00:05um i've just been to my uncle's funeral he was murdered a few weeks ago and um really
00:12super nice guy shouldn't have happened to him but um it really affected me i feel a little bit
00:18messed up so what i'm intending on doing is this i'm coming off social media for a bit
00:22and i'll be back in a bit gonna go and get some therapy and just chill out um yeah because

00:28things happen sometimes you really need to take stock and just just relax so i'll be back soon
