00:04The psychiatrist testified that Clancy never told her about manic episodes,
00:09a criterion for bipolar diagnoses, nor about hearing voices or having other signs of psychosis.
00:16Clancy at times said she was close to feeling suicidal, hopeless, or like she was going to die.
00:22Tufts recalled.
00:23But she said Clancy denied having a plan to take her own life or harm anyone else and never revealed.
00:30As the defense says she did to her husband, that she had thoughts about harming the children.
00:35I would have been very concerned if I had heard that, Tufts said.
00:38Clancy is suing Tufts and other practitioners in civil court.
00:42I do not believe that I've been negligent.
