Cliff recounted his ordeal: 'I fell victim to a theft as my cooking kit was removed from my doorstep. I had ordered it from a high-end restaurant service, Providoor. The delivery occurred at 3 am without any notification, resulting in its theft while I was asleep, which was recorded by CCTV. Providoor denied any accountability or refund, prompting me to share this on social media as a cautionary tale for others.'
