00:05We just came back from the island of Sardinia, I was there with the family and when I go back
00:11I saw a lot of crap being written about my restaurant, apparently my restaurant are into
00:17liquidation.
00:19Now I don't usually do stuff like this but I thought, you know, let me set the record
00:23straight here, about 10 years ago I opened a business called Pasta Bar which is serving
00:32Italian food very fast in the center of London, three little shops and we tried for 10 years
00:39and then Covid came around and I thought, you know what, we had to close, it's no point
00:44to pursue with the idea, which by the way I absolutely love and I will continue with that
00:50with another business.
00:51So the Pasta Bar business has got nothing to do with my restaurant business, with my
00:57import business or any other business that I do, it's a stand-alone business, going into
01:02liquidation, we have to move on, this is what business is all about, sometimes you win, sometimes
01:07you lose.
01:07Now let's talk about the restaurant business, which is growing really, really well, so much
01:14so that this year alone I'm going to be open three mega sites and one I'm going to be open
01:21in Italy.
01:23Now, the other thing as well that I want everybody to know, finally I got it.
01:28Yes, I've always wanted to open a restaurant in Alderley Hedge and two days ago we did it!
01:35I opened the restaurant.
01:37Now, if you live around the area, the restaurant used to be called Piccolino.
01:41So what I did, I kicked them out and now it's called Luciano, like my son.
01:47And this restaurant is exactly the same restaurant that I have in the five-star hotel, me hotel
01:53in London.
01:54The menu is going to be amazing.
01:56I've invested thousands and thousands of pounds into the restaurant, a brand new kitchen,
02:02all everything, all kicked out and I'm going to be there on the 24th of January to celebrate
02:08the opening of a new restaurant and I hope to see you there.
02:12I can't wait, Alderley Hedge, brand new restaurants, so exciting and guys, can I give you a suggestion?
