00:29the external reality. This universe that we think of is a function of who we are. I am
00:35dependent on that and that is dependent on me. And at least one of us two thinks that he's
00:41independent. Illusion. You think you are independent, you are not. And it's not just a matter of fact
00:47that you're not independent. It is a matter of suffering. Because you're not independent,
00:51therefore your desires are not yours. Therefore you spend your life chasing something that you
00:56never actually needed to chase.
