00:00I think one of the things Nicola that we try and do is when Sam's gone back to
00:03university or such is we organize to actually do something so they've gone
00:07and then we'll go out for a walk or we'll go out for a drink or we'll go out
00:11for dinner and we will distract from the fact that the house is something quiet
00:14It's the quiet isn't it that makes you feel melancholic.
00:17They're so enormous I've got men living in my house it's really annoying
00:19they take up so much space and then when they've gone the sofas are empty
00:23there's not as much mess so we try and go out do something together reconnect
00:27and then come back and it doesn't seem quite so empty I think it's not sad it's
00:31just a bit melancholy.
