00:11to show you how to make a picture frame with coils with coils so you see I have the different
00:20color coils but before I start I wanted to say that if you like my video please link share

00:36so you're going to need glue and I have a brush you're going to need four craft sticks you're
00:47going to need five of these coils I have purple yellow green and pink okay so you're going to
00:57need markers because you're going to color the picture frames um craft sticks those colors so
01:05that's what you're going to do so the first thing let's color that and then I'm going to show you
01:10how to coil so let's do that so you take a marker and you start to color this yellow okay
01:22because
01:24this picture frame is going to be very interesting you color one yellow okay one is yellow okay done with
01:38the yellow now color color one red make sure you have when you do these projects make sure you have
01:48fresh markers these are crayola markers I bought them from offline I bought a bunch because I teach a
01:58course so when I go back for next year I'm going to have fresh markers for the kids to use
02:07um so I have
02:09a bunch but I got them off I believe it was Michaels I just bought a big box of them
02:16I don't remember how
02:18much they cost though but I think it was like thirty nine dollars or something it's the big giant box
02:26so
02:26it maybe it was seventy nine dollars I'm not sure I don't remember too much okay we're done with the
02:33red
02:35and let's do the green and make sure if children are doing it make sure that the children close the
02:42markers
02:43first make sure that they hear that click and the markers okay that's very important okay yeah click you
02:57will hear it when make sure that you know they close the markers really good so we color that green
03:06and then
03:08we're gonna color one more color one more make sure you get it all we don't want to see any
03:21white okay so you heard that click now we're gonna do pink because we have pink okay
03:31let's color pink make this nice and colorful pink color this pink
03:47turn it over color the other side
04:07okay
04:10okay now we have all different colors so now we're gonna take our sticks and we're gonna start applying the
04:19glue
04:21so that it can stay first we need to put the sticks together be generous with the glue don't be
04:33cheap with the glue
04:35be generous with the glue okay
04:47we're gonna put it on like that yep and then we're gonna make a cute little frame you can make
05:02a cute little picture frame okay
05:09and then we put this one on
05:15we put this one on
05:19and let it sit for a few minutes make sure it's nice and even
05:30there we go
05:31cute little frame

05:37so now
05:38once we have that on
05:41okay
05:42we have the frame
05:44I'm gonna
05:44slide over
05:46a little more so you can see
05:49I'm gonna move these things out of the way
05:52I want you to be able to see the frame
05:54so
05:55while that's drying
05:56somewhat drying
05:58let me show you how to do the coils
06:00so you're just gonna take a piece of paper
06:03and you're gonna
06:05cut it like this
06:07just cut a long coil
06:09right
06:11like that
06:13right
06:14then I'm just gonna add a little bit of glue there
06:20like that
06:24to put it there so that it stays
06:28and then I'm just gonna start coiling see
06:32I hope you can see what I'm doing

06:44and after I coil it
06:46I let it go a little bit

06:58and then I put a little glue

07:16so you want the coils to be like

07:31I'm gonna take a little bit of glue

07:40and then I put this paper

07:47and then I just start coiling
07:49see how I'm just rolling it folks

07:56because these two hands are this way

08:02you're turning a wheel
08:05so I'm just turning

08:13and then when I get to it like this

08:19when it becomes this much left
08:21and I just let it go
08:23a little bit

15:09was gonna do these small coils
15:12but I kind of changed my mind
15:14I didn't want to do it on there
15:17because I didn't think it would
15:19you know
15:21look too good
15:23I thought this looked better
15:25so then once this dries
15:28you can put a picture behind there
15:30and it'll be fine
