00:06sodomy and aggravated sexual battery. Page Six confirmed that KJ, whose birth name is
00:11Croy Bierman Jr., was taken into custody on August 17th in Alpharetta, Georgia, and is being held
00:17without bond. A female classmate accused him of assaulting her in a gym-changing area at a
00:23Lifetime Fitness Center on April 23rd. According to court documents, the alleged victim claimed
00:28KJ forced himself on her, despite her saying no while they were in a co-ed sauna. She also accused
00:34him of attempting to pull down her pants, forcing oral sex, and digitally penetrating her vagina.
00:39She said she eventually managed to get away from him, and he left. The alleged victim, who was 15
00:44at the time, said she did not initially tell anyone about the alleged incident. The next day at school,
00:49she ran into KJ's girlfriend, prompting her to leave campus and go to a Starbucks, where she
00:54contacted her family after experiencing a panic attack. She was later examined at North Fulton
00:59Hospital. According to the police report, the April 24th examination showed no evidence of male
01:04DNA in her mouth or vagina. Police launched an investigation and attempted to contact KJ's
01:10father, former NFL player Croy Bierman, in May. Croy told investigators he would speak with Kim about
01:16whether they could interview their son. Now, Kim is pushing back against the allegations. In a
01:21statement to Page Six, her rep called the accusations reckless and deeply troubling,
01:25saying KJ categorically denies ever being involved with the woman or engaging in the alleged conduct.
01:31Kim also claimed KJ voluntarily took and passed a polygraph examination, and that an examination
01:37found no DNA belonging to her son. She further claimed the woman has made similar allegations
01:42involving two other people. Kim said false accusations can have devastating consequences,
01:47while emphasizing that legitimate allegations should be still taken seriously and investigated
01:52based on facts and evidence. She asked people not to publicly condemn KJ based solely on an accusation,
01:59and said she remains confident the facts will establish the truth. KJ is scheduled to appear in
02:03court September 1st, after which he is expected to return to juvenile court detention. The arrest comes
02:09just months after Kim publicly praised her son in an Instagram birthday tribute, calling him an
02:14incredible young man and highlighting his work ethic, discipline, and dedication to football. Kim and
02:19Kroy, who have been involved in a contentious divorce since 2023, co-parent KJ and his siblings Cash,
02:25Kaya and Kane.
