00:32The court has given approval for the same,
00:34along with a series of conditions that they've listed out,
00:37including that the man here will remain behind bars,
00:41till brought up, till he gives all details.
00:43He's been asked to be completely transparent
00:45and give all the details that he knows of the crime that took place.
00:49Why is this a huge setback for Darshan?
00:51Because it means that the mountain of evidence really piles up against him.
00:55That you have someone who allegedly saw the crime firsthand,
00:58now turning approver, now cooperating with the authorities
01:01and will give them that much more details.
01:04It will also give that much more credence to, in fact,
01:07the police evidence that they have against Darshan.
01:11So it's not the best news for the actor who's been fighting this particular case.
01:15And even as we get you all of the details that are coming in right now
01:19in this particular case with, in fact, Prados,
01:22who is known to be a close aide of Darshan turning approver,
01:25the question also will come up is whether other accused also will turn approver.
01:30Darshan is A1, but there are a number of his aides
01:33who are also allegedly involved in the crime,
01:36who also at this point are behind bars.
01:40So if they too cooperate with the police,
01:42it will be endgame essentially for Darshan.
01:45Remember, this is to do with the brutal killing
01:47of, in fact, Darshan's fan, Renu Kaswami.
01:51Darshan and his aides beat him up, tortured him to death.
01:56And since the arrest of the actor,
01:59more and more evidence has emerged of the brutality
02:01and the horror that Renu Kaswami had to undergo at the hands of Darshan.
02:07So this is, in fact, a big update that's come in on that particular story
02:11with clearly actor Darshan facing now this setback.

02:18Sagar, give us a sense really of who Prados is.
02:21Why is he crucial to this case?
02:23What is his alleged role in the murder as per the police?
02:28Prados is the one who has organized the funds close to 15 lakh rupees
02:33to find out the people who can take the blame of the murdering Renu Kaswami.
02:40So Darshan had approached Prados for organizing money.
02:43He is the person who had given money.
02:44But he says that he was being forced to give
02:47because Darshan had threatened him, saying that if he doesn't give money,
02:51he will shoot himself.
02:52And Prados also claims that when Renu Kaswami was being assaulted,
02:57he is the one who infiltrated Darshan and requested not to attack him
03:01and assault him in that manner.
03:04And Prados now turned out to be an approver
03:07and it is going to be a major setback for Darshan.
03:10Not because Prados alone, Akshita, along with Prados,
03:14there are other two people, two accused who have involved in this murder
03:18have also filed a petition to turn out to be an approver.
03:29I think we're having a bit of a problem with Sagar's connection,
03:32but that's an important update that he also gave us,
03:34that it isn't just Prados, but two other accused who also filed a petition
03:38saying let us turn approver, we'll cooperate with the police investigation,
03:41which means it's bad, bad news for Darshan.
03:44Because all of these people, then, from an accused to an approver,
03:47which means the case becomes that much stronger against Darshan.
