What happens when you stop simply watching an eclipse and allow yourself to experience it spiritually?
In this special reflection, I take you inside my experience of the eclipse—from the gentle rocking of the ocean that became a meditation, to the powerful shift I felt about 45 minutes before totality, and the incredible sense of connection with everyone who joined our YouTube community.
We’ll explore the spiritual meaning of the eclipse through shadow, light, surrender, transformation, connection, and renewal.
Why did the energy feel different as the eclipse approached?

And what does it mean spiritually when the eclipse meets the sunset, with the Moon covering the Sun as the day itself begins to disappear?
For me, the eclipse became a journey:
Water → Shadow → Totality → Light → Sunset → Surrender
The deepest lesson may be this:
The light was never gone. We simply couldn't see it for a moment.
