00:56of my Fostering the Future initiative.
01:00The greatest achievement investment America can make
01:04is not in technology, infrastructure, or capital markets.
01:09It's our children.
01:11We are at the beginning of an era defined by artificial intelligence,
01:17robotics, and industries that have yet to be imagined.
01:22But America's greatest competitive advantage remains in its own people.
01:29Tomorrow's leaders are sitting in classrooms today,
01:33including those growing up in foster care.
01:37Their capability is no less remarkable.
01:42Fostering the future elevates America's youth based on merit and talent,
01:47lifting them beyond economic circumstance,
01:51and every other condition that may limit opportunity.
01:57Our mission is simple yet transformational.

02:05the chance to earn a college education,
02:09launch a meaningful career,
02:12and achieve lasting financial independence.

02:48I'm very proud to share that this last spring,
02:54Fostering the Future Scholarship supported the education of our first doctor.
02:59He will change the lives of so many people.
03:04Tomorrow, thanks to visionary partners such as IndyCar and Fox,
03:10Fostering the Future graduates will build new companies,
03:14launch new industries,
03:16and redefine what is possible for all Americans.
03:22Fostering the Future is more than an educational initiative.
03:26It is generational investment in America's talent pipeline.
03:32Every student who graduates strengthens our workforce,
03:37accelerates innovation, expands economic opportunity,
03:42and reduces long-term dependence on government assistance.
03:47The return of this investment is measured not only in life's change for the better,
03:54but in stronger communities, a more competitive nation,
