
00:56:05I'm not less than him
00:56:09Look, not to crush your spirit, kid
00:56:11But geniuses claw over each other for this
00:56:13Every single year
00:56:14Only one will be selected to become a dragon knight
00:56:17You really think you can best your brother?
00:56:21Delusional
00:56:23Dragging that trash dragon along too
00:56:34Not trash
00:56:35It's my partner
00:56:36My brother
00:56:50Go then
00:56:50I won't stop you
00:56:53Embarrass the Hales out there though
00:56:54And you're no son of mine
00:56:58And keep that mutt out of sight
00:57:00Your brother's about to bond with a real dragon
00:57:04When people see your lizard next to his
00:57:06They'll laugh us out of the city
00:57:13Watch from the stands tomorrow, brother
00:57:15See how a real Hale heir becomes a dragon knight
00:57:19As for you
00:57:37Dragon Marshal Nemo made it clear
00:57:39The Sanctuary Master's disciple is from the Hale family
00:57:43My future master
00:57:44Better mind my manners
00:57:48Look, it's Ellis Hale
00:57:50Heard a dragon knight paid the Hales a personal visit yesterday
00:57:53Selection hasn't even started
00:57:54And Ellis is already halfway in the door
00:57:57God, just comparing myself to him hurts
00:57:59Everyone, today's selection will be splitted in press
00:58:02Round one
00:58:04The dragon's pressure
00:58:06Dragon Marshal Lord Ferris' mount unleashes its power
00:58:09If you are swept away by its presence
00:58:11You fail
00:58:12Stay on your feet
00:58:13You advance
00:58:27Can't take a little pressure?
00:58:29You'll never bond a dragon
00:58:30Never become a dragon knight
00:58:59This armor cost father a fortune
00:59:01My mage enchantments defense off the roots
00:59:03This pressure means nothing
00:59:05Not bad
00:59:05Standing firm under Blaze's full pressure
00:59:08Exceptional
00:59:09That's the future Sanctuary Master for you
00:59:17This dragon's huge
00:59:18But way weaker than Master's
00:59:20I feel nothing, honestly
00:59:26Pressure's probably faded by the time it reached that corner
00:59:28My worthless half-brother
00:59:30Sneaking through on a cheap trick
00:59:32An embarrassment to the Hale name
00:59:39Wait, isn't that Owen Howe?
00:59:41Why is he still on his feet?
00:59:42Standing
00:59:42Look where
00:59:43Cramped in the corner
00:59:44Pressure probably never touched him
00:59:46He snuck into round two
00:59:47Shameless
00:59:48How'd the Hales end up with that?
00:59:53This isn't fair
00:59:54He stood so far back
00:59:56Never did a thing
00:59:57That's cheating
01:00:02Dragging a trash pet dragon with him into the selection
01:00:05Whoever's kid that is should be embarrassed of them
01:00:07The Hales, I think
01:00:08How'd the Hales end up with a son like that?
01:00:10Sneaking through like that
01:00:12Humiliates the Hale name, that's for sure
01:00:14Come now, Ellis
01:00:15This is the brother
01:00:16Spent a decade training in the mountains
01:00:18All just to cheat his way to victory
01:00:21He's a master at it then
01:00:22Sneaking past a great dragon's pressure like a rat
01:00:26The Hale family sent sons
01:00:28The sanctuary master's disciple must be remarkable
01:00:32Outstanding
01:00:33It must be Ellis then
01:00:35He looks fit to lead the sanctuary
01:00:38Round two
01:00:39Combat trials
01:00:41Simple rules
01:00:43Draw lots
01:00:44Pair off
01:00:45Fight
01:00:46Win advance
01:00:47Lose
01:00:48You're out
01:00:50Show us what you've got
01:01:02Number three
01:01:03Whoever draws you is knocked out for sure
01:01:06Doesn't matter who
01:01:07Ellis Hale wins
01:01:09Easy
01:01:10Match three
01:01:11Ellis Hale versus Owen Hale
01:01:14The Hale brothers drawn against each other
01:01:16Rough luck
01:01:16Rough for who?
01:01:17It's bad for Owen
01:01:18For Ellis though?
01:01:19Free pass to round three
01:01:20You're right
01:01:21Ellis is through for sure
01:01:22Interesting
01:01:23Sorry brother
01:01:24You walked right into my hands
01:01:27Don't expect me to show mercy
01:01:29Sothacer spoke true
01:01:31Owen's return will bless Ellis
01:01:33He was never any match for his brother
01:01:36Go
01:01:37Make that disgrace forfeit the second he's up there
01:01:40Don't let Ellis waste his strength on him
01:01:46Owen
01:01:46The family head says forfeit now
01:01:50Don't waste your brother's strength
01:01:53Forfeit
01:01:53Not a chance
01:02:04How dare you
01:02:05That's an order from your father
01:02:07Father
01:02:08Father wants a forfeit
01:02:09Let Ellis bow out
01:02:11I won't
01:02:12You
01:02:13Defying your own father
01:02:16You will regret this
01:02:26Sanctuary master's disciple no doubt
01:02:28Majestic
01:02:29Facing off
01:02:30With the family rejecting his pet lizard
01:02:32Maybe blazes power has a blind spot
01:02:35Lucky brave
01:02:36That's all
01:02:40Forfeit now
01:02:41Brother
01:02:42There's still time
01:02:43Blades don't stop the familial bonds
01:02:47Ellis
01:02:48He was always such a gentleman
01:02:49He is
01:02:50Shame his half-brother
01:02:51Doesn't know a gift
01:02:52When he sees one
01:03:03That pet of yours
01:03:06Cute
01:03:08None of your business
01:03:10Round two
01:03:11Match three
01:03:12Begin
01:03:17You animal
01:03:19Kneel
01:03:19Owen
01:03:20What do you think you're doing
01:03:22The food in your belly
01:03:23The clothes off your back
01:03:24All from me
01:03:25Ignoring my orders
01:03:27Raising a fist against your own brother
01:03:29Your brother's the hail heir
01:03:31Moonlight city's genius
01:03:33Level 8 just five years old
01:03:34Earned a silver badge at 16
01:03:36And you
01:03:36Your mother died because of you
01:03:38Now you want me dead too
01:03:43A curse on this family
01:03:45I said all those years ago
01:03:47A baby that killed its mother
01:03:48Would spell certain death
01:03:49For its father
01:03:50Wasn't I right?
