01:00So, for those of you who don't know, the Earthshot Prize is there to repair and regenerate the planets.
01:05Everything you see here comes from the winners from last year.
01:08So, the box you're about to eat in is built from a company called Knoppler,
01:12and there's no plastic involved.
01:13They come up with a seaweed coating.
01:15The ingredients inside the burger are grown from a greenhouse in India from a company called Kiti.
01:20And, last but not least, the way we've cooked them has been on a thing called Makura Clean Stoves.
01:25And that is designed by a lady in Kenya who came up with a concept to reduce air pollution and
01:30health pollution.
01:30I can't vouch for the taste and the quality, but that's up to Kush and Ebbers who, they designed the
01:36menu.
