'FORMER VP LENI ROBREDO HAD NO RECORDS OF CONFIDENTIAL FUNDS'   OVP Assistant Chief of Staff Lemuel Ortonio testified that the Office of the Vice President (OVP) had no confidential funds when he assumed his post in July 2022. He said that former Vice President Leni Robredo had no records of confidential funds during her term.   Ortonio confirmed that the OVP later requested confidential funds from the Department of Budget and Management in a letter signed by Vice President Sara Duterte dated August 22, 2022.
