Sanjay Dutt के Pune Night Club पर लीगल Action, Ballr में गाने बजाने को लेकर बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट से झटका

Sanjay Dutt से जुड़े Pune के Nightclub ‘Ballr’ को लेकर बड़ा Legal Action सामने आया है। Copyrighted Music बजाने को लेकर Phonographic Performance Limited यानी PPL India ने Bombay High Court में मामला उठाया। आरोप है कि क्लब में जरूरी License के बिना कुछ Copyright-protected Songs बजाए जा रहे थे। सुनवाई के दौरान सामने आया कि Ballr ने पहले PPL से Music License लिया था, लेकिन बाद में वह Expire हो गया और Renew नहीं किया गया। इसके बाद Bombay High Court ने Interim Order देते हुए क्लब को जरूरी License के बिना PPL के Music Collection की Sound Recordings Publicly Play करने से रोक दिया। हालांकि, यह Final Judgment नहीं है।

Sanjay Dutt’s Pune nightclub ‘Ballr’ has come under legal scrutiny over the use of copyrighted music. Phonographic Performance Limited (PPL) India approached the Bombay High Court, alleging that copyrighted songs were being played at the club without the required license. During the hearing, it was stated that Ballr had previously obtained a music license from PPL, but the license later expired and was not renewed. The Bombay High Court has now issued an interim order restraining the club from publicly playing sound recordings from PPL’s collection without the necessary license. However, the order is an interim measure and not a final judgment in the case.
