00:29and I know that's going to be pretty fun, but more importantly for the fans

00:39You definitely have a lot of the great signage and people will have to believe.
00:46And tell me a little bit about what your advice would be for the boys coming into FIFA this year
00:52round.
00:53Oh, gosh. You know, the good news is a lot of them have World Cup experience.
00:57The ones that don't have some leadership around them, but also every single one of the players is talented.
01:04And embrace the World Cup, take it all in, whether it's on the field or off the field.
01:13Just amazing experiences.
01:15And it's on American soil this time around.
01:18So do you think that that will give them some extra good luck?
01:21Like, what are you hoping?
01:22Because there's a difference in the air if it's on home soil versus, right, otherwise.
01:27Yeah, there's so many differences.
01:28I think the biggest difference is you know you're going to have your fans there.
01:35And you add in the fact that, you know, you have a little bit,
01:38you're more comfortable in your surroundings because you know what's around you.
01:42So travel's easier.
01:45All this is important facts that are going to help the group.
01:49And tell me a little bit about, like, maybe something unexpected about the journey to, like, you know, going that
01:57far.
01:58Like something unexpected about the competition or the tournament, anything of itself.
02:02Yeah, listen, I think at a World Cup on home soil, you're going to see the sports fan supporting you,
02:10not just the soccer fans.
02:12And I think that community is so large that it's just going to give everybody so much more energy when
02:18they go into the game.
02:20And we do have some tough matches coming up.
02:24So how would you say that the guys should approach it?
02:27Let's say if they're challenged or they win, they lose, how should they approach it?
02:31How should they put their head in the game?
02:33Yeah, they should approach it the same way that they got them on the team.
02:37Make sure that, you know, you keep your focus and be confident in yourself.
02:42Believe in yourself.
02:43Believe in your team.
02:45And embrace the nerves.
02:49Allow that to help you focus rather than make it wide.
02:53Just bring it into focus.
02:55And then is there one sort of moment that was maybe the peak of your career
03:00that you still to this day, like, wish that you could relive that moment?
03:05Yeah, the World Cups were special.
03:08All three of them were different.
03:10But the game against Portugal, when I scored, I knew exactly where my wife and my daughter was.
03:17So I got to celebrate with him, making eye contact.
03:21And that was probably the most special moment.
03:25But also that match itself as a group and a team set the tone for us for that World Cup.
