00:00Hi there, it's Lorraine here. Now the Queen was out and about in Edinburgh this week. It was all
00:04about talking about climate change. She arrived at the venue in an electric Land Rover which was
00:10very good and she got a gift of two trees from young people and this is all part of a
00:16great big
00:17initiative that's going to be amazing for next year for her Platinum Jubilee where there's going
00:22to be loads and loads of trees planted all over the country and it got me thinking if the Queen's
00:27doing all of this we should be doing our bit as well. So I haven't sent these wee things. They're
00:31called bee bombs and what you do is you basically just scatter them and make sure that they are
00:38looked after a little bit. You can water them and they're incredible. Just full of wildflower seeds
00:44and bees absolutely love them. So do butterflies and so do lots of insects because sadly they're
00:51on the decline and they need our help especially the bees. So anything that we can do to help and
00:56you know what sometimes you think oh I'm just one person I can't make any difference. You
01:01really really can and by doing things like this I'll be doing a bit of recycling, pick
01:05up rubbish, just do one wee tiny thing, one wee tiny thing this week and you can make a huge
01:11difference. Follow the Queen's example. I always do.
