00:00Honestly, Star Sim is hard to explain because a simulation is hard to explain.
00:06So let's just say what it does.
00:09Star Sim Beyond Space turns space into somewhere you actually travel through.
00:14Space becomes the in-between again.
00:33Nearly 300 handcrafted orbits are connected by physical gates.
00:38You fly into them, no menu required, and while you're traveling, Star Sim is running a simulation around you.
00:48Stations produce and consume goods.
00:51Freighters buy cargo and move it where it's needed.
00:54Passengers, mail, and parcels travel the network.
00:58Faction ships patrol, trade, protect traffic, and fight their enemies.
01:04Pirates raid, starborne attack, security ships physically patrol and scan traffic for contraband.
01:10And none of it waits for you.
01:13A battle can start before you arrive and finish after you leave.
01:20A freighter can buy valuable cargo, head into unclaimed space, and suddenly become an opportunity.
01:26Follow it, rob it, disable it, and board it, take the cargo, take the ship, or ignore it, and keep
01:33going.
01:38Because the economy isn't just numbers in the background.
01:41It gives ships reasons to be where they are, and reasons for you to care.
01:52And space combat has been rebuilt around that same idea.
01:57New ships, new stations, reworked modules and weapons.
02:02A, B, C, and capital class ships have distinct roles.
02:07Capital ships are serious threats.
02:09Positioning matters, range matters, missiles matter, asteroid fields can become covered.
02:16Sometimes flying straight at the biggest ship in the fight is a very bad idea.
02:22As you explore, the navigation table reveals more of the gate network.
02:27You can follow the story, or see something along the way and completely forget where you were going.
02:33Derelects, anomalies, points of interest, loot, faction battles.
02:38Things already happening before you found them.
02:42Now, StarSim does not replace Starfield.
02:45Starfield's quests, planets, locations, and stories are all still there.
02:50We built the road between them.
02:52And then we filled that road with ships, trade, conflict, exploration, and a simulation that keeps moving whether you're watching
03:00or not.
03:01And that, hopefully, helps to explain StarSim beyond space.
03:07You can try to explain it.
03:09Or you go.
03:11Yeah.
03:13You go.
03:14The void is yours.
03:18Doctor, lawyer.
03:22I'll never be.
03:26Life of a crypto.
03:29Only lie for me.
03:34Baby, baby.
03:38Vamanos.
03:40Vamanos.
03:43Vamanos.
03:43Vamanos.
03:44Vamanos.
03:44Vamanos.
03:45Vamanos.
03:45Vamanos.
