Dearest viewers, today i am going to give some brief explanation on why at times, the casting distance of some of your rods can be very short as indicated by the numbers at the bottom right of your screen near the speed of your reel indicator. At times, when we transfer some of the rods or just purchase a set of new feed rods such as CreekPro 300 that i bought in the video, we will notice that one of the rods will suddenly have a very short casting distance of 34m compared to another of similar setup with 150m casting distance. What actually causes such issue and how to resolve it? The answer lies with the length of your line that you attach to your rods. Sometimes, we tend to forget that we accidentally attach some leftover lines to our rods and as such the casting distance become too short and they have nothing to do with the fishing rods, sinkers, baits or your reels. When we purchase lines whether it is fluoro , mono or braid line, they all come in several length such as 150m, 300m ,500m or 1000m. When we used that line to our rods, we will cut them out leaving maybe only until 17m left or maybe 133m left and we put back to our inventory in our bagpack. So, we just take those leftover lines out of the inventory and attach it back to our rods again. As such, we need to look at those numbers stated below the line in the tackle slot as they indicate the length of the line we attach to our rods. if there 150 below the braid line, that means we can cast until 150m far and if there is 34 below the braid line, that means we can cast 34m far away. The numerical value on the right side of the screen also gives us something to think about. If the number is below 150 or 100, then no point for us to keep those lines in our inventory and we can dispose it or sell it for some credits. Just replace your rods with short casting distance with brand new lines that were not used before or with any leftovers that have over 150m to 300m and above in length. Just keep those new and long leftover lines in your bagpack. So if you attach 133 line to your rod, your casting distance will be 133m as indicated by the numbers at your bottom right near the speed of your reel indicator. I hope you all will understand what i am trying to teach you all here and hope this simple guide of mine will help you to progress un the game. Thanks.

00:04Welcome to my channel.
00:09Dearest viewers, today I am going to explain to you all on why at times your casting range
00:14on some of your rods can be too short when compared to other of your rods.
00:24Have you ever wondered why the casting range is still short even after you have made the
00:27right rod setup and why some of your rods have long casting range and why some are not?
00:35One of the main reasons why your casting range is too short is because you are using leftover
00:40fishing lines for your rods.
00:44Try to take a look at the length of your line at the bottom right of your screen near the
00:48reel speed as indicated by the blue arrow.
00:52A length of your line that is about 150m can let you cast very far away as shown in the
00:58video here.
01:04On the other hand, a length of your line of 34m can limit your casting range as shown in
01:10the video even though with a good rod setup.
01:21Now, let's go into the inventory tab and examine the braid line section.
01:25The numerical value below your braid line indicates 34 and that means you have a line length of
01:3134m when casting.
01:37On the right side of your screen, you can see some braid lines in your backpack with different
01:42numerical values attached to them.
01:44First one is 17m, another one is 133m and then the last one is 500m.
01:53Now let's look back at the other rod of us that have longer casting range.
01:58It has 150 numerical value below the braid line indicating that you can cast until 150m
02:04far.
02:06Furthermore, when you purchase the line from the shop, they will describe the length of
02:10the line in full with the first and second indicating 150m each and the final one indicating
02:15500m in full.
02:17Furthermore, the numbers on your right indicate that there is 17m of line left out of the full
02:23150m for the first one and then there is 133m of line left out of the 150m line in full.
02:29This indicates that you have used some of the line for some of your fishing rods.
02:32The final braid line you have in your backpack indicates that you have 500m out of the 500m
02:38of line in full.
02:39This means that you have not used the line at all yet.
02:42As such, just dispose all those lines that you have in backpack that is remaining length
02:48of line below 150m by selling them for credits or throw them away.
02:52If not, you will have shorter casting range when you use all those leftover lines.
02:57Now you can replace the line of the rods in a very short casting range with either brand
03:03new lines like the 500m one shown here and cut it until 133m or any leftover lines that
03:10is very long length of lines with maybe over 150m to 300m and above.
03:15Cut the line and try to cast back the rods that you had the line replaced, which is 133m
03:21now and look at the casting range now.
03:35That's all for today and I hope this simple guide of mine will help you in the game.
03:39Thanks for watching.
