00:00Something has come and in an intrusive way, in an unwelcome way, is sitting on your consciousness.
00:08Why must you tolerate it?
00:09If you are a vegetarian or a vegan, how do you react if in a restaurant they serve you a piece of flesh?

00:55All these things become the blemishes on consciousness.
01:00When it starts appearing very difficult, just remind yourself that you already practice that kind of discretion or vigilance.
01:10But in relatively trivial matters, it will obviously come with practice and constant love and devotion.
