00:00A big thank you to everyone who was encouraging to pick this little table up.
00:04I started prepping this piece by repairing the leg with the glue up.
00:09The piece was disassembled and got a super good cleaning.
00:12I sanded the old finish off the top of this table and gave a scuff sanding to the rest.
00:19I painted two coats of Everglades Silk All-in-One Mineral Paint,
00:23let it dry, and sanded the overlapping paint off the tabletop with a 220 grit sandpaper.
00:30This creates a super crisp line.
00:32Then the table got sealed with a clear coat and I applied these beautiful floral transfers.
00:39These transfers look awesome over a raw wood look,
00:42but I do recommend sealing first because furniture transfers adhere best to non-porous smooth surfaces.
00:49I burnished the transfers onto the tabletop and then gave this three coats of protection
00:55by sponging on the polycrylic and check this out!
00:59Thank you all so much for being encouraging to pick this little table up.
