Youth protesters hold a lightning rally outside the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) headquarters in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, on Wednesday, August 19, to oppose the government’s support for the US-led Pax Silica initiative.   A brief commotion occurred between protesters and security guards as both sides engaged in pushing during the protest.
