00:01Number 10, the CIA's plan to turn a watermelon into a spy device.
00:06During the Cold War, intelligence agencies were obsessed with making surveillance devices smaller, more hidden, and impossible to detect.
00:15At one point, researchers working with the Central Intelligence Agency explored extremely unconventional disguise ideas for listening devices.
00:23One of the strangest concepts involved embedding microphones and transmission equipment inside everyday organic objects, including food.
