00:24This is how the day starts at medicine.
00:26We are over 10,000 people camping and many have traveled all the way from Europe.
00:32I want to give you a feel of this festival.
00:45I practice kinésiology and yoga.
00:49I encourage people to understand what's happening inside their body.
00:53The variety of ways to enter into their body, to find answers, to understand the language of the body.
01:00The movement, the dance...
01:01It gives you a lot of things inside.
01:06Up, jump, up, and jump, up, and jump, up, and jump.
01:14Bend your legs, bend your knees.
01:26Yoga Nidra!
01:28Come lay your bodies down, get some rest.
01:30I'm going to try some Yoga Nidra and apparently the lady who is hosting it is a real legend.
01:35Everybody is welcome to arrange themselves though.
01:41We have surrendered the arrogance of verticality and in the humility of our horizontality,
01:48we are resting down upon the earth.
01:54Nidra is a Sanskrit word. It means sleep.
01:57So what it actually means, it's the state of consciousness that's very naturally arising.
02:03As we're drifting into sleep, when you're awake and nearly not asleep,
02:08you can cultivate conscious awareness of that state.
02:12It's a good way to like down-regulate your nervous system.
02:15It supports good digestion.
02:17It supports healthy menstrual cycles, so all kinds of rhythmic practices within us.
02:21And it allows you to navigate your way consciously into a more relaxed way of being.
02:28In the唱
02:31To theaho-san
02:32To theaho-san