01:03:51Such a fine woman
01:03:52His mother
01:03:53How'd she give birth
01:03:54To this disgrace?
01:03:56His mother died of shame
01:03:57I'm telling you
01:03:58Hayes, calm down
01:04:00That brat's not worth it
01:04:01He's just riding Ellis' name
01:04:03For attention
01:04:04Indulge his tantrum
01:04:05And he'll only get worse
01:04:07Actions speak louder than words
01:04:09Call the city guard
01:04:10Give him a few dozen lashes
01:04:11He'll fall in line
01:04:18I...
01:04:18I just wanted to prove
01:04:22I'm not less than anyone
01:04:30That's the future sanctuary master's father
01:04:32What am I supposed to say?
01:04:34Watch that, Toad
01:04:36I'm your old man
01:04:37And this is how you talk to me?
01:04:39You are worse than an animal
01:04:41You're an arrogant, conceited guy
01:04:48Have you ever treated me as your son?
01:04:50You've been very clear
01:04:51I'm worth less than a hair on Ellis' head to you
01:04:54At least you throw your hunting dogs a bone
01:04:56What did I ever get?
01:04:58What kind of father acts the way you do?
01:05:00You?
01:05:01Fine!
01:05:02Fine!
01:05:03Touch one hair on your brother's head
01:05:05You're done with the Hales
01:05:06Forever!
01:05:07No son of mine
01:05:08No name
01:05:08No family
01:05:09No roots
01:05:10You'll be nothing but a stray
01:05:11Raised by some nobody in the woods
01:05:13A stray
01:05:14A stray dog
01:05:15The Hales raised a stray dog
01:05:19So that's why he wouldn't leave the platform
01:05:21One last grab at glory
01:05:23Shame
01:05:23He's about to lose it all instead
01:05:25Hayes, you want to kick him out?
01:05:26Send him my way
01:05:27I need a guard dog
01:05:29And he's built for it
01:05:33Everyone, hear me out
01:05:35Owen's been troubled since he was a boy
01:05:37But he's still hail blood
01:05:39He only wants to prove himself
01:05:41I understand that
01:05:42As his brother
01:05:45Listen to that!
01:05:46That's the bearing of a great house!
01:05:48Ellis!
01:05:49Generous to a fault!
01:05:50Destined for greatness!
01:05:53Here's the deal, brother
01:05:54Walk off this stage
01:05:56Grovel to father, I'll speak for you
01:05:58Play smart
01:05:59And this ends easy
01:06:00Embarrass me
01:06:01And you're gone for good
01:06:02There are worse things than death
01:06:05No one will mourn a stray dog
01:06:06Then from this moment on
01:06:09I'll renounce the Hale name
01:06:13Won't listen, will you?
01:06:15Don't blame me then
01:06:16Let me show you real despair
01:06:17Let me show you the dragon
01:06:19Lord Ferris gave me
01:06:20Chose this dragon myself
01:06:22For the future Sanctuary Master
01:06:25Maximizes his power
01:06:26Right where he's at
01:06:28Lord Ferris
01:06:29Preparing a dragon
01:06:30For Ellis
01:06:31The Hales have a dragon knight
01:06:34A real one
01:06:37Heaven's a dragon before he's even a knight
01:06:40Ellis, born lucky
01:06:41I'm jealous
01:06:42Wish a dragon knight thought that much of me
01:06:48Come forth
01:06:50G-Dragon
01:07:05Heaven's a real dragon
01:07:06Ellis Hale already has his own dragon
01:07:08Just crown him dragon knight and be done with it
01:07:11The Hale ancestors must be grinning from their graves
01:07:20A jade dragon
01:07:22Full growth
01:07:23Chose it myself for the future Sanctuary Master
01:07:25Ellis Hale
01:07:26Docile
01:07:26Easy to tame
01:07:27Perfect first bond
01:07:28Not top tier
01:07:30Sure
01:07:30But for a knight who can set foot in the Sanctuary
01:07:32A gift beyond his imagination
01:07:33Sure
01:07:34Now that's the spectacle
01:07:36A future Sanctuary Master deserves
01:07:39As for that one over there
01:07:42Once Ellis is in the Sanctuary
01:07:44I'll be his most trusted man
01:07:46That's it Ellis
01:07:48Beat that ungraden track senseless
01:07:50Go Ellis
01:07:51Show that failure what real talent looks like
01:07:55Come worthless brother
01:07:57Let this whole city see the gap between us
01:08:00Let this whole city see the gap between us
01:08:04Failure
01:08:05Cussed out by your own family
01:08:07Neil
01:08:13I'm not a failure
01:08:16I'm Owen
01:08:17My mother was Liz Manta
01:08:19I'm her son
01:08:22Neil
01:08:23I'm her son
01:08:24I'm her son
01:08:26I'm her son
01:08:28I'm her son
01:08:29I'm her son
01:08:29I'm her son
01:08:30I'm her son
