This canvas painting was in pretty rough shape dirty torn and almost forgotten. Instead of tossing it I decided to try restoring it and see what would happen.
I walked through the entire beginner friendly process from cleaning the canvas to repairing the tear and freshening up the artwork. It was my first time doing a canvas restoration and I learned a lot along the way.
