The Melaka Chief Minister is a “great friend” of mine, says Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail, as he remains coy on a partnership between Barisan Nasional and Pakatan Harapan for the Melaka state elections.  The PKR interim deputy president, when met after an MOU signing between the Home Ministry and the Communications Ministry Tuesday (Aug 18), remained mum on such talks being conducted.
