ಡಿಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ನಿವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಗೌತಮ್ ಅದಾನಿ ಅವರ ಭೇಟಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಈ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ನಾಯಕ ಆರ್. ಅಶೋಕ್ ಅವರು ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ವಾಗ್ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅದಾನಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಏಜೆಂಟ್ ಎಂದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕರು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಅವರು ಅದಾನಿ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ನೂರಾರು ಬಾರಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿ ಟೀಕಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಇಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದಾನಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ರೆಡ್ ಕಾರ್ಪೆಟ್ ಹಾಕುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಏಕೆ? ಎಂದು ಆ‌ರ್. ಅಶೋಕ್‌ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.ದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿರೋಧ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ರೆಡ್ ಕಾರ್ಪೆಟ್-ಇದು ಡಬಲ್ ಸ್ಟಾಂಡ್ ಎಂದು ಟೀಕಿಸಿದರು.

The visit of Adani Group chairman Gautam Adani to Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar’s residence has sparked a political controversy. BJP leader R. Ashoka has questioned the Congress over what he described as a contradiction in its stance on Adani.Ashoka pointed out that Congress leaders, including Rahul Gandhi, have repeatedly criticised Adani and accused the BJP of being close to the business group. He questioned why Adani is now being given a “red carpet” welcome in Karnataka, calling it a double standard.
